Friendly helpful service. I shop out of here instead of the Macys store. Better staff and they acknowledge your presence

Victoria was awesome! She helped me pick out some very nice lipsticks and eyeshadows.She was very helpful, professional and friendly.I look forward to working with her again in the future!Also the store is clean and looks great! I love shopping at MAC!

I filed a complaint with corporate and they will address my issue. There is only one person in the store that is nice and sadly, he was not there on the day of my visit.

My fave location. As long as Joe works here I will always be a customer. He is always dead on with what I need before I even know what I need. Im still learning how to apply makeup on myself so every time I come in I always have tons of questions and he never has a problem with answering them or helping me. Thank you

I love this place. It doesnt matter what state or city I am in, everyone is excellent at what they do! I was also able to make a last minute, same day appointment. Alta did my makeup and she was wonderful!

Good selection of mat lipstick

I love the way it does cover blimished but for the money it shouldnt fade or come off so quick. I thought Matte didnt come off so easy. Cover girl has a make up thats cheaper and stays on all day.

Products & make up artists are amazing! I wanted to talk to the manager about something he did that was rather rude, not to be a nuisance... but just so he could be aware of how it affected the “MAC experience “. He was unapologetic and uninterested. He spent most of the time explaining himself, rather than listening and apologizing.

I visited this Mac store yesterday, and I received excellent service. I was just looking for make-up sponges and concealer. The salesperson was Rosaelva, and she went out of her way to explain the products and applied testers to show me what would be best. This is the kind of service that I look forward to when I visit any store, but good customer service is hard to come by these days.Ill be visiting again. Keep up the good work.

Ive never had a MAC product before and wanted to try the brand since Ive heard great things. When I walked into the store, I found the employees chatting with each other and completely ignoring me. I felt so uncomfortable in the store--like I wasnt supposed to be there, and left. I guess I can live without MAC products.

I got my makeup done for the first time here, it was my 21st birthday & I tell you that Joseph SLAYED my face!!!! I didnt know what look I was exactly going for but he did amazing with helping me, lasted me all night!

Not my first negative experience here. But I recently entered the store to return a few items and was greeted by Joe. I handed him my return along with the accompanying receipt. He then asked for my email address and I mentioned he didnt need it since he had the receipt in his hands. He said he couldnt do the return without it, so unfortunatley I had no choice but to comply if I wanted my money back. Then, I mentioned the mascara was unopened, he said it didnt matter as they had to throw everything away... which seems like such a waste. Once he was finished scanning the items for return, he turned around and agressively hurled them towards trash can over 3 feet away which was not necessary and rude! Once the return was complete, Joe mentioned I would see the funds returned to my account in 3 to 5 business day. I asked why it would take so long when every other company would have the funds returned immediately... his reply was that this was how they process returns. The overall tone of the conversation was hostile and negative. I received really poor customer service and I will not be back.

The workers were very rude and not helpful at all. My friend and I had to stand around and look for what we needed and when we accidentally opened a drawer only for workers, they wanted to get snappy at us which could have been avoided if they did their job. This store is definitely overrated and will not be going back.

I visited Mac in Mayfair last weekend. It was very busy! There was almost no room to walk. I still had a very nice time. I was looking for the perfect pink eyeshadow. They have testers for EVERYTHING. I was covering my arm with small eyeshadow swatches, they have so many different kinds of finishes and shades. A rep came over and started swatching pink eyeshadow on herself too to help me decide. I ended up getting a loose shadow, and it was also on sale. (Yeaaah!)

I went there today, and they were very helpful. I went in there without makeup on today and multiple customer service reps talked to me and asked if I needed help right away. Tazhan helped me color match my foundation and took time time to try multiple concealers on me until I found one I liked. The same rep also helped me find a lip liner I liked (I tried multiples) and checked me out right away. I love MAC and their products, and I think that the people there seem to be under unfair scrutiny (in many but not all cases). I have been there twice now and have been offered help both times. All of my experiences with MAC in general, and this store in particular, have been positive.

Was told she couldnt do my makeup unless another associate was there. It was 10am in the morning and zero customers in the mac dept. She had a very bad attitude. I had to go to another mac store with an amateur and pay for the sitting and the makeup too! Where I couldve bought product and the makeover free. I paid double. Never went back. Had a very important engagement thats why I showed up at 10am. The other store called her to inquire becz they said there is no rule about having another associate in order to do makeup. Especially at 10am on a thursday morning when no customers are there. She lied and said it was because she had another appointment at 11. Even When I continued to pressed her she never mentioned she had an appointment she kept saying there was no way until another associate comes in, it was a rule. And 1 hour would have been plenty of time to do a basic low maintenance look as I barely wear makeup. This happened April 12, 2018.

I like the store but I didnt like the staff. They were very rude. They need to step it up with their customer service skills. They didnt acknowledge me when I walked in. I waited patiently to get my face done but they were taking other people who walked in after I did. I will not support this store. Mac is overrated!

I recently had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this MAC location. My fiancé specifically took me into the store to gift me with a new lip stick, since I accidentally dropped my favorite shade and ruined it. I was very upset and he wanted to surprise me with a new one of my choice. Anyway, we walked into the store and there was one woman on the floor. She was socializing with two friends and reluctantly asked me if I needed help. As I politely walked up to her, the two friends of hers were staring at me with a combative and vexing look. It was extremely uncomfortable for the both of us. Especially my fiancé when one woman started to overly compliment him. I can only assume her intentions because I must of had the audacity to interrupt their, as they stated, personal conversation. I felt very awkward to say the least and my fiancé was mortified and disgusted with that type of immature and unprofessional behavior. I also wanted to look at the eyeshadows that they were lounging on the whole time. I showed the saleswoman the exact shade without even wanting to look around because of this unnecessary tension and the awkward array of compliments to my fiancé. She brought it to the register and I decided to forget the purchase. This blemish is unfortunate because I love MAC Cosmetiics and what the company stands for, needless to say, I am upset and will not be returning to this location.

Horrible customer service. So racist starting from the manager and Rachel they are so racist and disrespect minority, make fun of us and are sarcastic. These two are damaging the reputation of the MAC brand. What a shame these two work for MAC!!!! It really make up not want to shop there and I am representing 15 of my Hispanic friends experiencing the same frustration.

The store in Macys was horrible. No one talked to my husband and I the first time we went in there. The music was blasting rap (I do like rap music dont get me wrong but I feel it very unprofessional for a business to blasting it). Then I went to the MAC store in the mall and they were exceptional with customer service and so wonderful. They were out of an eye liner I needed so they told me to check Macys... Even though I didnt want too go back I did and when I asked a lady for it she said.... NO and walked away how rude! I said okay my husband was like this place is nothing like the actual store we wont be here ever again.

Super helpful staff. If you go in there with a mission they will get you what you need.
