I came in out of urgency as my phone stopped being able to hold a charge and keep it. Also was an att customer and needed to switch to my husbands plan. Eric was super helpful to calm me down during a work day for this to happen and took care of everything and went back to work! Highly recommend!

My phone was dying, other stores were out of the phones I wanted. Russells had one Google pixel 6 left. Saleswoman was super helpful, answered all my questions about the phone. I bought it and all the data from my old phone was transferred in 11 minutes. A really pleasant, easy experience.

Came to buy a n emergency phone just a few minutes before closing time and the man working refused to sell to me. I told him I was a guaranteed sale and he flat out said no, I close in a few minutes. I ended up spending well over $1000 at Best Buy down the street. Too bad he works on commission and refused the sale. My husband just went into this store to get help with transferring data from his old to the newly purchased phone. He was charged $25.00 just for transferring the data. Weve been a Verizon customer for many years and never have the experience of being charge for data transfers. Clerk said that ...because you did not buy the phone from us.... Be careful with this store and their charges.

I entered the store, and saw that one of the two workers was sitting with his mask pulled down off of his mouth and nose. I did not feel safe due to the rise in the delta variant of COVID-19, so I left immediately. I was very disappointed since this location has good reviews and the website indicated that masks were required here. Hopefully the staff can be redirected on the importance of wearing masks indoors during the covid pandemic, covering the mouth and nose at all times while indoors,for the safety of themselves and others.

Sometimes the wait time can be a while, but when it is your turn the service and knowledge level is fantastic! We’ll worth the wait ;)

Eric at Russell Cellular in Watertown Square was beyond professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We ran an errand and were a few minutes late returning, catching him as he was running a work errand. He came right back in and finished with us - and was kind about our lateness. I bought my phone during a huge sale. There was a wait, but they were attentive and the process was fairly simple except the salesman forgot to activate my daughters phone, necessitating a return trip.

Just go to a Direct Verizon Store ; Sim Cards are free at Direct Verizon Stores. Some Authorized Retailer are charging for SIM Cards, like this shopSince Verizon charges $35 / new line. If you have 4 lines, youre going to pay 4 * (30$ + 35$) + taxes instead of 4 * 35$ + taxes.

My phone unexpectedly died today, I tried to troubleshoot it, to no avail, the staff at IM Wireless told me to come in and they would take a look at it. After they did everything they could to try to fix it they set me up with a new 5G phone. Great service and awesome staff.

Jay is the best. I needed a new phone and communicated with him via text (so much easier than calling!). When my new phone arrived I couldn’t get out of the house with 3 young kids on different schedules to drop off my old phone for transfer and pick up my new phone. Man at the counter was rude, dismissive, interrupted, and rushed me. His answer to my question was that there wasnt anything they could do and when I mentioned I had insurance, he said they dont help with anything but replacing SIM cards. He didnt even provide me with contact information for the insurance customer service even when I asked. He also was not wearing a mask and there is an indoor mask mandate in the town we were in.

ERIC is the man! He was so helpful over the phone, and when I came in, he was efficient, polite, and knowledgable in helping me upgrade my device. By far the smoothest Verizon experience Ive ever had.

Went in early around 9:20am today, 1 person in front of me. Single and only Verizon employee helping him said would be a few minutes. Waited 45 minutes and they didnt appear close to finishing. About 3 more people came in and everyone waiting for assistance. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Why have a single employee running a store if it will take forever to assist customers?

I recently purchased a new phone at this store. David was very helpful walking me through the available account options. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. When the phone came in he was able to very quickly port over my number and transfer my data. I also have to mention that Eric was also courteous and helpful during a couple of my visits and the gentleman, who I believe was the owner, even offered me some coffee while I waited for David to finish up with a customer. I am very pleased with my experience at this Verizon store and will be recommending them to others.

When I first came in Ashley was working with a person that was deaf and mute. As I sat there and watched her doing her best to communicate with the lady with the little bit of sign language that she could do. The lady was so happy, just so happy for the time that Ashley spent showing her the phone and the features. I came in for an early upgrade, and before they told me I’d have to pay the tax (about $90!) upfront and it can’t just be put on the next bill cycle, they took off my screen protector, then told me I couldn’t pay the remaining $ towards the early upgrade in cash, and now I’m left without a screen protector, same old phone, not to mention my charger/headphones are both broken.And I’ve sat here for an hour and a half and this “sales rep” is just sitting there on her phone in silence instead of trying to see what she can do to make sure I don’t leave unhappy.Very poor customer service.Makes me want to switch services.I just left.

Ashley was awesome. Easiest process Ive ever had. That said the pricing is high. I dont mind paying various markups to help out a local business.. but $50 just to transfer my data? Something thats always been free and literally costs them nothing.. on top of the set up fee and paying the markups for accessories..

A Hidden Gem! My sister and I were due for an upgrade and realized the store we usually go to for phones, in Everett, was no longer open. We decided to try Watertown since it was nearby. Wow, what a completely different experience than what we were used to when buying new phones! Weve gone to the store in Everett and Portsmouth and never had a great experience nor did we get out of the store in under 2.5 hours. Andrew Fung helped us as soon as walked in and was so helpful and informative on phone models and what would best fit our needs. He also informed us of a current promotion with accessories and a $250 rebate. He transferred all of our information from both phones and we were in and out and super happy with the experience. He didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need and he was wonderful to work with. We will be going to this store EVERY TIME in the future. No wait, no sales pitch, and great staff etc Perfect!

We love this store as it is at a very convenient location and offer great service. We bought new phones from them and were having issues submitting the rebate online. We even called Verizon help line and rebate center. Both were unable to resolve our issue. However with the help of this IM Wireless store, we were able to submit our rebate successfully! Andrew was great and helped us trade in multiple phones, setup two new phones and put our screen protectors on perfectly (this is a big deal for us). They have no phones to show. I ordered a phone told me 5 days later I called they said back issued 3 more days. 6 days later I find out they never ordered it. I call them and the man on the phone swears. .please never go here
