How do you go from one of the best pharmacy staffs ever to the hot garbage you have now. Theres been 2 fantastic pharmacists in a row here and now its like pulling teeth to get prescriptions filled and have any updates. Ive had a prescription that is literally put two small boxes in a bag take 3 days with no updates.

I use this pharmacy all the time, and I really have not had issues until lately. Tonight I went to pick up my two prescriptions. When I got there the lady who was helping me was very rude to the point that my 10-year-old made a comment about it. She told me that she only had one of the prescriptions and not the second and when I asked her why she couldn’t tell me. She then turned to a male coworker and rolled her eyes. Another gentleman come to the window and said that the doctor had not called it in until 10 minutes ago.That was a lie because both prescriptions were called in the same time and my doctor told me that she had called in two days prior. Both prescriptions were a pair one for insulin pens and one was needles for the pens. Why they thought that I would believe that she only called in the needles and not the insulin is beyond me. But the most disturbing was how I was treated and that she rolled her eyes in front of me. She proceeded to talk to both gentlemen obviously when I couldn’t hear what they were saying but I could tell by the reactions she was talking about me. This makes me want to change pharmacies. Very poor customer service. My 10-year-old said “maybe she doesn’t like her job”

This is my current pharmacy and is also by far the worst pharmacy Ive ever had. If it wasnt for my insurance I wouldnt go here. The pharmacy techs here are rude. I have been told by them they never received a probiotic that my doctor sent over only to find it in their online system in my chart! I even called my doctor and he said they received it. The tech had the nerve to tell me to just buy an over the counter (no Im not buying an over the counter when the doctor sent something specific for me). Not to mention the countless times I have had issues refilling my meds or just waiting crazy amounts of time to receive them.

I use this pharmacy because it is in-network and closest to my house, but it is not very good. Once they gave me to wrong amount of medication (missing about 10 pills), Ive been given the wrong info about medication, most of the time the pharmacy techs cannot pronounce the medications, and they never give you any information about your prescription or ask if you have questions for the pharmacist. Today I went to pick up a prescription that was called in 4 days ago and they didnt have it nor did they call to tell me they were out. They had 4 days to do this and I drove here for nothing. They also couldnt tell me for sure when the medication would come in or how much it would cost with my insurance. Not impressed with this pharmacy at all!

Pharmacy assistant was super lazy. I was the only one in line and she looked right at me and kept joking with the pharmacist.It took at least 5 minutes for her to ask what I needed.She made me feel like I was intruding.Horrible

Ginger at the front (who is not wearing a name tag) is supposedly a Manager, she is the worst Manager I have ever encountered. I am a regular customer and have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Today I went in and there was Kleenex right when you walk in. So I put 4 in my cart and continued shopping. Down by paper there was more Kleenex and sale said 4 boxes for $5. So I decided I would by 4 more. When I went to ring up, Ginger told me there is a limit of 2 per customer. I said there is no sign that says that. She said there is over by the paper products. I understand there being a limit and all but what about your loyal customers that spend our hard earned money in your store weekly? Then later in afternoon, went to CVS on Silvernail Rd and tried to by 4 boxes of Kleenex for $5 and it was not a problem. They were super nice, Derrick and Brandon the store Manager.

RUDE employee. Always rude and lazy every time. He mumbled for me to use the self check out when I asked for help. With all the recent remodeling this was my first time back in awhile, and I didnt know they Had a self checkout. Theres people without jobs that would be more than happy to take this guys place and Work! without an attitude! Also management please get this crab apple a shirt that fits so 3inches of his fat stomach isnt exposed.

Wife and I went to get flu shots. Pharmacists have always been good at their work. However, I warn customers to be careful now: Everyone in pharmacy masked, but one pharmacy tech did not have his nose covered. Two other techs were gossiping while they worked, talked about sitting in a hair salon for 3 hours! Doesnt seem like good precautions among pharmacy staff, and could expose other pharmacy workers, as well as customers. Pharmacy needs to take COVID precautions seriously.

Losing my patience. Location is great for me. So I decided to give this CVS a try and switch from Sams Club. Will need to rethink this very soon.First prescription I brought in last month was ordered to be filled no earlier than 10/16. The pharmacist told me they could not prepare it until that morning and it would not be ready until 11. Sams Club always had it ready first thing the morning it was OK to fill. I can live with this.Yesterday I dropped off a prescription to be filled and they said it would be ready by 11. And they would call if there was any problem.Here at noon and told it wasnt ready yet. It would be 15 minutesThats gotta get better. Sams is better and I was going there for 10 years. Only location prompted a change.

I had the greatest experience with a worker named Laurel. She really went the extra mile to make sure I got the meds I need to me today. I am showing symptoms of covid and she made sure that I could get my meds without exposing anyone else to the virus. Thank you Laurel!!!

Waited in the RX drive thru for over 20 minutes. It was completely backed up with 10 cars because they only had one lane open. Very inconvenient and irritating.

I transferred my prescriptions here because of a lower cost and closer location to my house. Their prices arent too bad but my bene card seems to not like being used here. Pharmacy staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

I have shopped at this particular location have experienced wonderful customer service. They make me feel like a valued customer.However, regarding a review that was posted stating that being a valued shopper; stating that there was a limit put on items. It is posted everywhere that all retail stores have put limits on many of their items, i.e. toilet paper, kleenex, bottled water, among many things.I think I should share this that was posted about our retail associates:I have family and friends that work at Retail stores and are having to endure this! Someone else posted this and I copied it; well said though.PSA: please while you are out there in large crowds (not supposed to gather for church, but so help me everyone can go to Walmart, Kroger, Costco, Publix, etc) please dont be a rude smart arrogant @$$. These people working in this business are NOT responsible for the empty shelves, YOU ARE! Stop cussing, fussing and calling them names! Instead you should be thankful they came to work today or any day to unload trucks and replenish the stock when available. They are tired, frustrated, over worked, underpaid, and still having to be nice to you. They are in the public risking their own health by being exposed to you, if you could be sick and not know it yet. JUST BE NICE! I challenge everyone reading this to stop and thank a stocker, a cashier, a manager, a customer service person, a door greeter, a sacker, and anyone else that went into their job today for YOU. Stop taking these people for granted and say THANKS! Please make their day, even if you didnt find toilet paper, paper towels, or sanitizer.... just say thanks for working so hard!Yes you may copy, paste and share!I think this encompasses all of what could be said.

I was trying to schedule an appointment for the pharmacy and the website kept giving me an error saying that there were no available time slots despite it originally saying there was. I tried calling and was put on hold for half an hour.

Helpful and friendly staff inside the store. Drive thru pharmacy is slower than in store (not sure why...) I prefer this store to any of the local Walgreens.

VERY poor customer service. I called to transfer my prescription from Walgreens to CVS and the lady on the phone was SO rude. Made me feel like an idiot because I have never transferred before. When she was finished taking my information down, she just hung up on me. Didnt let me know she was finished, didnt say goodbye or anything. Just hung up. I will be staying with Walgreens. Paying a few extra $ is worth it for quality customer service.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. I drive an extra 15 minutes and past a walgreens just to come to this CVS. Everyone drops everything to help you if you need it and are very friendly
