Came to this service center when I was out of town and my car was making a weird noise. One of the employees agreed to look at the car immediately, took it for a test drive with me, and then kept the car for a couple of hours to take a closer look. When I came to pick it up, they hadn’t found anything wrong but didn’t charge me for taking a look. I was so appreciative they took the time and couldn’t believe they didn’t charge for the look. Seems like a solid place with great employees!

Had multiple issues with my bmw, first my brakes were low all around, needed four new tires, and a check engine light for an oxygen sensor. I had gotten a quote from the dealer. I got highly recommended by a colleague at work to take it to Main Street Mobile in Watertown. Not only was he right about the highly recommendation, they quoted a better price for all that work it needed. I also had a free car loaner and Tasos and STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. Excellent service. Been going there for 11 years. Went and dropped it of for check engine light and exhaust leak. My check engine light was the Catalyst Converter which was also the Exhaust leak. I went in for an oil change and get some new tires. These guys did an amazing job in record time. They saved me 20% on tire prices compared to I was told at other places for the same brand. All the guys great at explaining things in layman terms. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent service my inspection failed due to check engine light and worn out tires. They diagnosed it and replaced my catalytic converter also replaced my tires with four Good years all seasons. They even put the miles on my car so it passed state inspection. Best service and very appreciated. Highly recommended and priced greatly. Try them out you will never lose.

Nothing but positive things to say about this place.I was recommended by a co worker after I vented about a quote I got from another shop. I went to Main Street Mobile last Friday and when I walked in I was greeted by a very polite young man. I thought for sure that I wouldnt be helped that day because I didnt have an appointment and they looked swamped with work. I told the young fellow that I think I need to make an appointment for my car and he told me that they would squeeze me in that day if I liked. He also offered me a ride to work or a free loaner for the duration of the repair. Of coarse I took the loaner. About 2 hours later they called to tell me nothing but good news. My car didnt need all that work that was told to me by the shop around the corner on pleasant street (over a grand worth), it just had a loose gas cap. Also my front rotors didnt need to be changed like I was told, and just needed pads. I was so happy with the news that i told them to do whatever they recommended. I got a call by the end of the day telling me that my car was all set. I picked up my car after work and payed my invoice of $188. These guys are pretty awesome and they gained a new customer for life. Thank you Main Street! Thumbs up all around!

My cars tire valve needed to be changed. I asked another place and they said 100$ for changing it. I asked another placed very close by with 183 $ (was very expensive). My car has sensor with the valve.Mechanic in Main Street mobil said if I can bring my sensor, he can change it. I hoped to pay 30-50$ if I had a valve/sensor. I ordered a sensor (Dorman 974-061 Chrysler/Dodge Tire Pressure Monitor System Sensor and Transmitter which is 31$). Main Street Mobil was quick they changed it in a few hours. But they charge me 106$ for changing valve of the tire. So it cost me 138 $. I asked why it is expensive that normally changing a valve cost 40$. They said it need to be programmed. But according to amazon and Dorman website (Prefect fit for 2010 Chrysler Town and Country. This sensor does not need to be programmed). It does not make sense. Then all the alignment adjustment of the tire is just cost as same to change of a regular valve.So, I am satisfied with the job itself. But it was expensive. And the price does not made up. I wish I could go the other place which they would change everything under 100$ dollar. I asked discount. Nope. Tough, they were friendly. I like the actual mechanic. He is a good guy. But it was expensive.

This was my first time bringing my Jeep to Main Street Mobile. I brought it in because it needed some minor tune-up stuff, an oil change, and inspection. I was extremely pleased by the service. The staff there were courteous and informed me step by step what theyd be doing- they were honest and made me feel at ease. Everything was done in a timely manner, which is always a plus. Their prices for services were super reasonable, and my car ran beautifully after. Overall, my experience was excellent, I will definitely be bringing my car back again.

My check Engine was on and it failed my inspection sticker. Tasos was kind enough to put the computer scanner and check the engine code. It was my Catalyst Converters. They gave me an estimate and they replaced it. The price was good. They recommended to replace the oxygen sensors as well because it’s connected on the catalyst converter. I drove 100 miles before the re-inspection and passed. They also detailed my vehicle for free. Thanks for the great work at Main Street Mobile.

I need to start of first by saying how polite and friendly the gentleman I spoke with is. My wife have been going there for almost 6 years now. I have an Audi and my warranty had expired. I first brought my car in to get new tires and received great customer service! These guys were fairly priced and didnt try to charge me for services I didnt need (like I have experienced at other auto shops). A week later I went in for an inspection and was out of there in no time. Now that the weather is getting better I brought my car in for a full detail and they cleaned every inch of the car inside and out. It looks just as good as it did the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend going to these guys for your auto needs!

