Went in today as me and my husband both got new phones on 4/2 and could not make calls or receive calls in our house. Amanda was wonderful and suggested something I could do and it fixed the problem immediately the tech support guy at 611 could not figure it out over the weekend. Thank you Amanda you know your stuff.

Amanda is incredible! I can’t say enough about her knowledge, ability to communicate well, and...patience. Patience with an older person that is trying hard to keep up with technology...I appreciate her willingness to wade through layers of forgotten passwords to help me replace my sad, four year old phone, with no loss of data, contacts, or pictures! She is truly an asset!

West Bend Paradise location receives zero stars.I specifically asked will my plan change if I buy a new phone and was assured it would not. I asked about phone reception and was told the new phone was superior to my current phone. Not only did I spend $168 on the new setup up but, I had none of my contacts, no hotspot, lost reception 7 times in 1 day with a tower not even a mile from my location and the phone is so big I cant even get it in my pocket which I told the guy was a downfall to the purchase.When I tried to get assistance I was today by customer service I didnt know what I was talking about and I never had a hotspot despite using it for over a year. Then I called West Bend - Paradise location to see if they could fix the mistake and again the staff tried to convince me I never had a hotshot.It took over 8 hrs to resolve the issue but I never got my Hotspot back and will be leaving US Cellular due to dishonesty, lack of informed staff and inconvenience.Today, Ive been waiting outside to have my service switched back to my original phone for 3 hours. This is truly a mismanagement of time. Ive watched 5 people leave. Is that 5 sales?

Absolutely wonderful staff. Purchased lg G8 thinq and they explained all of it. The phone is outstanding so much better than my old iPhone or Motorola. Big plus is it has a phone jack a necessity for me.

I came into the store a hour before they closed, my new iPhone 11 had been glitching I ended up being on my last day of the 15 day swap out if something went wrong with the phone. Aaron M. the employee that was there was very patient, knowledgeable, and kept the customers best interest in mind. I bought the phone at an premier location it was hard for him to swap out the phone because I didn’t buy it at an actually US cellular store. He could have told me I’m sorry I can’t do anything. Instead he went and called managers above him to make it happen. He went above and beyond, that’s what I call customer service. This store has earned my future business!

I went to the Paradise Dr. location of Camera Case to purchase outright a new U.S. Cellular cellphone. I & my wife are currently U.S. Cellular customers, using prepaid cell service agreements. I had (approx. 1 year ago) purchased a cellphone from a different Camera Case location using my credit card (approx. $200.00 transaction). I wanted to up grade my cellphone with a better model (approx. $500.00 transaction). After getting my new LG G3 all setup I attempted to pay by credit card. I was told by the very excellent customer service representative that the payment had to be made in cash; no credit cards or checks. My wife attempted to run to a not so close by bank to get the cash, but it had closed for the day.I tried to have C. Case charge my credit card for the amount and then I would come back the next day with cash & they could then void the cc charge. The manager said no. They kept the new phone (my old phone was useless as everything was transferred to the LG G3. Rather than make the customer rep. undo everything, I decided to go over night without a cellphone and will come back tomorrow (after banks open) with the cash to get my new cellphone. I am confident that I will not be doing any business with Camera Case in the future; I will look for other U.S. Cellular authorized reps! I will also warn any friends and neighbors against using Camera Case for any business transaction; there are many other businesses in these fields conducting more consistent and honorable business practices!!!

Went in to upgrade our Samsung Note 5s to Samsung Note 9s and Shawn helped us out. He was very honest, respectful, and knowledgeable about the plans, phones and the accessories. Helped us update our account while we were there too. We were in and out in 1 hour. Thank you Shawn!

Went in to get my phone taken care of under warranty, Amy sent me out the door with LGs phone number to call myself? They had no loaner phones? Ive only had the phone less than a year but I just spent $1200 bucks on 2 phones! Horrible service. When we bought the phones there, the lady that helped us was excellent, so that threw me off to get treated like that!

Hope they fixed my phone. Wont know for awhile, thats the problem. It doesnt always work.Its a problem you cant tell till it doesnt work, I know it sounds confusing. But the staff is very nice. Update:Seems like my phone is working ok. Yay

Came in to upgrade my phone, after few minutes someone helped me. They then took about 5 minutes to figure out when their break was over so they could clock back in. Then helped me pickout a phone and screen protector. The lady was snarky with me the whole time i was there. I keep my phones in a otter box and take excellent care of them. She told me I couldnt trade my galaxy s7 twords the s9 because there was a small scratch on the home button. Other than 1 scratch the phone was immaculate! So I left and went to the corporate store in menomonee falls. That store told me my phone was just fine to trade up with and the scratch was no big deal. They said the way I was treated in west bend was upsurd. I will never step foot in this store again. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to the menomonee falls location.

This year i have been noticing constant issues with there computer systems being down and poor customer service. The costumer service issues i have been dealing with is the employees not acting professionally such as how they speak, act, and dress, and not only that but also knowing their products they are selling! Expecially when i was asking about their iphones that they released in their store today, i had questions about the iphones and they did not know the answer to half of them. I was going to upgrade my phone and they told me that their computers are down, i asked them to place the phone on hold and they then told me they could not. Such a waste of time. I am considering dropping my account with US Cellular/ Camera Case if these issues are not resolved. STEP IT UP Camera Case!
