When they first opened, was extremely nice but customer service was horrific. Brought broken machine that he said he would have looked at same day, turned into over a week for him to respond was never able to get a hold of him. Eventually he said mine was broken and brought me another machine. The machine was supposed to be top of the line and never worked right, never cleaned the clothes. After a few weeks, machine was broken.

Not good ..bought a used refrigerator worked for about a week ..stopped work the guy was supposed to fix it .. still waiting for him to get in touch about fixing it.have us a 30 day warranty with it ..have been trying to get in touch with him for over two weeks now..
