Theyve always treated me well and charged fair prices. The quality of work is always top-notch. I tried to save $10 on an oil change once, but the mechanic I was referred to by my friends go oil all over the interior somehow. Piazza Mazda in West Chester never leaves a mess and cleans up after themselves.Ive also never had an issue with items being stolen or missing from the car. The waiting area is clean and has enough seating to properly distance during the pandemic.

Decent selection of vehicles and friendly staff. The building and parking lot were atrocious. Ive been to buy here/pay here dealerships with a nicer showroom. The fact that they sell Genesis vehicles there makes it even worse. No way would I ever pay $75,000 for a vehicle that is sitting on a dirt gravel field covered in dust and grime. The vehicle we drove was brand new but was never cleaned in between test drives so it was filthy. Not a pleasant experience, but the sales person was nice and friendly. Not too pushy and followed up with a text a few days later which was nice.

Great experience with a used car purchase after a slow start. Phillip stepped in on my second visit and helped pull the deal together. He worked with the used car sales manager on the price and got us to a good point. He did a great job explaining the car operations to my daughter and made sure that she was comfortable with the car. We bought a 2016 CX-3. Would definitely return.

Honestly, probably the worst dealership Ive walked into, granted weve got COVID going on at the moment, but I still needed to buy a car. Salesperson (Pinkerton) dropped the ball by not having the vehicles Id mentioned pulled up and ready to test drive, when I asked to go inside after the test drive to crunch numbers, he told me hed run out of time and I would need to call and make another appointment... Id already waited 2 weeks for that appointment and had been leaving messages trying to make the appointment for a month before finally scheduling it. I dont need to chase down a dealership to give them my business. Headed to Koons Lexus in Wilmington for a test drive that night and drove off the lot in my new SUV!

This dealership helped out my fiance when a Midas Shop ruined her AC after saying they fixed it and charged her $1800. Not only did this dealership explain her mazda was given the wrong part to repair it, they also went so far as to get all the parts for the repair free of charge. They fixed her car and only charged her for labor.A great place to go.

Always had a great experience with their service department. Have come in with concerns and they always came back with straight answers and not pushing unnecessary things. Theyve even done fixes for my way-out-of-warranty car without a charge.Things like these is why I keep taking my car back after 10 years or more, even if it means driving over 1hs.

I take my wifes Mazda 6 there for recall repairs. Their service is pretty good there. You may have wait a bit but their waiting room is decent.

Service manager did a quick and quite good fix on a nasty scratch on my rear bumber. No charge. TX Only the person setting up the appointment told me to leave the car all day. Communication could have been better, but I still like this dealership a lot.
