The communication was prompt, honest, helpful, and consistent from application, to financing, and through final sale. My dealer was very kind and patient even though Id call with a million questions. He always made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me.At pick up, I was patiently walked through the set up and all of the cars features. Much of this was new to me, and never once did i feel rushed or stupid for my questions. When I ran into an issue on the way off the lot, the service department immediately took the car in and resolved it. Every step of this process made me feel as though I was getting VIP treatment.Speaking of the Service Department, you couldnt ask for better that this! The entire staff is professional and courteous. The shop appears clean. The work is thorough, prompt, and honest. They are transparent about what needs to be done and if something can wait. (I brought my car in asking for new brakes and they let me know that they still had life in them. Most places would just take the money.) The pricing is extremely fair. They even assisted me in timing my appointment for new tires around an upcoming sale.Really. What more can you ask for? Poor customer service at the service. Everything went well until they said they filled up all my fluids in my vehicle. Yeah he straight up lied to my face. Covid 19 are times for greedy businesses.

Very sloppy serviceWhen my car was returned to me the seats were covered in greaseIf they don’t pay attention to something as obvious as grease on a seat are they attentive to making sure drain plugs are tight or wheel studs are tight?

3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We kept calling and they kept saying 20 minutes more. Then they never called when it was done. Terrible
