Emily at the Warner Robins GA store on Watson is AMAZING! We went to her to have one of our phones switched from Verizon and she was very helpful, friendly and knew her stuff. We immediately went back the next morning when her shift started to switch our second cell phone to AT&T purely because of how amazing Emily is. Whenever we need anything, we will only be dealing with Emily for all of our device needs from now on. Ask for her. She’s the best of the best!
Jennifer P is an angel. She sold me my I phone 12 pro max and helped me pick out a case and then beautifully put my brand new screen protector on my new phone for me then I had earned a mag safe and she plugged it in and showed me how it works yesterday . Today she did all that for my husband again on his new I phone 12 pro max and he got accessories and charged them to the bill and she helped him. We love Jennifer so much. We will wait an hour just so she can wait on us. Please promote her and do something nice for her.

Did a second visit on Oct 3 2021 walked in and was greeted right a way by a nice young lady named Deasia M she was a great friendly person who took the stress out of the problem and even though she couldnt find the reason my phone was acting stupid she took time to see if I was eligible for upgrade she did beautifully getting my new phone set up very professional and answered all my question she said no question is stupid .this lady deserves a raise thank you for pleasant visit

My daughter came in there today to get help with making sure everything had transferred over to her new phone. The female representative that helped her acted like she didnt want to help her. Two weeks ago we came in there and had excellent service. Dont know if the rep was just having a bad day or what, but my daughter left with no help at all. She was very disappointed.

Products are excellent quality, but staff are like used car sales persons holding back key information to sell their merchandise.
In the middle of my call to the store speaking with a female employee (July 5th 2021 9:30am) she told me I needed to come to the store, I said okay, then she just hung up on me? Never mind the fact that I had more questions about my issue. Surprisingly rude.
We came at closing time (It was 7 not 8 like Google listed) and the manager let us come in and get our questions answered. The service was wonderful and the people were kind and helpful. Their day was over and they not only helped us, but others were completing their purchases. Thanks to the manager and assistant manager for an excellent experience. Would recommend this store and it’s staff all day long!

Erica and Denise H were the most helpful. Its hard to find such kind and helpful people these days but these two went above and beyond to do everything to help me with new service. They even stayed an hour after closing time to continue to help. I had my young daughter with me and Erica helped with turning on cartoons for her, shes a life saver! This will be my go to store. Wouldnt want to do business with anyone else. Give these women a raise!!!

I honestly had one of my best customer service experiences ever at this store. I worked with Keshuna to transfer my service from Verizon to AT&T and she was fantastic! She was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. The rest of the staff and the manager working were all excellent also and made you feel welcome. I 100% recommend this store for any needs you have. I’m really glad I made the switch from Verizon to AT&T based off the service alone. Thank you!
Keep in mind this is an AT&T Store in Georgia. Ms Jennifer was gentle with me on the new phones and set me up and transferred all my data. Now to learn how to operate it and have some fun.
The staff is beyond helpful. We had a ton of business lines to transfer from Verizon and there were a lot of issues but Alan and his managers fixed everything. Stayed friendly and informative. Kudos to all at this store. ❤️

Had At&t through a apartment setup, worse customer service ive ever had. It was internet I had with them which went out on 2 different occasions and took them 2 weeks to fix the problem. Do not get at&t!

I was greeted nicely when I walked in and the young lady helped with checking to see if my info was backed up to the my cloud account which it was. Then she said a rep would be with me shortly. It took maybe 2 minutes at most and the sales rep introduced himself to me and asked what kind of phone I was looking for. I told him what I wanted and he explained everything to me and answered all my questions no problem and we went through the new phone and got everything transferred without a hitch. Terrible Service!!!! Jennifer at this location is rude and unprofessional. My husband and I went to this location after our company was approved for a business account. We only needed to purchase a phone for the company at this time. We had the unfortunate displeasure of meeting with Jennifer who was rude, had a bad attitude and appeared disgruntled from the first moment she spoke to us.She proceeded to tell us she would not place the order because she believed our company was a fraud. We told her our company has been in business for 10 years, we have 3 offices in Georgia and 1 in Hawaii. Since we had already been approved for a business account we called the AT&T Fraud department while we were still in the store just to make sure there were no problems. The Fraud rep asked us to hand the phone to Jennifer and they explained to her that there was no fraud and she could place the order. She continued to deny us service and refused to place the order. We had been in the store for an hour and finally had enough of this nonsense. We drove 45 minutes to the Macon location and placed the order with no problem. I have to say that we had nothing but exemplary service in all other areas. I think Jennifer may require some remedial training in customer service. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

