I am very happy with my wonderful service at this LensCrafters location. I was out of town for a couple of days and had an accident with my glasses so I needed something done right away so I could see again. And from start to finish the entire staff was wonderful, even the manger took her time to come over and say hi and wanted to make sure I was happy. I let her know that her staff was wonderful and now I can see why they were so helpful. Thank you for helping me since I was so away from my eye doctor and got be back on vacation mode.

Ms. Elizabeth was very polite and right to the point. Experience from another store(lens crafters) wasnt as friendly at all. To now I will only go to the Mayfair mall locate Lenacrafters 1306.

I love this location, theres a vast majority of frames here. Theres something for everyone! The associates here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would urge anyone to come get their glasses here.

The worst experience ever. I had to wait for couple of months to get my glasses. They gave me a unfinished product after lot of follow up taking few hundred dollars for frame and lenses. Glasses popped out of the frame in first use. Had to go back to fixe the lenses again...result is the same. The staff there are not trained.If you are going there for eye checkup, I have no complaints. But buying glasses from MAYFAIR LENSCRAFTER is a NO for life time for me.

Liz was a phenomenal manager and a absolute pleasure to work with. Unfortunately due to the events in the past year I wasn’t able to take care of a cleaning and repair with one of the other local stores and let’s just say something that could’ve been handled in an hour I was told to wait 2 to 3 days to get a response from the store manager. But thanks to Liz one call later, she was able to handle everything with no issues whatsoever!

Absolutely astonishing how fast that got me together when I came in to ask fir my repair for my Cartier’s, If you need anything go see them to get fixed up.

I went into the Wauwatosa location to get my eye prescription filled after being disappointed at the Glendale location. I want to thank Elizabeth for helping find the right frame and lenses for a budget conscious gal like me. She is awesome!

Had the best experience here. I brought in two pairs of sunglasses purchased at Nordstrom which both needed a repair (a missing nose piece on both pairs). Nordstrom could not help us and we came to Lens Crafters to see if we could buy the pieces to repair them ourselves. The store manager immediately took both pairs and repaired them perfectly in 5 minutes, as well as tightened all the other screws and cleaned them, and then told us no charge! She was so quick, thorough, and kind! I am so appreciative.

PRIOR to visiting the lenscrafters in the Mayfair mall, I called and discussed what I was looking for and the female employee told me that they could have my glasses and the frame I wanted ready in 7-10 days. I drove 20 minutes to get to the store. I was met by a male employee and told him I had called ahead and also what I wanted. After checking his IPAD he told me they didnt have the frame I wanted in stock and even if they did they could not get my glasses ready in 7-10 days. SO, I WASTED my time and gas for absolutely NOTHING. VERY poor way to conduct business.

Waited 40 minutes to be told my glasses would be in later today. I called as soon as the store opened, and since I was in the area I stopped in. I was told it would be about twenty minutes and to walk around while I wait, no problem. Come back after twenty minutes only to stand and wait for another 20. Do you guys not believe in having more then one store associate up front? I even gave the lady my number when I called so she could call me back to let me know.Waiting 40 minutes to be told that they would be in later as if my time WASNT wasted - ridiculous. After these glasses Im not coming back period.

I love this place i been coming here for years

Ive had to go back 4 times now and the first time I left without any new lenses as they had to order the AR ones. It took them until the next day to compromise and give me non-AR lenses until the new ones arrived. At initial walkin I almost walked out of there because the one sales lady gave me the impression that I couldnt even get an eye exam there. Youd think theyre would know theres an eye doctor inside their own store and be used to referring people. Then last night I didnt get there in time when they had lab coverage even though I called them back and tried to determine when I could get the new lenses as I forgot the initial time frame they told me. Im pretty sure it was the same incompetent sales lady who just told me to Come on by and theyd get it done. When I showed up close to 7pm they told me they had no lab coverage so nothing happened that evening. Im going to try and go in this morning and be late to work. Hopefully I get my lenses and stop experiencing the issues that Ive been having with all these damn light reflections. This really has been the worst experience and Im still not sure my prescription is correct.

Never see anyone in here and i think its for a reason, The people dont seem to know what their talking about. Go in twice and you get to different information. Dont even understand how insurance works or aboe to figure out how your coverage is. Always very slow, all day process if you actually get glasses

Have been purchasing eyewear here for over 15 years. Was treated horribly by a staff member today and walked out of the store in disbelief. They will never again get my dollars.
