I really enjoyed getting a new phone, which is weird for me because I hate getting a new phone. Jude was really helpful and knew his stuff. Quick answers and service. And I hate pushy salesmen, so I appreciated that he was good at explaining my options and while being suggestive, not pushy. The whole process was over and done with in good time and Cricket gave great discounts on my new phones!

Harley was amazing helping me pick out my phone. Ive had it for a while and I really love it! They have a machine that cuts a protective film for your screen, and I absolutely love its matte finish. 100 percent recommend Cricket, service is great and customer service is amazing.

Went in to get a new cell after mine was destroyed. Carrie was amazing and so helpful with getting me a cell that was in my budget and would take good pictures. She helped me transferr all my data and make sure it was working before i left. Amazing Customer service! We will definitly be coming to this store for our upgrades.

I was shopping on January 29th I stopped in to see carrie and she was at her best she was talking to Customers and dealing with 3 to 4 customers at ones what a show. It was the best customer service yet.
