Very good experience working with the team at USCellular. We left Tmobile because the service was terrible. USCellular is so much better. We can actually use our phones now!

Serra did an amazing job helping me set up my new phone. She was very polite and professional at all times and has been very patient answering some additional questions. Her customer service skills are top notch. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit the Wausau, WI location.
Vincent. This is the name of the worst customer service representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My experience a little over a week ago was so bad I made an email account so I could leave this google review since normally I use yahoo.Before I ever went into the store I did my own research online so I knew what I was walking into. To start the interaction off poorly, my quote WITHOUT TAX was 45 dollars more than online for my phones. This started everything off badly but wasn’t even the tip of the ice burg. He was rude, uncaring, and just straight up disrespectful the entire time I was there. He played on his tablet and texted on his phone more than he talked to me. He even at one point rolled his eyes at me when I asked a question about the service. Then to top it all off, I had to see his rear end because he failed to wear a shirt that was work appropriate. Honestly this guy, in my opinion, is more the used car salesman type than anything. Unfortunately, he not only lost my sale but I will be sure to pass this along to several of my co workers that are looking into switching carriers as well. Very disappointed....
I was made to wait outside in 10 degree weather while my phone was fixed because i am un able to wear a mask. No appologies even. Just kicked outside.
Gave Excellent Service. Little to no wait and when I did have to wait they let me do other errands and texted me when it was my turn! That was so convenient! When I did get there the girl there helped me so much and explained things to me clearly and distinctly. They got me such a better deal versus what I had at ATT and since I got the service a month ago I have had excellent service no matter where I am! Thank you so much for coming to this area!

Did they even know what they were doing???? I literally wasted 1 hour waiting in line and another 1 hour trying to talk and hear my Associate who was in front of me vs another Associate 2 feet away from me who I could hear just fine. Not only that but they claimed to not know what was wrong with the system and couldnt find a way to immediately deal with my glitch so I either had to change my plan to something I didnt want or they could contact me another day when they finally get the system up and running??? I ran into that line from them, twice now. US Cellular what are you doing???

I stopped in to ask a few questions and Ended up switching from Cellcom on the spot. For just about the same plan (us cellular doesn’t throttle down your unlimited data like cellcom does) I am saving $100 a month and were able to trade in phones for new ones on there promotions. Serra went up and above with her customer service to get everything set up. This girl deserves a raise for her willingness to help, explain and take her time to make sure your 100% Happy.
