I called yesterday to set an appointment for my inspection. The woman on the phone directed me to the online portal to make an appointment. I made an appointment today for 4:30. I arrive early a few minutes early to check in and I’m told that they are unable to provide services because they close at 5pm and inspections take an hour. I left work early to be here. I will not be back.Edit:The service manager called and was apologetic. He asked me to come back in to get a complimentary oil change and state inspection to rectify the situation. I was in and out in 50 minutes Saturday morning.

Brought my car in for inspection/emissions. Came back the next day and they had not done my inspection or emissions but instead did my cabin filter & oil, which I had told them when I dropped it off I had just done myself. I confirmed I hadnt made a mistake on the confirmation email, and they said they’d do it the next day. My inspection was past due - you would think they would at least call and see if I wanted it done upon getting it, but no.Still charged me for the oil change and cabin filter, even though I didnt ask for it and had just done it myself. Offered me a free oil change but why would I go back? I can change my oil myself.

It was good. Work was done quickly and correctly. Price was a little bit higher than normal but i consider it a trade off for quality service with proper brand supplies made for my car.

Bought a 2017 focus ST in June 2020 that i bought for around $13,000. since then i have spent close to that if not more on just fixing the car and it’s parts that should not be breaking especially since i was told everything was new. Went to a different dealer after Fred Beans told me brake fluid goes quickly in these cars found out that wasn’t the case and i should have never been sold that car. They made me wait 6 months to get my license plate and registration.I had to go twice to DMV to get 2 x temporary tags on my own time and money.The police stopped and gave me ticket because one of the temporary tag has expired.After tones of phone calls, they sent me a wrong registration.From the seller person to the manager all full of lies,trying to buy time.I cant find a half star or none .

Customer service is great here. In particular want to single out Kim and Tom in service who provided great, timely service on a day that started out very bad (with a huge screw in brand new tire). Also want to say that Cullen in sales is a stand-up guy, not pushy at all and was easy to deal with when purchasing my wife’s Explorer.

By far the best service. Christophe, who I believe is a team leader, always squares me away. He keeps me informed constantly with regards to services that my truck is undergoing or may need to get done in the future. He’s always recommended what makes sense and doesn’t, sugar coat. Christoph is a straight shooter and always makes me feel like I’ve gotten the best services Fred Beans has to offer. I NEVER ask to use my Veterans discount... However, Christoph always manages to sneak it in to save me a few dollars by the end of the service. As for the rest of the staff, I am always greeted and asked if I need help with anything. He was outstanding to deal with. Super easy going relaxed and not pushy at all. Very smooth experience. Called me back when he said he would, was always available on time. Kept his promise with delivery date/time. Very helpful. The Finance Manger, Patrick Malloy was outstanding as well. Very friendly and informative. This was an A+ experience all around.

RIP OFF SERVICE!! BEWARE! I received a phone call at 2:15pm telling me the issues with the car. I authorized 2 repairs. 2 hours later, I get a call saying the repairs are done and come pay and puck up. Im charged $900 in labor FOR 1 REPAIR ALONE, that had to be done to pass inspection. I was also charged $400 for rear brakes that were not authorized, and an oil change I did not request. The invoice says customer requests tires rotated, but under services not preformed and recommended - TIRE ROTATION. For $2400 in repairs which took 2 hours, it would have been nice to have my car vacuumed and washed, but the dealership has to get their recall repairs back somehow. Spoke with a couple other shops after for costs to compare, I was overcharged.

I purchased a CPO vehicle yesterday at Fred Beans. It was a truly pleasant experience. The salesman, Steve, was friendly and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about all the features of the fully loaded automobile. He made the test drive fun. No high pressure which is what I generally expect when I walk into a dealership. Similarly, his manager, Scott, was warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. He patiently walked me through the entire transaction, explaining options and providing good advice. He seemed very interested in what was best for me. He even got me a better rate at one of their participating banks which offset the cost of the extended warranty that I wanted due to all of the electronics in the myriad of optional packages included. Their value added consultative service made the whole experience a pleasure. Im looking forward to long and satisfying relationship with Fred Beans as a result.

Vast inventory! I was looking for a lightly used Edge with certain amenities. All the ones I found online were at Fred Beans. My family went in to test drive with Mohamed and hours later came out with our dream car. It was that fast. Mohamed really helped us work out our options and feel comfortable making the decision then and there without pressure. Everyone was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The only hiccups were the financing they offered, I was going to go with 60 months and no extended warranty for my budget and they advised me to lower my payment by going to 72 months and get the warranty because I had the freedom to pay it off early to avoid the added interest. That wasn’t true. I can’t pay off early without paying all the extra interest. I also had a few quirks on the edge that they convinced me was normal and it didn’t set right with me. It ended up months later that I was right and they found a fix, but it was after I had to buy a new battery as a result of the quirk. So the net is I do like them and great inventory but be aware and diligent with questions.

I deal with this dealership on a daily basis and I have nothing but good things to say about them. My service writer Chris goes out of his way to help me anyway he can and my tech Andrew is fantastic. No problem is too hard for them to tackle.

Overall, I had a great experience recently with this dealership and more particularly I worked with the Green Service Team led by Christophe. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well as being open/honest about what work was needed on my car. After I had a small issue come up after a service check, they fixed my car free of charge because it was the right thing to do. Some places look to make money on you wherever they can, but I believe that this dealership did what was only necessary to fix my car and I didnt feel ripped off in any way at the end of it all. Will be going back for any future service!
