Zack and CJ were so incredibly helpful and nice...they upgraded me to the amazing new Galaxy S21 Ultra, which I am loving...a case, the charger block, and a cord for my hubbys phone. With all that, they also changed my family over to the unlimited plan and it actually ended up SAVING us money every month on our bill! I cant thank you guys enough...two 5 star employees right there...I believe raises are in order!

JD (Jonathan) at the West Chester store was outstanding today! He helped resolve an issue with porting my service back to AT&T after a misguided switch to a budget carrier. He stuck with the effort and followed up with me after I left. He also cheerfully and efficiently multitasked with myself and two other customers. Will stick with AT&T as long as you have staff like this providing support!

Zachary was very nice and showed interest in helping me get everything set up on my phone. He was very knowledgeable in setting my phone up for me. He also helped me with making changes to my plan. I highly recommend him.

I did not know about this AT&T store, but I went to 2 other stores where they were out of stock of a lot of the iPhones so they mentioned the West Chester store. Zachary was awesome! He was the only one in the store, serving 4 customers at once but he handled my upgrade moved everything over from my old phone, very knowledgeable about the iPhone and all of the accessories and answered all my questions. He also sold me some merch. I would go back there again and again. The change in phone was flawless and I saw a few happy customers leave the store!

I walked into Bradford Plaza on 9/14/2020 and was unsure if I would walk out as a new customer. The previous day I placed an online order and it was cancelled. Zachary saved the day. He provided the best customer service! I bought two new iPhone 11’s two cases, two screen protectors. I was so impressed with his calm demeanor and willingness to assist, I even ordered AT&T TV! This young man was efficient, kind and professional. I was not a happy camper when I walked in. I will be a long time AT& T customer. I was with sprint for over 12 years. I contacted the store Sunday eve and CJ( new employee) told me to come in Monday night and they would “ fix” my cancelled order. Zach did have to place a new order( and I am sure my credit was run again) but I can deal with that with ease because I walked out with two new phones, all of my info transferred from my old phone. Extremely happy with Bradford plaza west Chester AT& T store! Well done!

I purchased 2 replacement Apple IPadsI would rather purchase these from this store because they are always extremely helpful with any questions we have had in the past. They are very professional and friendly. I could have gone to our local Best Buy that had these units in stock but I ordered from this store because of the service.

CJ was so helpful. I went into another ATT store first hoping they could help me with my daughters phone. That store said soda got into the phone (which we don’t have at our home) and said I’d have to buy new phone. Just not helpful. The phone were going to buy was OOS, so we left to go to another one- CJ’s. Immediately upon walking in was greeted so friendly and had a can do attitude. Ended up buying 2 phones, optimized our services, saving money. It was almost like a “pretty woman” moment where I could go back to first store and say “see, big mistake”.

The store manager (Cornelius) is probably the most knowledgeable person who has ever sold me a phone. It was near closing time and he still took the time after the sale to make sure I understood how to use all of the latest features of my iPhone 11.

Dont usually do reviews but after visiting this AT&T store I thought its only right that I do. First contact was by phone with CJ. I explained to him that we had visited another AT&T store in wasnt happy with their service. CJ said he wasnt going to be there the following day, However Zachary who had been working side by side with him would be able to help. He was correct. Zachary was polite and so informative.(One thing I dislike is pushy phone sales people. They act like car salesmen) He was super patient in hearing what we needed and met those needs. Sure he showed us the bells and whistles but didnt make us feel like if we didnt get the top of the line then he couldnt be bothered... We needed a basic phone for our mother nothing complicated and another for myself. Thanks for everything! we will only be coming there now to get our phones.
