Andy and Heidi are two of the sweetest small business owners in the appliance world. They know more about the appliances than anyone in the town. I would strongly encourage give it a visit.

Walked in one morning asking them to order me a new switch for my drier. They tested it and found they could fix it, but they knew enough to ask a couple questions and realize that something was wrong with the drier at home. Found out it needed a $128 part to be replaced. They offered to try to fix it instead of replacing. One drill, a few safety wires, and a few hours worth of work later and the drier works perfect. They could have easily suggested replacing the switch and the panel and charged me probably at least double what they did. They know what theyre doing and I was impressed throughout.

Dont be fooled by appearances. The store might not be the most polished outlet, but the people are sterling. I brought in a piece of an old gas stove that I was hoping they might be able to order. Heidi told me it might be hard to find, but maybe her daddy could weld it. Sure enough, I came back after an hour of errands and there it was--$5 and I had my 4th burner repaired. It works great. I just got a call from Heidi this morning making sure it was working okay. You dont get this kind of service from Lowes! Please consider buying your next appliance from these good folks. Lets keep them in business.
