I went there 3 days with phone that wasnt working. I left being told the phone was working 2 days. When I got home it wasnt. I ended up going to Parkersburg Cricket store. I was treated better there. I had to buy a new phone, but wasted 3 days and 90 miles driving to West Chester.

My visit at cricket was very pleasant. The cashier Yessica was very pleasant and did everything possible and then some to get my phone working. She got it working for me and I am very pleased.thank you Yessica and Cricket for your wonderful services

Cricket wireless has been a decent company to receive my phone service from, but the service at this location was just awful. I drove 30 minutes to this store to upgrade to a new phone, when a younger lady working informed me I would have to leave a $50 deposit to get the phone I wanted because she would have to place an order for the phone that was not in stock. I was understanding & did this. Three days later I showed up for my phone & apparently I was supposed to get a call when it arrived and it hadn’t. This was my own mistake. However, the guy working today told me the phone I ordered was never actually ordered & it wasn’t possible to order it. I asked him if the iPhone 7 & 7 plus are the same. He shared that the only difference is the size so AGAIN I was cool about it & left with the 7. He also gave me a phone case without a glass protector on sale for $15 off. I took the case but the guy didn’t even let me hold the case before buying it. I realized it was a low quality case as I was leaving. I came back minutes later & was told I could not get a refund. After everything I went through with this transaction...that’s was just ridiculous

I love this Cricket store! Eddie and Alysia are so helpful and friendly. Most recently Alysia helped me purchase and set up an iPhone 7. She even put my case and screen protector on for me. Never a bad experience here, I highly recommend Cricket and this West Chester location for sales and service.

Alysia was able to successfully recover my data, apps, contacts, email, calendar, etc.and transfer it from my old water-damaged phone to a new one. The loss of that information, some going back decades, in many cases could never have been restored. She also treated me with the patience a 71 year-old appreciates and needs. Her ability to explore and manage changes between new and old technology enabled her to do these things. Id have been devastated without her help.

We saved a lot of $ switching to Cricket. Same coverage as AT&T, just way cheaper. $73 less a month! And Alysha was AWESOME - super helpful throughout the whole process, AND went above & beyond and stayed 2 hours late to help us!

Such a great location for the store! The customer service there is exceptional and the sales associates are knowledgeable, understanding, and respectful. I trust the retailers recommendations 100% with every purchase. Will definitely be returning!!

Im only giving this experience 1 star because I have to rate it as something. I just wasted my entire lunch break waiting for the rep to acknowledge my existence. When I walked in the store the gentleman was already attending to someone else, which is fine, he was activating phones for them. I stood there for almost a half an hour, however just waiting for him to at least say hello and ask could he help me. Also, I need to mention I was standing a half an hour while I waited because the two ladies were taking up all 3 chairs ( one chair held a purse). The rep did not ask if I wanted to sit while I waited, did not even acknowledge my existence. Ive worked in customer service for over a decade, and this was just really bad. I WONT be coming back and will not be patronizing this establishment. I walked out after 35 minutes of waiting and did advise the guy I would be leaving this review.

They are right next to Jersey Mikes. We didnt actually visit this place. We picked up subs from Jersey Mikes. I tried them when I worked for Amazon in Delaware. For Christmas the company owner (Jeff Bezos) bought dinner for everyone in the company. Our location got sandwiches from Jersey Mikes.
