I never leave reviews for anything but Omar was so incredibly helpful that I have to. Just decided to trade in my old phone for an upgrade and had the easiest experience. All I had to do was hand my phone to him and he handled it all. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes, even with other customers in the store. 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone!

Omar was extremely helpful and did everything to the best of his ability. Never have been this pleased before with service and I couldnt have asked for better support. Not the greatest at customer service or punctuality. Extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location. Will not mention names in particular but I know the manager was one of the team members that was helping me. Told me a bold face lie as to why my phone was not ready, I called the corporate verizon and they explained that what he said was not accurate and they have never heard of such a delay. Will be going to other locations to handle my business and I would advise you to do the same.

Outstanding service!!! I went in and the staff was great in answering my questions and fixing the issues I have. I would recommend for anyone to go here as they are extremely knowledgeable.

I arrived at the store during the pandemic with a phone screen that had bars like it was in jail and an IPad whose screen said disabled. I left with a new phone that had all the information from the jailed one and an IPad that was restored. Chuck was kind and patient besides being competent and efficient. In addition, the store had systems in place to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend this service.

I had ordered a new Pixel online and meant to simply pick it up at the store. The store itself is very well organized, and the staff was so pleasant! Omar helped me set it up, and taught me about my new phone which I was extremely grateful for as I was switching from an iPhone. He also showed me several products to keep in mind for the future, but I did not feel pushed to buy right away, which as a customer, is great. So we switched over from att, and my number wasnt working right, turns out att cancelled my number before it transferred over. Chuck spent ALL DAY trying to figure it out so I didnt have to switch my number, even though he could have just said I was SOL and given me a new number in 2 minutes. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I would have ever expected. Chuck is the man!!

Great store, even better staff, worked me through a switch from a competitor for my family account even resolved some intricate credit issues that prevented me from joining another service provider without costing me any extra money! I recently went into this store a few months back just for simple questions regarding a phone cord and screen protector. The store and staff was very nice. My representative was Steve and was very helpful and informative. However not to his fault he was unable to resolve our issue due to the fact the we did not purchase the accessories at the store even though it was another verizon store.I stayed in contact periodically and steve kept me informed of new promotions that maybe myself of the members of my family plan would be interested in. A couple days ago my fiance and I went in to try and see what we could work out to get and upgrade. He informed me of great promo for a great phone (pixel 2) and also upgraded my fiances iphone 6s to iPhone 7 both saving us money from our current phones. After we upgraded our phones he was very helpful in trying to discount any of the accessories we would need and we bought two screen protectors.After all this I was discussing everything with my Aunt who the account is under, she seemed like she wanted to take advantage of the pixel 2 promo. So we went in we were there for a little while trying to get up set up and upgrade from her LG G5. While we were there we were informed of a promo for the Ellipse tablet which she seemed to think was a good deal that we went ahead and also purchased.However the only downfall in the story is that after all of the upgrades and purchases we have just completed we unfortunately unable to receive a screen protector and charger at the discounted rate that steve was informed from his manager. We have to go back and purchase the screen protector at a later date. I would however recommend going to this store over others for any of your verizon needs.
