Why they dont answer phone? They may meet box goal... missing sells

I absolutely love this store. They are very kind and helpful. They always make you feel welcomed.

They are very professional and friendly! They were able to get me the free phones! The lady named Connie was very nice and didnt let me leave until the phones were completely up and running! Thank you!!! The only Metro PCS store in the area that is excellent!! Way to Go! Also I have great coverage where I live at! I highly recommend any Samsung phones or iPhones because they have the best reception out of all of the other brands of phones!!

Absolutely freaking terrible! Tried to straighten out the issue with my dads phone. The guy kept pushing a new phone. I tried to get a phone number that would be easy for my dad; instead they pulled random numbers just to get us out of the store. They dont deserve even a one star.

I used to use this location but no more! the customer service is GARBAGE! Im not one to harp people speaking English but if your gonna work in public area such as this.... LEARN ENGLISH. Go to the one on Russell believe me... Much better service.

People that work there super helpful really nice people

These people charged me over 60 dollars for 2 phone cases and screen protectors telling me that I was paying for my bill. Now my phone is off.

The Warner Robins store is terrible, they just get your money and dont try to help, when you have problems with your phone.

They only care about money, they are very rude if u have a problem immediate tell u to call 611 instead, they dont try to help u at all.
