I was a little stressed before I came to my eye appointment. It also didn’t help that my baby was in a cranky mood and was constantly crying while I was there. I was horrified and was worried that everyone was getting annoyed. All of the employees were very accommodating to my situation. My eye doctor was even trying to entertain her with stuff in the exam room lol. I am very happy with my visit. I’m glad I switched to this eye clinic.

Stopped in last week wanting to take a quick look at frame selection. Was told l would have to make an appointment and even then l could not look myself. Apparently the tech would bring frames for me to look at that she thought l might like. What???Another person came in wanting to do the same thing as me.... we both left.Stine Optical and the Eye Clinic had no problem at all and it was possible for me to browse for a period of time.Envision needs to rethink their Covid protocol.

This review pertains to the optical department. I scheduled an appointment to look at frames. I arrived at the office wearing my mask and sanitized my hands upon entry to the building. I waited approximately five minutes before being called back to the optical department and then I was told to sit down and the technician would bring me frames to try on that she felt would suit me. I was not able to look around and felt like I was being a nuisance. The technician was abrupt and not friendly at all. Was I to rely on her opinion of what she felt looked good on me? I did not feel welcome at anytime and was informed several times as to how busy they have been. Needless to say I will not be returning back. There will be another optical department getting my business.

Visited for the first time recently. I needed glasses and contacts. Very busy place but everything went fairly well. I had Dr. Goga and she is very thorough and very good at what she does. I liked her a lot. There was one mis-hap with an appointment, I received a call that my contacts were in, could I make an appointment to come try them on. I went in the middle of the day, using the time as a longer lunch break as I dont live in Wausau. Turns out the contacts werent there so it was a wasted trip. One other thing worth mentioning is that it is always very warm in the office, to the point of discomfort so dont bother with a coat, even in the dead of winter and dress accordingly.

Awsome people and doctors, 2 week turn around on frames and lenses.(which I thought was quick, the way mail is now a days!) Only complaint would be the amount of paperwork you have to fill out before appt. But its getting to be that way everywhere. So, I cant fault them for that. Only my second pair Ive ever gotten, and I would go back for my next pair. They really took there time to make sure I was getting what I wanted and they fitted right. Our insurance covered everything but the glare option. All I owed was $35. They also did the laser option, so no eye dilation or drops.(Might of been a small fee for the laser, but it was worth it!). Im no expert but thought I was treated very well! They said 2 weeks/and it was 2 weeks! Gotta appreciate that! Thanks Envision!

I was a new patient and my intake into their systems went very quickly. My waiting time was less than five minutes. The diagnostic technician was very friendly and courteous.Their new eye scanning machine is spectacular and completely eliminated the need for eye dilatation! The optometrist was friendly, extremely thorough, and explained both the new technology and her findings to me at the right level of detail for me.I will definitely stay here as a patient for their professional eyecare services. That’s the good news...The bad news pertains to their eyeglass services. I found their technician to be extremely abrupt and did not make me feel comfortable at all. Their prices for eyeglasses seemed extremely high and when I asked why the technician cut me off. I then checked eyeglass prices at one of their competitors on the same day and found that their competitor would cost me $400 less for virtually the same pair of eyeglasses. This represents a 75% savings. So, in conclusion, please take advantage of their professional diagnostic services but avoid their eyeglass department unless you have significant excess cash to give them.

Everything was professional and comfortable, and enjoyed both the doctor and the technician. The eyeglass salesperson also sagely advised me to hold off on a duplicate purchase when I lost my new glasses, and he was totally right! Also, they have a wide selection of frames. Recommended.

Im very surprised at the other two reviews. My husband and I have gone to this clinic for years and have always been treated very well. However I do have two complaints.First, it is very uncomfortably warm in their offices, especially in the waiting room. I have complained about it but nothing changes. I have heard others complain about it too.Second, they do not have automatic doors at their entrance. I use a cane because of severe arthritis. It is very difficult to open those heavy doors while managing my cane and my purse.Other than those two things we are happy with the clinic and will continue to go there.

I have been at this clinic for several years now. Their doctors are great. I love the doctor I have now. However, their customer services over the phone need serious improvements. They hang up on their patients when they dont want to be put on hold. They talk in a condescending tone. Keeping a patient happy and impressed always starts with the front line customer services and extend to the rest of the staff. I use to recommend them as a go to but now I would suggest going somewhere else where patient is their main priority and everyone is treated with kindness.

I was seen at Envision for the first time this past week. The receptionist was so friendly when I walked in. I was early, so I looked at frames. They told me it was a 30-60 day wait for my frames, I was ok with that, because it took me forever to decide, plus they were fabulous! Dr. Erin Goga took me to the back to start my exam, I mentioned about the wait on the frames. She just ordered the same pair and was willing to give me her frames when they came in. She is so fantastic and professional. I recommend everyone to go there! I am still so excited, people just dont do things like that....Thank you!!

Had my first eye appointment today with Envision Eyecare and Dr. Sarazen. Everyone at the front desk and in the back was very friendly and they did everything they could to accommodate my appointment. Dr. Sarazen was also great, as he took the time to discuss the changes happening in my eyes and explain the imaging that was done. I also found out today that he is one of the only board certified optometrists in the area, which gives me extra confidence in his knowledge and expertise. Will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience at Envision! They did a wonderful job of identifying my prescription, and found me the perfect type contacts to use; I forget I have them in even! I also was able to pick out a pair of very stylish glasses that I always get compliments on. I would recommend Envision to anyone looking for a helpful and professional eye doctor!

After hearing Dr. Erin Goda Chaney was moving from Wittenberg to Wausau, I knew I had to follow her there for my eye exams. From the moment I entered the building, it felt like I already knew the associates now working here. Erin is simply the best when it comes to taking care of your eyes. She uses creativity while doing the exam to make the patient feel at ease. I highly suggest this place. I simply cannot find any negative thoughts to share.

I would highly recommend NOT using this business. Terrible experience. Took my son in three times in a week for glasses adjustment because they hurt his nose. Was advised to order a new pair without nose pads. We did so, and didnt hear back for a couple of weeks. I finally called, as my son was in pain, and was told that the order had never been placed. Even when we initially went in, we were looking for recommendations on what eyewear would best fit our faces, and were told by the technician, oh, we dont do that. Any of them work just fine for everyone. We will be looking for a new optical store.

Kids frames DO NOT have year warranty here, they have a 1 time during the year replacement. Also instead of taking a week to get my husbands glasses in it took more than 2 weeks.

Went in for an estimate for safety glasses but never place an order. Weeks later got a final notice bill to pay for the glasses I never ordered, tried to resolve the problem after talking back and forth the person who gave me an estimate said he assumed I wanted them and placed the order even after I said I would callback if I wanted them and the managers solution was for me to pay a restocking fee of $50 for glasses I never ordered.
