I’m highly concerned that while the rest of the state is shutting down and even US Cellular corporate stores are closing, that Connect Cell continues to stay open and jeopardize the safety of their employees. Not only employee health but their families’ health as well. The owners should be ashamed honestly.Would you be willing to respond to explain your decision? While the rest of the world comes to an agreement on putting health and safety first, Connect Cell has chosen to be greedy. It’s very sad and not a professional decision in the slightest bit.

This is the first review Ive ever wrote so this is a big deal. Alex went above and beyond with assisting me. He gave the best customer service Ive experienced. He was so kind patient helpful and really cared about fixing my problem. I took my phone in because my phone screen shattered and was chipping. I obviously needed a new phone but I couldnt bare the thought of losing all that was on my broken phone. Alex tried to unlock my phone and get my info transferred to a new phone all while doing it with my blacked out cracked screen and getting glass shards in his finger from swiping the screen. If you want phenomenal service go to this location not only is Alex great but the other workers were just as kind and helpful while I was there.

I stopped in to look at a first cell phone for my son. The staff and manager were very helpful and nice. Ultimately, I decided to activate one of my old phones for my son. Since it was a older device the manager had to put a lot a time in to helping to make this happen. As a result too Im sure the store didnt make much off my business on this visit. Alex was great. Even called me back because I forgot my free mug. Service was set up as painlessly as possible in spite of the lack of availability of the Galaxy S10+ throughout the country. He had to do some extra work to delete the pre-order so I could buy the current one. Explained everything properly and did a mini-setup because I wanted to do the rest of the setup myself.
