My boost phone shut down out of nowhere and never turned back on even though it was fully charged, so I bought a new boost phone to replace the old one. I set my new phone up to basically switch phones with my old one so that I could have the same number and now I cant even make a phone call, or send a text without getting the error message mobile phone out of network. To try and fix the issue I called the call center only to talk to a useless robot, then I went into chat. Ive been waiting over an hour to be connected and received no help. Needless to say Im so disappointed with my service and will be buying a phone from a different company asap.
Ok well i bought a new phone, from this store on 5/6/2021, brought it home it wont work in my house.. so i called them told me my issue, they told me that there was nothing they could do, i could bring the phone back, they would refund the phone after a 25 dollar restock fee? i would loose the activation fee of 35 dollars, the phone case, 15 bucks, some epay fee 4.00 for activation ?.so i would lose almost 80 dollars to return I had it four days ! lol. my advice do not buy a phone from them ! rude employee/ owner i dont know.. Im switching to a different carrier asap.. p/s i have been with boost over 10 years...No more rude company !

I didnt even go into the store I only called and that told me enough of what I needed to know wouldnt go here..... when the guy that answered the phone answer the phone in a muffled voice didnt even announce where I was calling to or that it was boost Mobile and just said yeah when he answered the phone..... Then made it seem like it was too much for him to answer my questions when I did ask my questions he couldnt give me an answer to my questions.
If I could give negative stars I would. All I needed was an updated SIM card, that’s it.Dominic was INCREDIBLY RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND NOT HELPFUL IN ANY WAY. Apparently proper customer service was not part of training. I will be using the online or 611 services from now on.
Im extremely disappointed that i had to pay for a replacement sim card when the issue was not my fault. I paid 200 dollars for a phone that i could not use for 4 days in Wausau. This is frustrating to day the least. You may want to re-evaluate charging your customers for replacement cards when theres an issue beyond my control. The only reason I stayed is because your staff did what they could under the circumstance.
The company wants to retain customers mandatorily. They are not capable of unlocking your cell phone when you already bought a cell phone with them in full🤮

Remember, this is a bargain phone system. Read your contract, ask questions. In all, i feel like for the savings compared to my 10+ years under Sprint(if you didnt know-boost is basically a cheap sprint service using sprint networks) that this is a fair bill and company. Service Id give a C- as the signal can drop right in the city or anywhere. Good deal otherwise. Info- do you have a sprint phone that you love that is paid off with no contact, you can run it through boost cheaper.
The guy running the place just suuuucks. Hes so slow and doesnt apply screen protectors very well.
Cant get any help for a faulty phone. Theyll charge for a whole new phone. I only had this for a month.
Refused to sell me a phone on the $35 plan and forced me to buy the $50 plan. THAT IS NOT POLICY YOU MAKE COMISSION AT THE $50 PLAN! Liars! The guy was also very rude and texting his friends the whole time with a F%@# this attitude. Buy your phones online for better deals, and to not buy something you dont need!
Wont answer the phone and dont wanna waste my time driving up there if they dont have any good phones in stock (which they never do). Last time I walked in there it smelled like someone hasnt showered in a month. Need to get it together.
Wish I could give less than 1. The people working here, and Ive encountered a variety, have no idea what they are doing and if they dont know the answer, instead of looking into it or saying they dont know they will lie to you. Its annoying. Last phone I bought the guy was busy eating pizza at the counter and kept trying to handle my phone with his greasy fingers. The place is an embarrassment. I enjoy boost for their mobile data plans. But I will be going to AT&T,. There really is no reason to go to this store unless you are trying to pay your bill with cash, or buy a cheap phone. They dont offer anything else. This store is a joke.
