HORRIBLE SERVICE ! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I rarely leave reviews but my experience was so bad I felt the need to leave it. I ordered a very pricey arrangement for my best friends birthday. It was a tulip arrangement and it’s her favorite flower so I thought it would be worth it. Not only did it look nothing like the photo but they substituted the tulips with carnations and DID NOT NOTIFY ME. I paid $80+ for carnations. Had they had the decency to notify me I could’ve changed them to roses at least. They did not bother to tell me and didn’t apologize and never answered the phone when I called to complain. Do not order, THEY RIP YOU OFF AND SEND DIFFERENT FLOWERS but charge you regular price without warning you or giving you a chance to change your order. THE WORST flower shop experience I’ve had .

I would like to give 0 stars. Ordered the baby boy boquet with balloon and bear. They ended up with two identical orders because they were too busy to say they had already received the same order...seriously. and I had to wait an extra day due to they were out of the correct flowers. They still didnt realize it was going to be a duplicate order???. Made my first grandchild celebration very memorable indeed. 👎👎

I was thrilled with the flowers I ordered for a funeral. They looked as pictured - actually prettier and fuller than the bouquet i chose - and they were delivered as promised. I would highly recommend.

Ordered a rather expensive arrangement for someone special, but it turned out totally different than the picture they have posted on the website - expected a refund, was told I would get 20% off next purchase. Asked for it in writing, but they refused and said Id have to take their word??? Anyway, wont go back...

I had these gals do all my formal bouquets and I loved them!! So beautiful, easy to work with and helped me come up with ideas I really I liked! Felt like I was working with family.

I will always go to Christine for all my floral needs! She is always willing to listen to ideas and makes it better than I imagined. You aren’t just a number to her. She takes the time to make sure you know how to care for the plant after you leave with it. Love this place!

Flowers were pretty, but service was very very unprofessional! They called and asked me if I could come pick up the flowers that I was getting for mothers day that I didnt know about. So rude to ruin the surprise, and not to mention the fact that they paid for delivery of the flowers, not for me to make a trip to town to come and get them! Then they called 4 times, yes 4 times and left a message because they couldnt find our house. Get a GPS this is 2016! There was no apologies for calling so much or anything just complaint about the directions. So pretty flowers but dont plan on surprising anyone with them!
