My wife and I went to the customer appreciation event to get her a much needed new phone. Our sales rep, Joe, was excellent as always. For less than a dollar more a day than what we were currently paying, Joe was able to set up each of us with new phones! This is one reason why I have remained a Cellcom customer for nearly 25 years.

I have had excellent service as a work phone - however, the attitude I get from our company sales rep has much to be desired. I will not throw him under the bus here, however, hopefully I can hear back from the Owner.

The only employee that has been helpful is Kyle.

I suggest that you find someone that knows about phones went in with my husbands phone simple problem he ended up cancelling all my husbands ringtones etc I will try to fix myself

DONT GET CELLCOM! dont fall into the trap of whatever good deal they have. They tell you that their coverage is just as good as Verizon and its not even close. I cant make phone calls on my way home from work because I never have service (never had this issue with verizon). Now, after about 9 months of their service, I can not send text messages that are longer than 2 sentences or pictures through text. They just wont send anymore...not to mention, when we originally signed up the guy who helped us promised us a particular deal and then completely changed his story. We had to demand to speak to management to get the half way decent deal he was offering. Im switching back to Verizon. Do not get cellcom!

I went to the Rib Mt store. A very rude and argumentative gentleman...rephrase male ..assisted me with my phone purchase. I was in there urgently my phone died in mid phone call re emergency surgery my daughter was having done. I was stressed and near tears. I told the employee it was imperative I have my contacts added to the new phone. He became flippant and rude stating, He cant work miracles! I have not been back since. That encounter was in January 2011

Customer service was extremely rude, would not sell me any accessories because I was not a Cellcom Patron. I would never do business with this company.

I went into Cellcom on a Sunday to inquire about starting a new service. The fella working took my information, name, number and the required credit check info: my SSN, and my Drivers License number. He called their credit department, but being a Sunday - there was no one there. He said hed call me on the following Wednesday as that would be his next scheduled work day.That was a month ago. I never received a call back. Now this guy has my sensitive personal information, and Ill Never be a Cellcom customer due to this extreme example of unprofessional customer non-service. Cellcom doesnt want my money, so you should just save yours too and look elsewhere.

Great Cellcom store. Service is always excellent.

Be prepared to wait in line at least 1/2 hour. Only 2 associates on Saturdays and one on Sunday. During my wait, 4 people came and went after 10 minute wait. Good for me who was stubborn and stuck out the wait. Oh, and the phone was constantly ringing and never got answered. Now I know why I got the answering machine when I called....
