This place has gone down hill service wise ever since all the new owners changes. Lucky to get someone on the phone to place on order, even more lucky if they sound like theyre even paying attention. I promise if you were lucky on the first 2 points...dont expect to get the order right.

They make great breakfast but itll be the end of the world before they answer the phone for pre orders unbelievable!

Ruined a party for a friend. Took an order, charged them and then never made up the order. Didnt apologize and refused to help them even after they admitted that they messed up.

Service and food is good. It would be nice if they enforced social distancing. Last Sunday there were about 25 people inside the store, which is a pretty small space.

Always greeted by friendly staff. Great bagel sandwiches. Havent tried their hot prepared meals but they all look delicious in the showcase.

A little annoying, they do not write your order and of course they messed it up, you get charged but you dont get what you ordered 😩

I found this place by accident and boy am I happy. They are recieving five stars because the breakfast was amazing even thought they forgot our toast. The managers response was epic after I called to inform them of the mistake. I was offered a complimentary breakfast or a refund next time I visit them or I could return to the store and cash in. The staff was pleasant and the store was very clean and organized. The whole wheat everything bagel was the best😁. I think weve found a new breakfast spot❤

Overcharged me by $2 or more every time I went there and when I finally asked why the prices change they said they need to train their workers on prices. Ive been going to this place every day for a week and they cant train their workers on basic pricing? Ridiculous.

First time there, had a wrap special. It was a thick wrap for sure and very filling, made very neat and with care.

This place is awesome and the employees even better. For me its worth driving 2 towns over and past 4 or 5 other bagel stores and delis.

We got sandwiches for lunch and as always the staff was friendly and very helpful. They are efficient and the place is always clean, food is always fresh. Good experience every time....we live nearby and go here often.

The sandwich was reasonable and delicious. I had roast beef on a bagel which comes with a pickle or salad. I chose the pickle, which was also tasty. The coffee I ordered was also good... Service fast and friendly.

This place is my daily breakfast and lunch spot for about a year now.Fresh Bagels and Coffee every day any time. Hot lunches always fresh tasting. But the best of the experience is the awesome customer service given to me. Always pleasant,always courteous always a smile. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Every single time I come in here. There staff is always very helpful. Over all the food is delicious from the kitchen an the bagels are yummy yummy tasty goodness always. Over all I’ve been here 30 plus times out of all them. I always come back here

Good bagels. Good cold cuts. Egg sandwiches are always good. One downside...the veggie cream cheese only had peppers in it...other than that...this is a great place.

I stopped here yesterday for bagels and 2 sandwiches. I ordered 2 ham egg and cheese. It was the thinest sandwich Ive ever ordered. I have been to this deli a few years ago and it was great; not anymore. The 2 bagels had so much butter on it I had to wipe it off. I was here a few years ago and received great food, but I was very disappointed with the order this time.

Good service, the place is always clean. The bagels are fresh tasty, not frozen like DD.I enjoy wait for a fresh cooked egg special. There is a morning crowd, but it is due to the popularity. The only regret is no parking sometimes.

Place isnt much. There isnt any seating or anything like that. Its your basic deli - walk in, order, get your stuff, and leave.The quality of food is excellent and the bagels are really great! The staff are super friendly and are overall just great! No matter the time you walk in, 5am or 2pm, theyre bright, cheerful, and happy to help you. They have a great selection of beverages, from fresh-brewed coffee and teas, to bottled beverages, like Snapple, Gatorade, Coke, Pepsi, and Arizona. I would definitely recommend you try this place.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. The bagels are still good but the service is not. Too many mistakes. Just ordered an egg sandwich only for the older guy to disappear after he took the order. The bagel that I asked for also was put in a bag and left on the counter, and was given to someone else. Many others are complaining too. I know its hectic but it always has been and it was never a problem before. If it continues I will go to the bagel place down the block.

This used to be my go to bagel place but it has been going down hill for a while now. Service is subpar at best and the bagel quality has deteriorated rapidly. Poppy seeds and burnt onions does not an everything make. The employees cant even seem to remember whom they are serving. I will not be returning.

Next egg man in west Babylon. The iced tea is the best also!

I ordered a ham and Turkey sandwich and only received ham. How hard are your jobs where you cant listen to what someone says. She wrote it down, the paper says ham and Turkey but no turkey. This deli isnt even that great, bread hard as a rock and stail. All it takes I one bad visit and thats it.

Ever since the new people took over service and quality has gone down while prices have risen. Even when you call and place an order you will wait 10 to 15 minutes to get your order.
