Great customer service. Took my car in and I knew what had to be fix with asides from why I took it in. The guy told me what we knew already so, we were pleased with the honesty.

Was very prompt and communicative in telling me everything he planned to do with my vehicle. Very thorough in diagnostics, and even used text to communicate with me (very convenient!)He even fixed an issue on my vehicle as a courtesy! Will definitely be going back to 1st Ave Auto to take care of my vehicle.

On our way back from a trip up north and we had issues with a tire. We stopped in hoping for help, they put the car up right away, did the quick fixes and got us back on the road in 15 minutes. They were very friendly and professional.

I brought my son’s car in to be looked at while he was home from college. He goes to school in Minneapolis and was told that he needed to spend over $1,000 on repairs for the front end- despite the fact that I repaired everything a year ago when I gave him the car. He wasn’t sure if he should believe the mechanics over there so he brought it home on my advice. I explained to Tom what happened and he said he would do a complete evaluation of the 2007 Ford Focus. Great place to get a car done i have had my struts and altanator done by them last year and now this year i am having my cv axels and tie rods and to find out my rack pinion is almost shot and they told me that they would replace it if i got the part and not charge for parts and labor all they are charging me is for the labor done by them they are straight forward and honest they dont beat around the bush.

Ive brought both of my vehicles there to have work done and they are straight shooters. Better then fair priced, honest, and they take pride in their work!!! I will most definitely be going back to them every time I need work done to my cars

Little more spendy than i like but good service.

I was having trouble with my fan.I took it in they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a day, they did a great job!

Wow, this place is a dump. Walked in and was greeted by a very unpleasant guy who turns out to be the owner. There is junk everywhere, and I just cant get over how rude and impolite the owner was to a potential customer. Its a shame to have such a dump on the west side, certainly doesnt help this side of towns image.
