I have bought 2 guitars there and they are perfect. I also go there for my music books and even if they don’t have them at the store they will order for you. Employees are great and I love this store!

Every time I go in, I can get lost looking through equipment, browsing through the great book selection, or having a good conversation with the staff as they make themselves very available for questions

This is the place I go to for all my instruments and music needs. The staff here are very knowledgeable and will help you find a deal. I have bought several instruments from here and plan on buying here when I make my next purchase.They also have private lessons if you or anyone in your family wants to learn an instrument from a professional and the lesson are priced pretty standard to the cost I have seen elsewhere.In the store they also have a wonderful collection of vinyl for sale. It is one of my favorite areas to peruse as they are always getting new records to look at.

These guys are ridiculously over priced. I get trying to run a business but come on. Went on other music supply websites and found that it was a lot cheaper. I suppose that because they are the only instrument store near by they can get away with over charging. I would just find a site with free shipping and order it online. Its worth the wait to save 5 to 10 dollars on a simple item.

Actually wasnt here yesterday. Maps must be high. But I have been here before. I have no musical talent, but the staff always lets a couple buddies jam. Customer service has to be near the top in Franklin County

Just had Joshua BigSaxy Branin overhaul my nine year old Selmer Paris Reference 36 tenor saxophone...he replaced the pads with Extreme Roos with oversized resonators...he completely disassembled the horn and found many adjustments that had to be made and dings to be removed...he returned a BEAST to me that plays better and projects better with better intonation throughout the horn than it has ever played including when it was brand new. 10 stars to Bigsaxy who is the BEST instrument techniciannon the region...Strongly recommend using River City Music for all of your music and instrument needs...
