In over 30 years of cell phone usage, with at least 6 different carriers, my recent transaction with the West Bend Boost Mobile was the easiest, most explained, customer orientated service Ive dealt with. Miss Tahimy made quick work of transferring my wifes previous service to a new phone/plan with no further questions as she explained everything through the set up. If cellphones or service are confusing to you, see Miss Tahimy, shes excellent!

I went to Boost Mobile to set up a new phone. A young lady by the name of Tahimy was so very kind, patient and helpful. Not being so technologically savvy, it would Have been most difficult for me to do this on my own. She went above and beyond to help me.

Came to the store because my device stopped working and I went into the store freaking out because I depend on my phone for my job, I honestly expected a pushy salesman that doesnt care, but I didnt thankfully I experience Abrans customer service! Very soft spoken, patient, actually concerned, and treats you like a human being!!!!!!! Ive been there before and the other employees arent as nice. Theres two men ones shorter and I wouldnt recommend him. But yes! this customer service is 5 stars!!!! Went in freaking out and I came out relaxed and happy!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

5 stars!! there used to be 2 other boost mobiles that were always sketchy, but this new boost mobile is soo friendly and so professional! Abran is such a sweetheart and is extremely helpful and informative! would recommend this store to anyone!!

I had originally put 1 star due to the gearald customer service and how the employee was not well informed about anything. only reason for 5 stars is beccuse of the managers customer service this is why I only deal with him. Very Glad they were able to fix things in the end thank you!

I dont normally deal with anyone except with Abran the store manager in there. My boyfriend went in there looking for a new phone and he was sold a used phone by someone else I dont know what his name was, and the phone ended up not making calls. I went there in a bad mood and came back happy and smiling. I would highly recommend only working with Abran. He was able to resolve the problem! I really do hope they never get rid of Abran hes a savior!!

If you want to get ripped off go to the boost mobile in west bend!! this guy ripped off my grandma and gave us a iphone with a dead battery that somebody like just droped off when we came in door the guy was using it and then he goes this is yours when i ordered the iphone plus so he totally saw us coming and came to find out when you put intenet on it wont work it saids searching and the guy new that and i came in with her to pick up phone he gave me iphone 6 when i ordered the plus very shadyyy do not go ever to this place!! very unprofessional my poor grandma!!