The Warner Robins store is a joke. There are 2 gentlemen that are very nice and helpful but other than that the other employees including the manager are very short and don’t care about you or any issues. The manager is very rude and doesn’t need to be in customer service. They left things on my bill for almost 2 years and because I went paperless I never paid attention. I printed my bill today and found that they have charged me extra so now they do not want to give me a credit for anything. So corporate on the phone to get things taken care of.

Whatever you do, stay away from Allen. He lied to me about not being able to make sure my phone is free of bugs or hacking, just so his job would be easier. He even told me to go to Best Buy to get my phone checked. I went there and the employee told me they don’t even do that, smh. Allen is extremely sorry and should be fired for doing something like that. I’m so disappointed. Ask for Greg, he’s extremely helpful.
Not ideal, I went to pay my bill and apparently typed in the wrong phone number. So I was paying someone elses bill. We got that straight and hopefully it will be better next time.

It was quick set up for my phone. I have been a customer since before cingular merger with AT&T. Service since Jan 2002. The process has become smoother and faster every single time I have had an upgrade done.
Much better than last time. Went to pay a bill for TV, internet and phone service and dispute charges. Christina got someone on the phone that could assist us. Her Manager was there and also reviewed our paperwork and advised Christina who to call to get it straight. So, glad for that. Last time, the rep said we dont help with that. So ask for Christina or her manager if you need help.
Wouldnt allow me to purchase an iPhone with cash or debit card. Had to buy a cell plan in order to do so. Needless to say I left without purchasing a phone here.

The manager that was on duty was extremely rude to my family and I when we was in there asking about a replacement phone. She kept referring me to call the number to the insurance and did not want to assist us. She stated that she was off the clock. Horrible attitude. I have been a loyal customer since 1999 and have always had great customer service until this past visit.
Every time I have had to call this store or go in for any issues with my phone the staff is very short tempered, the wait is as normal as expected but then you feel.as if you are being rushed as if the customer service team.has something else they would rather be doing. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am updating this for public awareness on how DirectTV operates as well as MANY OTHER CABLE TV COMPANIES. This is relevant as Direct TV is owned by AT&T. Once I found this out I was disgusted with their ethical practices. DirectTV uses smart TVs to track your data (i.e. what channels you watch and what interfaces that you use with their programs such as DVR, recording and watching shows etc.). When consumers call in to complain about the price increases they will drop the price or either prevent it from going up however, within a VERY SHORT amount of time you will begin to notice interface capabilities disappearing ( only 1 DVR in your whole home will work when there use to be 3-4 that worked, or, your FAVORITE channels that you watch ALL THE TIME will begin to disappear). This is NO COINCIDENCE BECAUSE THEY ARE TRACKING YOUR HABITS AND WHAT YOU DO ON THEIR SYSTEM. Once you call back in to inform them of all of the interface capabilities that youre losing they will tell you, Oh, yes we do have a program that offers this but it is x amount of dollars more expensive per month. So, essentially what theyre saying is since you are unwilling to pay their ridiculous price increases of 20-30% per year that they are going to start taking interface capabilities away/drastically reducing them. It is their way of saying pay our price or suffer the consequences and have less, only we as consumers have the ultimate decision and ability to not purchase their products. Funny how every qtr since Ive left I have gotten a letter saying we miss you we miss you come back come back. If you would have taken the time to listen to your customers concerns and complaints prior to this, then you wouldnt be spending money through a retention department to try to get your customers to come back. This method of business is called a sales/production business orientation (look it up) and has been statistically proven to be horrible for business because it focuses on the firms internal production capabilities and works under the premise that higher sales and more aggressive sales techniques lead to higher profits (which is absolutely wrong). This is absolutely sickening that corporate profits have stooped to this level of ethics and morals. I hold strong that AT&T will divest Direct TV eventually due to low growth and low profits. Just go check out their stocks performance over the past 10 years and you will see that they have drastically under-performed their peers. AT&T needs to reconsider their business mission statement and get away from being sales and production oriented and start leaning toward a market oriented business practice.Updated review 6/1/2020ATT has ruined DirectTV. Just cut my service today., ATT buys direct tv but then you cant even go in to the store locations for service/billing questions for DirectTV. They will tell you that you can pay the bill there but then when you have questions they say oh no sorry they only let us takepayment for this here and youre then forced to call customer service which is zero help and youre lucky if you can even understand who answers. I pay for whole home dvr and have been doing so for years, the past year it stopped working (all rooms except for one room in the house) and I didnt even bother calling customer service about it because they are such a pain to dealwith. Rates have jumped every SINGLE month since Jan 1 2020. 2019 was at 103 per month, 2020 went to 107, then 111 then 117 then 123... not justifiable at all. I wouldnt be surprised if they dissolve direct TV before its over with. I certainly wont be back.December 2019/Jan 2020Not sure where to go for this review. This review is solely for Carlos, an AT&T technician that services Direct TV for technical services in the Warner Robins area. Carlos was very professional and implemented great service practices while in my home. He even offered to clean up the mess from the drywall. I will ask for him from here on out.

