Been a long time since Ive been here but my recent visit was great and pretty swift. I was immediately recognized and greeted by the customer service assistant Brandon who helped me many times in the past years which was really nice. I needed to get my Sprint sim card swapped to the t-mobile one and Brandon took care of it. Great store and great service. Will return in the future.

Customer service was initially good. They sold me a defective phone. A phone that was admittedely defective according to the manufacturer. Basically unusable. The store would not exchange it for about 4 months. Then when they finally did it was only because samsung was allowing that. I had to buy another screen protector. They told me they installed it while I stepped out. Now I come to find out over a year later that it was never installed. All I have is an empty box (which I saw the employee open) and a receipt. Terrible customer service overall and theft of product from customer. Go to a different store.

The customer service here is excellent. Brian C. is amazing. He is quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about not only the Sprint plans and policies but also every product that is sold in the store. I was having some technical issues with a few devices and he went above and beyond to ensure that by the time I left the store all of my devices were working properly! Will definitely return to this Sprint store. Keep up the great work!

If I could select less than 1 star I would. There customer service was horrible. I needed help activating phones on an account my husband set up, they were not helpful and rude. Rob definitely should not be in a job that involves customer service. The store was dead on a Saturday morning/afternoon probably for a very good reason. I will be ending my service with Sprint.

The staff goes out of their way to help you with any problems that occur. Rob and EB helped us switch from Comcast to sprint for about 3 hours and we cant thank them enough for everything they did. We will always be loyal customers and will tell all of our friends to see them if they have any questions. Greatest sprint store weve ever gone to.

After there was a big deal about phone companies not shutting off service during the national emergency I woke up Saturday to my phone not working. Mind you, my bill had been paid in full no more than 2 weeks prior. The only explanation I could get was something about spending limits. Not for past due money owed. Not for going over the limit. Att here I come.

Christine was extremely helpful with assisting me in getting a new phone, which I especially appreciate because doing so was an emergency. She was knowledgeable, straight forward and gave honest, helpful opinions. I did not feel pressured at all which is a problem Ive had in the past in other Sprint stores. I have taken her card and am exclusively recommending her specific service to all other friends and family, as she embodies excellent customer service.

I came in and Ronald assisted me with my new phone switching from Verizon. He needed to leave at 6. I came in at 5:55 and he helped me. After going through the process I saw that he was giving me the iPhone XS Max. I wanted the iPhone XS 256 GB. We realized that we didn’t communicate. He redid the whole process and ordered my phone. Staying well over when he was supposed to leave. He will even be off when the phone comes in. I hope he gets the credit because he was great.

Ronald and staff members made my transition from at&t to sprint so painless and easy. I was in and out in less than an hour and set up with an amazing deal! Love this location

My trip at this store was unlike no other. All the staff was very helpful especially Mr. Brandon. Brandon took his time and made sure I understand fully before I upgraded my service! If there was more stars to add I would add them. The staff members are all friendly and knowledgeable!

My experience at the West Chester location was great! Mike, the representative should get 5 stars of excellence for providing excellent customer service. Mike was VERY knowledgeable with service and device questions, along with exemplifying patience and understanding as I was very frustrated with network issues prior to coming in the store.In the past, Chas has always helped provide GREAT customer service with tips and tricks in addition to offering me device accessories that fit my needs every time.

Mike was extremely helpful and patient in helping me switch from Verizon and from an iPhone to Samsung. He walked me through all the new services of the phone and explained everything very thoroughly. If you are looking for a Sprint service, I would definitely recommend choosing this store and ask for Mike if hes there!

Several family members have purchased phones here and I have as well. I stopped in for some advice about a dedicated mobile hotspot. First step in the door and all of the staff looked up and smiled, even if they were busy, and I was approached and greeted like a VIP by Chris M, the location manager. He answered all my questions quickly and easily and had some good examples about his personal experiences with the hotspots. Thanks for the recommendation, and I will be back again soon.

I went to the Sprint store in West Chester to get technical help. The staff including the store manager and the Tech/Sales person Mike were outstanding.Mike was very patient, he analyzed my cell phone usage and got me into a new plan with an new upgraded Samsung Galaxy S9+ and saved me money to boot.Mike took the time to set up my new phone and transfer all of my photos. and data. Where do I begin. I went to this store 3 months ago and was told the phone will be paid off and then we can upgrade. I come in today and the balance was still the same as it was. We then get told if we pay off the balance we can get 25% off for 18 months for the new IPhone. I decided that was a good deal and we should go with it. When we get ready to pay turns out we cant get that deal because the phone had damages. We didnt recieve any type of discount or help towards our plan. Thanks for nothing.

