Nice and clean place. It was very busy but I was able to find what I needed. The employees were nice and respectful despite customers yelling accross the room at them. I liked that when it was my turn to be waited on I got their full attention. I wish the place was bigger.

I understand that there was a shortage on the shirts KINDA. I mean surely they KNEW that students were going back to school well in advance enough to have at least the polos in stock.However, that’s nit even my biggest issue, as a disabled, widowed mom with NO transportation and I haven’t been inoculated for covid yet, I NEED to be able to purchase my daughters 2-3 polos ONLINE like I always have.I was told yesterday the online store would be open today. However, it’s still got the same message. I’m also worried about shirts selling out before I can even order 2-3.

Worst service ever, those women were laughing and on the phone all the time ... gave huge attitude didnt hesitate to help ... Im not sure if they were against me for being a father or of my age but me being young and still show respect and set the example this people show low respect to parents ... they r representing IDEA school... I know its not the school fault but those worker need to be talk to on how to respect!!!!
