Good deals and a good selection of frames. The buying process was fun and easy for myself and for my daughter (good kids frames too). My optometrist gave me an incorrect prescription, and when we found out Meijer Optical re-made my new glasses, at no charge. The manager was super; very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very reassuring. I love my new glasses!
Angela was so helpful! I had my eyeglass prescription in Feb., but then the whole covid-19 shutdown happen. When stores reopened, I was unsure if it was safe to get glasses. Angela was so kind & professional. She wore a mask at all times. I was worried about trying on different pairs, but she cleans each pair after each one is tried. She tried several ways to help us get the best price. With & without insurance & sales. She gave us different options to fit our budget. She helped me pick out a pair that was right for me & never made me feel rushed. I pick up my new glasses soon. So far, I am very impressed by Angelas professionalism.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any optical office ever! The doctor is VERY rude and unprofessional. This is my third time booking a RESCHEDULED appointment with him because he is either late or has to cancel he is very inconsiderate of other people’s time and is a very self centered and an arrogant man. The optician working went out of her trying to contact the doctor to tell him that I was running low on time and he still hadn’t attended. To top it all off I still didn’t get seen and it was already 7 o clock. Do yourself a favor and do not attend this office if he is going to be servicing you!!!!
Absolutely the worst experience I ever had for getting new glasses.I broke my glasses and was forced to wear an old prescription that caused headaches. On May 7th I had an eye exam and pick out new glasses. The optometrist came in with a rude and better than everyone else attitude. Just by his rude actions alone, I knew I was not coming back for another eye exam next year.I went ahead and picked out my glasses and was told they would be ready on Friday May 10th or Monday May 13th. Both those days came and gone with no word, so I called on Tuesday May 14th and was told they would be ready on Wednesday May 15th I called Wednesday to confirm and then told they would be ready on Thursday May 16th. Again I called to confirm and the person told me they would be in on Thursday May 16th and I can pick them up anytime after 12:00pm. I stopped after work 3:00 pm to pick-up the new glasses, only to find out the only person working that can help went out to lunch and won’t return till 4pm, which I wasn’t going to wait an hour until they returned.They will never get my business again!