I brought my car in to get new tires since the tread on my old tires was worn down. I shopped around at several locations and this place gave me the best price. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the guys were able to switch out the old tires and get me back on the road. They provided me with great customer service and I would recommend their shop to anyone who needs to have work done on their car. I also go here for state inspections since theyre very quick about it. All you have to do is pull up to the inspection sign out front and they take care of the rest.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this garage. When my car was acting up I brought it to a few places and they just gave me the seems fine to me treatment. When I brought it here they made sure that they didnt stop until they figured the problem out, which is exactly what they did. Now I go there all the time and have built up a great trusting relationship with the mechanics which is hard to come by. I am very happy from the quality work and service from the staff of Main Street Mobile. I had a check engine light that they diagnosed for free and told me what the car needs to repair it (which it was only the gas cap that needed to get replaced due to not sealing correct). Got done an oil change and change my air and cabin filters on time and hassle free. Recommended me next oil change a tire rotation to keep them worn down even and get more miles out of them. I will come back for my maintenance from now on here and gas up !!! I am new in Watertown and I needed a trust worthy vehicle repair shop for my Mercedes. Their are many shops in the area but one stood out the most. Went in for a vehicle state inspection and right away with class they introduced themselves and with kindness the greeted me as family. They inspected my car with no issues, they reminded me that my oil change was overdue, which I acknowledged, they over looked my vehicle as if it was their own vehicle. The service was top grade . A disappointing visit: I brought my truck in for inspection and it did not pass due to too much tint - I believed it legal and I dont mind getting that fixed appropriately. Where I have a problem is how the staff treated me once the fail sticker had been issued - they were condescending, repeated the same information over and over, like I didnt understand, and got nosy about who had done the work. As I was pulling out of the garage, I could hear the same guy talking trash about me and how dumb I was for not understanding him. (Clearly not true, I do most work on my vehicle myself). Wont be back again for any reason.Addendum - Please read the owners response. It is 83 degrees out - that is why my windows were down. Nothing suspicious about it. Of course I was upset it didnt pass, it is a pain to get the window tint fixed, again, nothing suspicious about it. I did say Id prefer not to share who did the work in order to not have anyone get into trouble for something that was done years ago. AND then he is going to send the Registry after me? I will give them a very honest review of his attitude. This man is clearly retributive and angry that someone would post something not positive about his attitude and his shop. I wasnt upset with him for failing my vehicle - I am upset that he treated me poorly, with condescension and that he was talking trash about a customer within earshot. Learn some professionalism.

They used to be good. I would drive an hour or so to take my car there. I went there today for an inspection. They sounded very rude and rushed. I decided not to take it personal cause they have provided me with better customer service before. Will most likely not be back

Dishonest - Tasos seems nice but charges through the nose to pay for his Gucci shoes and will attempt to swindle you. After an oil change, CJ (mechanic) and Tasos claimed that my struts were leaking because of some visible liquid. Common scam where they spray oil/water and tell you your suspension needs to be repaired. Quoted me $1,000! Took car to another shop for second opinion and was confirmed OK. Another time I called and asked for a price to replace wheel stud, was quoted $30, bill ended up being over $100.In addition to the dishonest mechanic business, their gas is 10% more expensive than either the full-service down the street (AAA) or Speedway/Shell self-service to the east and west, respectively. Avoid!

Just tried to fill up my tank at this place when a man (who already made me uncomfortable as he did not wear an uniform of the company) approached me and said its cash only. I told him i swiped my credit card but could pay by card inside. He made me come into the shop (i couldnt finish filling up my tank) and let me pay the $11 for the gas. I asked him multiple times if i could just fill up the tank and then pay but he didnt let me. What was he thinking? I would not pay? After i paid, the man kept following me, saying not the nicest things. I told him it is christmas time and that he was very rude. I was happy when i reached my car and could lock it. felt unsafe and will never come back and recommended the shop by email to let his man work somewhere else.

Hands down the best place for all your car needs, if i could leave more stars I woul!. I just moved to the area and I asked a couple of random people I met at the local Dunkin donuts and also asked a few neighbors and they all recommended this place. So i went knowing I needed brakes and a wheel bearing from my previous mechanic. So I drop off my car and they even offered me a loaner or a ride which was really nice and convenient. I get a call about an hour later and they said the noise I was hearing was not the bearing but the tires and the car didnt need all the brakes replaced, just needed a caliper, one rotor and a set of pads. Poof, mind blown! Amazing I was expecting those repairs I knew about plus something else of course. These guys are good and honest and thats the most important thing to me. These guys saved me so much money and I really appreciate it. They gain a new customer forever.Also another cool thing happened the other day I was getting gas with my wife and the gas attendant pointed out our sticker was expired, didnt realized but they do those too and it literally was in and out in 10 minutes with nothing but good news and a couple of recommendations of future repairs needed on her car which was nice.If you are looking for a great, clean, honest, fair car repair shop that pretty much do everything, this is your place!Thank God I found this place.. one less thing to worry about when you like and trust your mechanic.

