Staff doesnt listen and only solution given is get used to them when glasses prescription filled incorrectly. One side of my bifocal isnt what it should be and instead of testing to see if manufactured incorrectly Im told to wear them 3 weeks (using up guarantee) to see if my eyes adjust before checking for errors. I can only see the left side of anything and cant get help from staff.

I would give less if i could. The staff is pathetic. No common courtesy. They make you stand and wait for 5 minutes without even aknowledging you. I will take future business else where.

Walmart Vision Center is a very friendly and helpful place for you complete eye care needs. Anything concerning your eye care needs are easily completed at this Walmart location. Eye exams, lenses and adjustments are handled with care and professionalism.

My daughter drove 30 minutes to go to this specific location. Had an appointment made a week in advance only to get there and be told they double booked and she needs to come back another day, seriously?!!!

I went in for an eye exam, then a lesson for contact lenses (for my first time). I have VERY fidgety eyes, but contacts are pretty much a must for firefighting (glasses will break the seal of a firefighters mask). My lesson for contacts was at 1:30, however, it took about an hour for me to get them in and once they were in I couldnt get them out.All of the staff did their best to help me and though I was in there for hours struggling, they never showed any signs of tiring of me. Eventually, they called in the optometrist who had gone home for the day. It took her a while, but she made the time to come in, and she managed to remove the lenses almost immediately when she arrived.As an additional note, corporate instructed them to not charge me for the lesson and they refunded the eye exam even though nothing went wrong with that part. They really went above and beyond to make the experience as good as possible, even though it was a shortcoming on my part.Id like especially to thank Brenda, Maria, and Shane for coaching/putting up with me for so long when they also had other costumers to attend to that afternoon. Theyre the best ever.

I pick up my glasses today everything was great I got a great price Maria V was the one who helped me get the glasses and as I pick them up she was the one there to give them to me 5 sums up to you Optical Walmart thank you

The staff at this vision center are the BEST. This is the only place that Ill order glasses from. If theres an issue, no questions asked, they take care of it

One starWent to Walmart vision for eye exam and new glasses, in October of 2019 . Everything you can imagine was wrong, the lens were the wrong script, sent back, then the rx was incorrectJust picked the new ones up last week, again .And the frame was bent .. now I wait till the new frame with lens arrive . Ridiculous amount of error by their lab .I only gave one star because the staff have beenAmazing .I won’t go back once I get this finally resolved4 months for correct glassesDon’t go here !

Two appointments in a row were canceled due to doctor being sick. Very frustrating when kids desperately need glasses.
