First off, this location is closing down. So everything is for sale. Me and my boyfriend were getting curtains for our new house and we found ones we liked so we got one that was in a package but also saw one that was hanging up so we got it down and took it. Maybe 10 mins after we had, these employees come up behind us and stalk us pretty much around the store as we continued to shop, whispering to each other and being super rude and inconsiderate. Then as we continued shopping they would give us nasty stares I truly do not appreciate the way we were treated by what looked like management. I hope they aren’t transferring to another store to make other customers feel uncomfortable. Worst place I’ve ever shopped at.

Just had one of the most amazing customer service experiences ever! I ordered a really nice decanter & glasses set for my dad which was set to be delivered on December 31. Two days before, FedEx changed the delivery date to January 2 so I called to check on it and was told that it couldnt be expedited and there werent any others in inventory in VA. I was pretty disappointed. But when the right person at Bed Bath & Beyond got hold of my request, things suddenly got moving! Somebody pulled our package out of a warehouse in WV, hand-marked our address on the box, and somehow got it delivered to our house just on time for our New Years party. As someone who works in sales & marketing I know how stressful it is for a merchant at this time of year, and I also know there are still some of them out there who truly care about their customers. Huge shout-out to the company for going above and beyond to make it happen for us. 😊

THEY ARE GOING OUT. OF BUSINESS SALE. I WENT IN LOOKING. FOR A BREAKFAST GRILL. NO GRILLS ! I GOT SOME EXFOLIATING GLOVES, 2 KITES, GNOME FOR MY NEIGHBOR. HE LOOKS LIKE ONE. IT WAS SOLAR.

Typical Bed Bath & Beyond. Great place to shop for your household needs. I appreciate that they have lots of items on display for you to compare quality and see what you are actually getting.

I also so appreciate them accepting expired coupons ... 5 stars if registry still included aisle numbers and specific locations etc...

I have always had a pleasant experience when visiting this store. The customer service is phenomenal, and Im always asked if I need help with something. The employees will go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for, and if they cant find it in store, they will do an online search for you.

Great products and great customer service at this Triple B. I will rarely buy anything there at full retail price because I do believe that their prices are inflated, however, when they put stuff on clearance it is usually a deep discount. This makes for smart shopping and great bargains.

Great gear up for the holidays!Just learned that they are closing this store! NOT FAIR! People of Waynesboro and Augusta county dont let another great store leave our area. I know the internet has ruined retail but enough is enough! Time to make a stand and keep our stores and services. It took a big leap of faith for bed bath and beyond to move here in the beginning and an even bigger leap of faith to stay. We need everyone to let them know that shutting down their store in Town Center is unacceptable. If we let one leave, next will be another store and then well have no place to shop. If there are no stores, not enough draw for eateries, then what? Let them know youll support them and its important for them to stay. Either way. I still give them 5 stars!Okay, just got back from shopping bed bath and beyond waynesboro store and I guess its too late due to ongoing 20% off sale going on now. Just so you know, cant use any coupons and no returns! Merchandise is moving rapidly and still everyone is wearing a mask and following CDC guidelines! So, since their bent on leaving, go shop whats left and still get a bargain. Thanks to all the associates that hung in there and thank you BBB for giving it a try here. Will miss your store very much.

Has everything youll need to decorate, accessorize, and equip your home. Service was good. I dont shop here often, but it is where I prefer to purchase some of of my nicer accessories (coffe/espresso maker, knives, etc).

More importantly than my experience browsing throughout the store, I would just like to mention the time spent with the manager, Kevin. He made me feel so welcomed and valued as a customer that being followed through each department, was like it never happened. I am not from this area and decided to do some late shopping. As I entered the store, I was greeted by the associate behind the counter. That was nice. As I approached the back of the store, I noticed a woman with a backpack walking through the aisles. No big deal to me. At the back of the store, there stood another associate. I smiled and went past with my cart. Moments later, the same associate walked past me, didn’t speak, didn’t smile, but looked right at my opened purse sitting in the cart. I immediately brushed it off, as I’m sure loss prevention is also a part of her job description. I parked my cart in an open area, and walked around the shelves trying to find some items for my bathroom. She comes back over, probably 5 ft away and starts to organize items on a shelf, but steadily looking at me. At this point, I feel like it’s obvious she’s made an assumption about me and she’s going with it. As I leave that area, and head over to another part of the store, there she is again, walking around aimlessly this time. As if her only purpose was to make me feel completely uncomfortable. I asked about an item I was curious about and the associate who was behind the counter when I entered was about to vacuum and stopped to help me. At that moment someone I knew walked in and I stopped her to hug and have small talk. I explained to her what was happening and she told me “Get a manager immediately. That’s considered racial profiling”. Kevin was walking back to the front of the store and I stopped him. I asked if I could speak with him and he listened to me on purpose. He believed me and apologized. At that time, he walked with me to actually help me locate what I was looking for, but was distracted at first from shopping because I was indeed being followed. He was so warm and professional. I learned a great deal about him in the short time we interacted and I felt good to have chosen this location to spend my hard, earned money at.If it weren’t for him treating me as if I were a human being, I probably would’ve given a different review. He actually saved me the trouble of having to file a complaint. Because that’s what I intended to do just as soon as I left.I am a black woman. The associate was a white woman. The lady with the black backpack was a white woman. Why didn’t she get followed through the store? Just a question.
