I hate to say this because their bagels are actually very good… But I’ve had too many mess ups that this review is long overdue. I’ve had full length hairs imbedded in my cream cheese, I’ve had my order messed up several times, and yesterday I ordered a turkey bacon egg and cheese with grilled tomato on and everything bagel… I took one bite and immediately tasted how rotten that tomato was. If the tomato wasn’t rotten, whatever it was housed with inside the refrigerator had something rotten in it and the tomato just absorbed whatever was sour in the refrigerator. I gagged after the first bite. I can’t go back anymore. This was it.

It was too crowded which I understand, but honestly there are no signs to know how to order where to pay or anything. Being my first time there was hard to guess if one line is for the cashier and one order pick up or what.Ive never had bagels and wanted to try but there was no time for questions, everything was just rushed on to. Which I guess is great for the ones who are frequent buyers or know what they want.Knew comers or tourist would appreciate a few where to and how to signs.

I wait online a 1/2hr. for one sandwich egg whites avocado and two slices of bacon on a toasted whole wheat bagel was what the order was supposed to be then I get up to the register they charge me $9.00 for 1 sandwich?!?!? place is a total rip off!!!! completely overpriced & my bagel wasn’t even toasted and I did not get four egg whites like they claim to overcharge me for $9.00 for one egg sandwich!!!!! place is a total rip off I will not be returning here ever again!!!Absolutely not worth it at all go to Jessen’s Deli better food cheaper prices and you get more for your money

The entire staff is very friendly. This was my go to place for so long .. I’m so sad to say that the past several times My bagel has been burnt to crisp.. always looked past it but it’s hard to when I got home and opened this . Maybe the timer on the settings is off? please look into this because I love bagel factory!

Awesome place that has been around a long time and came highly recommended on my visit to long island.Ordered a dozen regular, sesame, and everything bagels and a container of cream cheese and it was $10 what a deal! All of the bagels and cream cheese were great. It was busy in there, but the stuff were very efficiet and attentive.They have lots of other items besides bagels that i cant wait to go back and try including sandwhiches, wraps, omelettes, and unique creme cheeses.

Went there this morning after the gym. Place is not the cleanest to start.Place was not busy. One costumer was being helped and my buddy who ordered with me. We ordered three sandwiches. Mine was scrambled eggs cooked light with turkey Bacon deep fried. Told me they have a deep frier and turkey bacon is $1 extra. No issues there.Egg was fried and bacon raw. After going back I got the same sandwich back with the egg the same and the bacon dark but still not fried. Wasted 16 minutes here in the morning which anyone going to work knows how late that can make you.Not to mention as I’m waiting for the sandwich to be fixed I see a sign “touch the radio find a new job”. That’s the attitude this place sets no wonder food comes out bad.Probably won’t be going back.

This guy and his team serve up warm dreams every morning! Always on point! I asked for jalapenos on my breky sandwich and BOOM there they were! My crew of Amazon buddys are in by 7 am and he handles the line like a boss!!! In & out after some quick chuckles, buy a gallon of milk, cause Im coming over for breakfast!

Awesome service and the bagel to seed topping ratio is superior to any other 10 out of 10 for me won’t go anywhere else a Long Island gem!!

Morning World, just ordered a Ironman Panini, boy was it Iron, bread hard and stale, had a awkward taste to it, ordered 3 bangles toasted and specified toasted. In caps seems like it was nuked instead, anyways I can say the deice ty service was better than the food. Sorry

With as packed as Bagel Factory is every day, I am surprised there arent more 5 star reviews. This place bakes fresh bagels every day in an assortment of flavors, not to mention their vast selection of unique homemade cream cheeses that are like heaven. They offer custom and unique breakfast sandwiches as well as a full service deli. Anyone looking for a great breakfast place that can get you in and out, should definitely try this place above all other breakfast options.

I love the bagels here. the reason for the 4 star is lack of consistency. I order a specialty cream cheese extra thick on my bagel and only 2 people so far have gotten it correct. maybe this request is out of the ordinary for some but I love their cream cheese its very good. the one girl always makes it perfect. other than that. place is very clean and respectable. and I will continue to do business here.editing my review... bagel perfect today.

They have a nice selection of bagels but recently they have been way too soft. More often than not, when we order bacon and egg sandwiches, the bacon is burnt.

My wife and I both got horrible horrible food poisoning from here. Still sick 3 days later. Stay away.

Good bagels but every single time i ask for my bagel toasted dark- i specifically ask for dark- almost burnt it okay. I get a barelyToasted bagel. Like come on ?? I understand i shouldn’t stress but it’s everytime

Went in today at around 10:30 and it wasnt too busy. 2 people had ordered ahead of me. I made a simple order. BEC on a croissant with salt and pepper, and a BEC on a whole wheat bagel with ketchup.First, when you do 2 seperate sandwiches, write it on 2 seperate tickets, so that I dont get ketchup on a sandwich I didnt want it on due to sheer negligence/laziness. Second, its not hard to tell what a whole wheat bagel looks like. How is it that I spend $12.50 on 2 sandwiches and you cant even get it right? Overpriced, disappointing and never going there again.

Very disappointed I ordered a bacon egg & cheese w potatoes on a roll.... all I got was eggs & potatoe on a roll. I tried to call back & nobobody answered the phone 3 times!! ---- deff not going to come back & I work locally ....

This place makes the best bagels Ive tasted so far! There is always a line out the door so you have to camp out if you want some bagels but the line is worth it! Ive gone there for breakfast, for lunch and to take bagels to my family. My cousins in Delaware loved these when I bought them there, they missed the NY bagels and were so happy when I bought two dozen of these heavenly creations to their house.

Bagels are also hand rolled and made right on the premise and not out sourced like the rest of the bagel places around the lindenhurst and west bab area.. egg sammys are phenomenal also such a family and fun environment the staff is hilarious especially that damian and sean duo.. cindy the owner is there everyday making fresh salad and cream cheese such an awesome store!
