They stand behind their work and given price quotes. They will search high and low to get the parts needed this may cause a delay in estimated finish time but try their best to stay on track.

We were looking for an HONEST prompt mechanic. A friend at Advance Auto referred us to Jacksons. We told them that we needed a rebuilt transmission slapped in and it needed to be banged out in 1 day because I needed to be home to fill my wood stove or my pipes would freeze. Jacksons kept there commitment, they stayed on it and completed the task. It was almost 8pm when they got done. I am amazed and gr8ful to all of them for the hard work they did for us. Terrible place. Shouldnt be open. They like to play games. Got home after letting them work on the car . Both front tires were loose missing about half the lug nuts.

I went the Jackson Automotive and Lube to get new tires mounted and balanced. I brought my own tires and they had previously quoted me what it would cost. I went there and they did exactly what I went there for, they mounted and balanced my tires and disposed of the old ones. They didnt try to upsell me on anything, didnt try to tell me they would have to rebuild my TPMS, didnt check my vehicles alignment, just did what I asked and did it quickly, I went in at 4:05pm and was out of there by 4:35-4:40. Wish there were more shops like this, great job guys.

So I brought my girlfriend 2011 jeta there to have the brakes looked at and have a sticker put on it. Turned out it it needed a tie rod end, so after having it for 3 days we got the car back.They put a sticker on the car. (Which mind you never should have taken one.. ) so after driving the car it was all over the road you couldnt keep it straight the alignment was way out of whack and they did not install the tires rod correctly. They didnt finish installing it I should say it i will. This could have caused a accident so after paying them to do it I had to turn around and pay another company to fix the issues they caused ..

I had really high expectations of Jacksons due to knowing people there. I got tons of reccomendations. I went there for a fairly simple job a 2.5 inch leveling kit and a new muffler and tires. The work, great. But the service, not 100% clear. They opened up the credit account for me, and said, oh yeah itll be paid off in 90 days let the auto payments come out. And Im thinking sweet outta sight out of mind, but actually you need to make a lot more payments than what comes out. So good work, just some miscommunication.