Went in earlier today to get my old phone activated since my current phone was acting up. The representative looked at me like what he was doing was a waste of his time. I understand this is a sales environment, but customer service was distasteful enough that i will tell all my friends to avoid this place and just go to a corporate location where they help you with anything, regardless of what you need.

The customer service here is magnificent. They are extemely nice and are more than happy to help. The phone plans are also great deals. Would always recommend.

I went to this store about a week ago & asked about my bill & some questions on my phone, and the manager there was SUPER rude and she was doing too many things at once and customer service... forget about it. I continued to ask her if she could help me out with what was wrong with my bill and she did look at it but didnt explain anything to me very well. All she was doing was flirting with another male customer in the store. Normally when I go there, the guys there are very helpful and the other lady there is very helpful too. But this time, it was just super unprofessional and I will never go there again. At least not when shes there. Extons store is great though !!!

Bad experience. I was provided incorrect purchase price for a new phone, so I signed up for a lease agreement based on bad info. Once I realized this, Arch an authorized Sprint dealer was not very proactive in handling situation. Also Sprint could not help resolve since this is not a company store. Best advice - use Sprint company store in K of P.

EXCELLENT customer service at this store. After multiple calls to Sprints customer service line trying to upgrade a phone - getting different information each time - we went into the store. We were ready to switch 3 phones and lines over to T-Mobile to avoid having to deal with Sprints absolutely horrible customer service. Decided to give this one last chance as everyone weve dealt with at this location has been great. Brian and Mike went out of their way to help me get this straightened out and I was able to walk out with my new phone. They were awesome to deal with. And, as Archtelecom employees, they were far more focused on providing a superior customer experience than any of the actual Sprint corporate employeees! They saved the account for Sprint. I couldnt thank them enough!

My husband and I was thinking about switching carriers so when Sprint had the buy one get one free iPhone we decided to go with Sprint. The closest one to us is in East Goshen Shopping Center. Our salesman was Zahir, who was very personable and who knew a lot about the products his store that they sold and/or had in stock. Our process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced and I believe it was because of Zahir’s expertise.

Sprint, the store, is OK. Sprint the Network, is not reliable lately. Sometimes I get multiple messages that dump in all at once, and they were missing for over half an hour. I have lost work over Sprint. When I called the store to ask about outages, they asked me to come into the store so I can tell them where I was located when the service wasnt there. I told them that I dont need to drive to a store to give them the address where I was located all day long, and the service failed. My phone indicated no trouble with battery or signal, yet Sprint didnt deliver messages to me. Last week I was told that my office was calling me with a dispatch and they kept getting my voicemail. I looked and my phone log showed no calls at all. They are not reaching my phone, just being tossed into voicemail. Im really tired of Sprint, and Ive been a customer for 20 years, but I think its time to change.

The Sprint Team at Arch Telecom in the West Goshen Shopping Center is top notch! Brian and Brendan went above and beyond with helping me and my family set up a 5 phone plan, purchase 2 iPhone 8 via the 50% off promotion in December and get all of the phones activated. They also were a HUGE help ensuring that I received the promotion offers I was entitled to with Sprint. I cant tell you how many phone calls and e-mails they sent to ensure these promotions went through.I would fully recommend going to Arch Telecom for any and all of your Sprint wireless needs?

Went to store yesterday to receive my free gift that I was only made aware of by text message from sprint been a loyal sprint customer for eight years. The guy working there was quite rude said well we dont give the free gift unless you buy something. Well then its not free right ... Which I remarked only to be ignored by the same employee who then blatently and rudely started hi fiveing and laughing with another co worker that just walked in the door. This place needs help and needs to realize that Im customer and not an inconvenience because that is how it felt. Not once have I ever experienced such rudeness from another person let alone a person in the customer service field. This guy needs to be fired or trained correctly its unbelievable actually Im still in shock from my experience. Have a great day ! Sprint blows

If I could get negative stars I would. I have never been treated more poorly in my life. I dont believe in writing negative reviews, but in this case it must be done.The team members have ZERO sense of customer services or even general respect when dealing with other people.I was charged for 2 phones with one line, given a malfunctioning phone that, even though the team member determined was not my fault, couldnt be replaced? Then when asked to speak with a supervisor, literally laughed at.Switched to AT+T went through the trouble of even getting a new number to get away from them. AT+T took care of me, only a few dollars more per month.I havent been with Sprint for 2 months, and yet I am still having issues with their billing system.
