I went in at the end of the day to start new service. Not many people in the store so I thought I wouldnt be there long. But with only one guy working I stood around for 30+ min. When it was my turn, the employee gave me his undivided attention and got me taken care of.

The staff our extremely helpful and keep their cool even when a customer, me, come in all upset. They helped me figure out the problem and never got upset or mad back. I will continue to take my business to Cricket in Wausau.

Service was impeccable every time I went to visit. Always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with the service. Only switched to another provider due to the lack of payment options on phones. Other than that no regrets with the service they provided. Affordable option and best bang for your buck as far as prepaid is concerned.

Great price on cell service. Phones are decent. Service is good so long as youre the only one in there. Otherwise you may have to wait for a while. Overall a good company.

We didnt start new service or purchase a new phone, yet I still rate the service here 5 stars. Being stuck with my current carrier, customer service has lacked from day one. June was extremely helpful. We left with everything we needed to know to make a good decision.

Best place to get a phone. The employees see you as a person not a commission. They focus on your wants and dont try to force something on you that you dont want. By far the most customer focused cellular retailer in the whole Wausau area. Walked in there and they didnt have the phone I wanted so they dropped what they were​ doing and ran all the way to Schofield to get what I wanted. Ill definitely be returning to this location again for all my cell phone needs

Plz ppl dont go to this place very clueless cricket worker especially the fat chick with the beard. The ppl that work there hate thier job. Takes them forever to get anything going and takes them forever to finish a sentence as if they were high or somthing. If Im lying then let lighting strike me. Took them a lil over n hour to get me my new phone and pay my bill. SMH never again

By far the worst customer service I have ever had. About 6 months ago they cut our automatic payments. We went into 3 different Cricket stores, and each time they told us it was set up.-it never was. The people working in the store had no idea what they were doing. Apparently over the phone assistance is not able to set up for autmatic payments, so they were no help either. We ended up going into GameStop store and the workers there were able to set out account back up. Last month they again cut our automatic payments-the reason they gave was we wanted to make sure you wanted the automatic payments set up still. ...? So again we went into the Cricket store to hopefully get it set up. The person behind the counter thinks they have it set up. So we will see next month if it is actually set up or not.

They take there time to help the customers. And are very knowledgeable of there products.At times they are under staff due to a influx of customers. I recommend cricket and the people at the 17th ave store in the Wausau area.

Bigger set guy had me waiting 20 minutes...then he decided to Take someone before me after that Long wait..very rude...they also have little knowledge...weston is so much better then wausau Store. Also they are so understaffed...im a very upset Customer.

Wasnt happy with wait time to purchase a new phone and service. Waited around for about 40 mins while employees were assisting a customer with their phone issues.

Aside from a charge for late fee, a charge to make your payment in store, a charge for activation fee, a charge for everything, they add up to more than the actual phone costs! Thats my biggest complaint about them.
