Great staff and great doctor. Very thorough eye exam. My only suggestion is to tell patients before a test is performed that it isnt covered by their insurance. This will allow the patient to decide if they want that test performed.

I was able to get right in for my appointment. The exam took less than 40 minutes, including dilating my eyes! I highly recommend this eye clinic as the doctor and staff are very friendly, helpful, and thorough!

I absolutely love the environment and the staff here! I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Not only did they help me pick out a pair of glasses that make me feel absolutely beautiful but they were so kind! Im a stay at home mom to a 1 year old, whom I had to bring with me, and they were so understanding and so sweet to her. My daughter tends to not want anything to do with strangers but she took to them like you wouldnt believe and they played with her while I tried on glasses. It was an amazing experience and they made me feel so special and treated me like I was their best friend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rib Mountain Eye Care! I have nothing but kind words to say about them!

Rib Mountain Eyecare is a little gem of a business to have right in our town of Rib Mountain. They have designer frames like Kate Spade and Melissa was super helpful in helping me find the right frames for me.

I am a new customer and I needed new contacts and I also wanted to get glasses for the first time. Great customer experience and they treated me like royalty. They were up front with costs and options, and I am happy I chose to go to them!

I will give this place one star for their front desk lady. I had to switch optometry care because my insurance changed; Rib Mtn Eye Care had good reviews and were in network so thats why I chose them. I wish I wouldnt have! They made so many mistakes! Ordering the wrong contacts, billing me for care that wasnt even provided, sending me the wrong contacts, replacing that wrong order with contacts that will work for now!? Each person I had to talk to blamed everyone else; which, I had to contact them MULTIPLE times because so many mistakes had been made.Then I come to find that my coworker had the same experience! Please take my word for it, save your time, money and effort for a better eye care provider.

They have a great selection on frames, the quality is good and prices are competitive with other opticals. I will continue to give them my business because I know they will take care of our needs.

I owe this place a stellar review. I wasnt a patient, but had a contact lens stuck above my eye. I didnt call until 5pm, and she had me come in immediately, and in two minutes I was all set. She wouldnt accept any payment, so at the very least I wanted to share my experience.The office and exam room were really nice, better than my current eye doc, in fact. And the staff member was excellent. Just all-around good people with a lifetime of experience. Highly recommend.

This is the real deal. They take the time to make sure you are good to go. My headaches got so bad I was getting dizzy. Two days in the new glasses and I was headache free. The whole Family will enjoy future visits.

Dr. Puent is ultra professional, and I have not seen this clear in at least 8 years. Melissa was spot on with glasses that look great. Super clean and top notch service. I’d give this clinic 6 stars if I could.
