This is my 2nd review & honestly I cannot recommend this location enough. These ladies are simply amazing, so sweet, very knowledgeable & helpful. I rarely have issues with my phone but when I have in the past, Monica & Jenny are who I trust to fix any issues. Definitely go here if youre looking into Metro!

Monica is so nice! She always helps my mom with phone stuff (upgrading, problem solving, etc.) She is so patient, kind, understanding & charismatic. When I upgraded my phone, when I got home it wasnt sending texts but it would call, luckily I dont live far & when I came back in she jumped right into problem solving mode. She knew exactly what to do, just needed the line refreshed! Monica is truly an asset to Metro, West Chester & the world is a much better place with her in it.

Easiest cell phone transaction Ive ever had. Bought daughter first phone. Out the door inside of 30 minutes. Great plan. No contract. Monica could not have been nicer. Tired of Sprints BS and happy to have an easy experience. Taxes and fees buillt in to plan price as they should be.

Did the two phones for $80 unlimited today very pleasant and easy process with the west Chester store. Definitely one of the better locations in the area. Jenny (our cashier) was very professional and knows what shes doing! Thank you metro pcs!
