Excellent food, different varieties, price is competitive. Customer service could be a bit betrer. We asked for our table to be cleaned, it took a long time after we are seated and lady just grabbed a piece of already stained towel with no chemical or liquid that was seating not too far from us and use it on our table. I wasnt trilled at all since Im a manager in Environmental Services. I forgive her, but customer happiness is key to any business success. Will go back. Food is excellent

This place is the worst bagel place on long Island they run there business scamming ppl out of tax money they hit the tax button 3 times before you pay . You can go there n order the same thing and it will always have different prices they are cheap with the food a regular sandwich you get from subway is cheaper than them hold back on the meat to save for there pockets and charge the public more ......and its said but this isnt the only business who takes advantage of its people and do whatever they want with the prices. These business need to start bein held accountable taking the people money and charging tax on whatever they want

I used to eat at this bagel store every week after my haircut and pay by debit card but 2 weeks ago I called in a order for an egg sandwich over the phone. Once I got there I went to pay and they told me it’s cash only the credit card machine doesn’t work today. I then said that I am sorry I am in a rush and I don’t have cash on me. They did not give me an alternative option so I had to leave. They should have told there customers who call in an order on the phone that it’s cash only so they are prepared or at least have signs hanging in the bagel store. They did not do any of these things. Today I went in there and then tried placing my order. While in the middle of placing my order the owner came from off the grill and told the person taking my order that he is not serving me and I am not welcome there. I asked why and he was very rude and extremely disrespectful he made it clear that the customer is never right. I can’t believe the amount of disrespect I encountered and how wrong this person was for doing something like this. His shop inconvenienced me and did not tell me when I placed my order on the phone that it was cash only for that day. I used give my business to them each week and only paid with a card but because he did something wrong and did not provide any knowledge of it being cash only when I ordered by phone and there not being anything in the store indicating it being cash only that day he thinks it is okay for him to tell his workers they are not serving me and tell me that he refuses to serve me and I am not welcome there and if that isn’t worse enough he was extremely rude and very disrespectful.

Just went in for the first time last week to get bagels for work and the bagels were excellent and the owner was very friendly. I will definitely go back; in fact I will go tomorrow morning! Highly recommend.

I have had stopped here for breakfast so many times always consistently fantastic. Sometimes I even get a cold cut sandwich for lunch later. Always everything to go and never disappointed eating it later down the road. Very Clean and always fresh. You know my sandwich now you know my full name lol see you later thanks again)

They always make my order right even when I call, the food is made that same day, no leftovers from the day before and very good service

Their egg sandwiches are great and not pricey. Coffee is Great too, not like some of the other places around them. Bagels are always fresh...Youll be happy you went.
