James, Courtney, and Andrea were very polite, kind, and helpful. Dr. DeYoung is youthful, funny, honest, yet very professional. Everything in the facility was extremely clean and regulations taken seriously. I am very pleased and happy I made the switch!

Receptionist extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Dr was excellent, took his time answered all questions. In fact he offered a possible explanation as to why I am blind in one eye. Something new and not before examined through Mayo or another Eye Clinic.So I was past pleased! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Thanks so much❤️

Was told I could have a 6:30pm appointment. On the day of my appointment they refused me, stating the appointment time was 6:20pm. The staff member who said we could have a 6:30 appointment either lied or never communicated that he let this happen. Obviously this place doesnt care about their patients. Save yourself time and go somewhere w better communication and staff.

Went in to look at frames as I had been considering blue light filtering lens for work. My wife insisted I get an eye exam as I had never had one before. Upon having the exam it was suggested that I get glasses. Staff was very helpful and made the situation very smooth. Store could use an update, but knowing the mall its really not bad.

I was having some eye issues and went in to see what was wrong. Jane Manning was my doctor and totally put me at comfort. I walked in worried and left with a smile knowing I just need glasses. Jane totally educated me as well on my eyes and I learned a lot. I totally would recommend Jane Manning to anyone!!!!!!! Best eye doctor EVER.

Was in town to ski and I forgot my contacts. The doctor got me in for an exam last minute. Very thorough exam and I was on my way. Entire staff was very friendly!

I have been a lenscrafters customer for over a decade in other states and town and have always been very satisfied. However, the wasau location leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service is almost non existant and the focus is how to enter your order in the computer not helping you with your order. I was trying to get glasses tinted. On the phone before i drove 50 minutes they said no problem 1 hour it has been 4 days i had to call and the hadnt even looked at doing them. I asked about colors of tint ...the second time they brought out a case with various tinted lenses and set it down on the desk next to me and went to watch the other employee trying to fix someone elses glasses.... i was the only one in the store. I will drive to madison or somewhere else but NEVER go to the Wausau facility again!

Im one of those that hate going to any appointment - be it medical doctor or eye doctor but was pleasantly surprised at my experience with the LensCrafters here in the mall. Made an appointment on Sunday, got in at 10:20 on Monday, had my (bifocalled) glasses at 12:15. Very EASY, PLEASANT experience from the check in to the doc to the adjuster. Thank you LensCrafters!!!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Lenscrafters of Wausau, WI.They went above and beyond to assure that I was a satisfied customer after having a small issue come up. I have no problem with small issues coming up and know that they happen. The fact that they went above and beyond to take care of me is the thing that really matters to me.They have won me over as a lifetime customer and if anyone is checking reviews before picking an optometrist, I hope you see the experience that I had and choose a company that will stand behind you when you run into a problem. Was told i could call to order my contacts/glasses... Called to order and they had no info on my prescription in their system....Very unhappy, i will be going elsewhere to purchase my glasses and contacts...

My experience was around 3 years ago and I am only giving them a one. If I could give them a half star I would. They double charged me on my visa and never apologized for doing so. I had to go in and call the 1-800 number on my cell phone and then they spoke with the representative to fix the problem, but never said I am sorry for the 2nd transaction on your bill. A year later I went to a eye clinic in a hospital setting and they have missed several eye problems that should have been addressed one year prior. Thank goodness they were able to fix the problem immediately. The last complaint I have is the fact that they did not even know how to fix the glasses correctly so they fit around your ears properly. They will never see me again.
