Kevin was very professional and your car will be examined very closely. But I found that the prices the website claims it pays arent really what they will pay even after you answer all of the questions truthfully. In my case the website asked if I had ever had an accident and I answered YES and even included the cost for repair at an authorized Toyota dealer in the website Q&A.But when I went in to sell my car I was told that it was in GREAT condition but they couldnt pay me the quoted price because my car was in a minor accident.I claimed that I mentioned that on the website and Kevin told me that the website doesnt take accidents into account on the pricing. Well... Duh! Why Not? It asked if the car was ever in an accident.I was bumped in the rear at a stop light and the damage was minor. The accident had no effect on the cars drivability or alignment.Anyway I was in and out in did get a check paid... for $1200 less than the original quote and the reason was because of an accident.

An excruciating experience done exclusively outside at curbside of the business office. No place to sit (except inside the car that you are selling), not even a weathered outdoor bench. Kevin spent a large amount of time examining the car to ensure that his company was not saddled with a lemon. Almost like auditioning for a wife. The offer was the lowest possible price they could offer without offending the seller. A disappointing experience to say the least.

Ill start off by saying the staff member we dealt with was nice. However, we did have to come back a second time just to get our car looked at due to not scheduling an appointment prior.My wife and I took her car there recently to try to sell. It had 82k miles on it, drove fine, and even the guy there inspecting the car said it was in great condition with no issues. He offered us $700 for it...for a perfectly fine car with 82k miles on it..The working engine and other parts alone are worth more than that.We took it up the road to a gas station and got offered 3x more for it the next day by a mechanic wanting to buy it and re-sell it. I get that they need margins to make money off the purchase, but offering a slap in the face $700 offer leaves them with absolutely zero risk and the seller getting a fraction of what they should/could. I wouldnt waste your time going here unless youre maybe towing your vehicle there and its got like 300k miles on it and you just want to get rid of it by all means or something. Honestly it was a waste of our time and I cant recommend using them to anyone.

Only go as last resort. Helped friend sell car and they reduced quite by over $1000 for cleaning and other fees. Unbelievable. Always check other dealerships first. I should have known better.

For my experience, Id say it was okay. I definitely got offered a wayyyy lower price than the car was worth. Although I cant completely complain because I was really trying to get rid of my car. But something I thought was a bit ridiculous was the fact that I took the car to get it washed before my appraisal. Since its 30 degrees, any moisture left in any crack is going to freeze. That being said, it was difficult to open certain windows on the car from them freezing. Apparently they have to treat it as them not working since they couldnt get them open. Look, I know they open and everything works. Just because you cant get them open doesnt mean they dont work. It wasnt specifically said if it drove the price down. But Im not entirely satisfied. It was a 08 ford focus in fair condition. And I only got 500 bucks for it. I know of early 80s Corollas getting that much for a trade in. Come on webuyanycar!