Im not impressed with this place, yet not totally unimpressed. The employees here are hit-or-miss. Ive been in at times and have seen 4-6 employees standing around and Ive had to wait 30-45mins and Ive been there and seen no one and my wait times were minimal. There is no method to the madness. All of that being said..coming here is so much better than the nightmare that is having to deal with AT&T online...or over the phone...*screams*. My suggestion- use the app to make an appointment...its still a roll-of -the -dice...but it puts the odds better in your favor.

Went in to remove a line from my plan so that the phone number could be used for a different plan. I was told that I was unable to pull the phone number off the account without making an entirely new account.Called customer support later that afternoon and had it done within 10 mins.This store is too focused on making a profit than helping their customers that have been with the company for over 15 years. Learn to do your job and help you customers.

Don’t use at&t if you can go anywhere else do. The customer service is terrible. No one want to help you. they have you setting on a phone to get anything you need help with done. Than the customer care is even worse all they do is hang up on you. I enjoy my bad phone service with Sprint because if i need something they was there to help and they have awesome customer service.
Getting the phones was easy. But they told me I had 30 days to swap phone out if I didnt like it. Well went to do that @ 16 days in. They told me then you have a buyers remorse of 14 days. So if I had known that would of swapped earlier. Now they want to charge me fees to upgrade my phone that isnt working right.Train your sales people better!

Walked into the store waiting for a representative to help us, but we never got help. They let two others immediately as they walked into the door. After standing around for longer, we ended up leaving. Won’t be purchasing anything from this store.
This store is ridiculous... doesnt seem like anyone knows whats going on. They have no idea of the deals At&t offers. Someone tells you something then the next one says something else.I was told about the upgrade deal and what I would have to pay to upgrade. I take the time to wipe the phone take the skin off get in there and then after waiting around for one of the many staffs on site, I got told it would be double what I was originally told for the trade in cost. So after I lost all my personal data and skin that cost money and my time I am probably going to switch to Verizon cause this is ridiculous At&t you really need to make sure your employees know whats going on and stop being so much of a joke for a company.5 Months later...Decided to give this store another shot went in because i was told on the phone i could turn my next phone in... get there the guy seemed confused and went in the back and talked the the Store Manager comes out and said we can take it and that a label should have been in the box. I have never seen a box not ship with a label its impossible. I told him that i didnt recieve one and thats why i was here...So then we have to call customer solutions and they claim they emailed me one and i speak with a manager on the phone that says that they sent it and that i will pay late fees for this even though its not my fault.Needless to say i have never left a store so mad that they cant seem to sort anything out and At&t cant seem to figure out how to handle it.I had to get home recall At&t spoke with a higher up manager that is helping actually get this sorted out and taking care of this issue instead of shift blame.Avoid this store its a waste of time.
