Dont buy used electronics here if anything wrong with it what so ever let them keep it it is more than likely junk bought used tablet had chip in corner bought took home charged it updated it woke up after charging to find crack in screen starting from already existing chip in screen. I went here for the first time im a while and was pretty impressed the selection. Lots of tools for very cheap. Not a ton of guitars but there was a few As well as a real nice amp for cheap. I got my ps4 here And it was the best deal in town by about twenty bucks. Haris double checked th back and found the model I wanted so I wouldnt have to buy the TB model. Very satisfied Ill be back

Called inquiring about selling a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 brand new never been opened or turned on. retailing for 499 dollars. They told me that were only going to give me 25 percent of the value because they go off of the used prices on eBay. First off. EBay, seriously! Thats where your getting your used pricing information from. Thats like me getting my used price information from a thrift store. They told me that they were only going to sell it if they bought it from me at used price. I dont buy that for a second. A brand new Galaxy Tab 3, and your going to sell that at used prising. You say that, but every person knows your not going to really do that. I tried explaining that to the gentlemen on how that doesnt make any sense, he hands the phone off to the manager mid conversation, and the manager proceeds to be incredibly rude. Talking to me like Im some kind of idiot. Telling me Im not going to have my employee off the floor for 5 minutes explaining this to you. He them proceeds to reprimand me for even calling about this. I told him he was being incredibly rude and I wanted to speak to his manager. He told me that the owner isnt available. I then asked for his (the managers name) and he told me that I dont need to know his name, and then hung up on me. Im literally in tears right now. Im on some hard times, needing a little extra cash. I dont need to be guilted just because I disagree with a price point. 130 is just plane wrong for an in box never used high end tablet. It was supposed to be a gift for someone, but I had to sell it. Just because I payed for it with cash doesnt make it used. Its should be sold at its resale value. Not its used value. If you dont know the difference between the two, you shouldnt be managing a pawn shop. Thx for being a rear end.Sincerely a hurt costumer he received extremely poor costumer service.UPDATE:Antwonin was the managers name.