After a long search I purchased a 12 year old Porsche in perfect condition. I took it to Main Street Mobile on 6/10/2017 to get an inspection. While watching the mechanic remove the old sticker I suddenly realized that he was repeatedly hitting the dash with the bolt that holds the blade in the scraper. I grabbed his arm and stopped him but it was too late. He had scratched the soft touch paint off in several places along the dash (I purchased the car in New York so the old sticker was on the drivers side).To his credit the owner (Anastasios Paicopoulos), who was not there the day this happened, was willing to work with me. After looking through his video camera footage and speaking to the mechanic he sent me to a repair shop to get an estimate. The owner of the repair shop was surprised by the extent of the damage. He told me there was no way to make it right but he thought he could make it look better.I called Anastasios to let him know it would cost $150 to touch up the paint and to my surprise he said he would only pay for 50% of the repair! I did not take the money and instead am writing this review to let others know of my experience.

I just moved to Watertown looking for a trust worthy mechanic that works on bmw when I asked people in Watertown any recommendations every one recommended main street mobile including the fire dept and police dept. I needed 4 new Michelin tires for my BMW and me shopping around found that George at MSM has 200 hundreds tires in stock including the ones I needed for my car he charged me $760.00 for the tires which included high speed balance and four wheel alignment he also gave me a loaner and had my car back to me in three hours best service ever I recommend for all to go TRY THEM OUT ask for GEORGE

I recently moved from Baltimore to Watertown Massachusetts. I drive a Porsche 911 Turbo and was referred by my co- worker of Main Street Mobile. I went by there and met with Tasos. Great Guy very friendly. I had to get brakes and tires for my Porsche. They gave me a great price on original brakes for my Porsche, and Tires. They have an overstocked room with at least 200 tires in stock from Michelin to Goodyears they have everything . Tasos also gave me a free loaner to drive. Top Service Five Star all the way. They are very highly recommended even my own BOSS goes there. Try them out and ask for TASOS. Thank You buddy for your Expertise and Great Service.

BEST SERVICE STATION I EVER BEEN TO. THESE GUYS ARE SO HONEST. I WENT TO A PLACE NEAR BY TO GET MY CAR INSPECTED AND GOT REJECTED FOR FRONT END AND BECAUSE OF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON, THE PLACE THAT REJECTED ME SAID I NEEDED ABOUT 600 BUCKS WORTH OF FRONT END WORK AND ANOTHER 800 BUCKS FOR MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT (CATALYST CONVERTOR). I WAS REFERRED TO THIS STATION FROM A GOOD FRIEND AND WENT THERE FOR A SECOND OPINION. NOT ONLY DID THEY SAY I DIDNT NEED ALL THAT FRONT END WORK AND JUST NEEDED TIE RODS, THEY ALSO SAID I DIDNT NEED A CAT AND ONLY NEEDED O2 SENSORS. TOTAL $300..WOW! THANK GOODNESS I WENT THERE. THEY FINISHED MY CAR WITHIN A FEW HOURS AND ALSO GAVE ME A FREE LOANER FOR THE WHOLE DAY CAUSE I NEEDED TO GO TO WORK. I WAS ALSO SURPRISED TO SEE A NORMAL STICKER ON MY WINDSHIELD, THEY TOOK THE EXTRA STEP DRIVING MY CAR FOR THE MILES (DRIVE CYCLE) TO PASS INSPECTION, THEY EVEN WENT TO THE STATION I FAILED TO GET THE FREE STICKER..AGAIN WOW! THEY ARE REALLY NICE, HONEST, FAST AND MOST IMPORTANT CHEAP!! THATS PROBABLY WHY THEIR ALWAYS BUSY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM..A++++ ACROSS THE BOARD FOR THESE GUYS.

TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE:During ordinary oil change they occasionally released transmission hose fixation that led to IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE of automatic transmission system.They declined to take responsibility for their mistake.I WILL NEVER COME BACK !!!

Came in cause two tires were slightly flat yestetdayay 330 pm, an employee rushed to my assistance at checked and filled my tires, he also offered to top off all my fluids for free, he goes by the name of willy and is always there, although i live in waltham he has my business from he on out
