This recent purchase is my THIRD Cadillac purchase from this automobile dealership. It has great service dept, you are treated with respect and has great customer care. No slick stories or things you might hear just to sell a car. The type of dealership I would have no hesitation in sending one of my daughters to purchase a car knowing they will get the best treatment and best price for the vehicle they want.
I was referred to this dealership by AAA and I am so glad they sent me to the dealership. Robert Zepeda reached out to me via email and we were able to connect after I was making the 2 hour drive home from another dealership that tried to pull a fast one on me. I called him and made it clear what I was looking for, that I already had financing with a credit union and I would only make the drive out there if there were no physical damage on the vehicle. Robert confirmed my needs and 30 minutes later I was walking around a car that was actually in the condition it was advertised as. During our test drive Robert suited my need well as he listened to me and tailored his responses to fulfill my needs. While Robert was prepping my car I had the pleasure of speaking with the GSM Peter Mark. I really enjoyed chatting with Peter and time flew by. Finally, it was time to sign for the car, as they already new i had my own financing they did not pressure me to finance with them, however, Robert did say that it might be worth a shot and it could save me a few bucks. I was shocked, he was right, they got me better financing then my credit union. Finally, I got to sign for my loan with John Jarrosiak and I couldnt believe how quickly he got me out of there. I woke up the next morning after making a huge purchase and all I could think about was how thankful I was for the experience I had at Crestview Cadillac. Smaller Dealership, but they seem to have at least 5 or 6 of each model in stock to check out. People working there are very courteous, easy going and really good on their product knowledge. Didnt get to the dealing stage as we are still brand shopping but I have lots of family that purchased new cars there so have to assume that they can get deals made.

I got my last car, an ATS, in 2017 from Julie. Since my lease is gonna mature in 3 months, I started to do explore options I have to get the best deal on my next car. When I called Julie, she said let me see what I can do. And after only a little while, and I meant within that day, she got me this magical deal. I gave back my old ATS and now Im driving a 2019 white ST5. And even the financial lady could not believe her eyes and double checked the deal I got. Finally. A dealership who is no pressure, upfront and fare. Very friendly sales person (Avia) and sales manager (Chris). I test drove, they outlined the cost and financing based on the trade and asking price. I countered. The sales manager came out and offered to meet me in the middle. We were done. Wait. What just happened? Wheres the 1/2 day+ haggling? Where was the classic response from the sales manager, Were already losing money on the deal. I dont ever recall a car purchase where I didnt get that line and I have bought a lot of cars. Best purchase EVER from a traditional dealership. Im only buying Cadillacs from Crestview from now on. Oh, and ask for Avia. Great salesperson!

I took in my 2016 Cadillac ATS-V for a simple oil change. Service Advisor Wayne Bristol assisted me early in the morning and made sure the service charges were clearly delineated without confusion or surprise surcharges.When the service was done, Mr. Bristol advised I was in serious need of a tire change and alignment, an issue I was aware of prior to having my car serviced. He provided the option of purchasing the tires he had available from the dealership, again with clear pricing.After telling him I was aware and had already made arrangements elsewhere for my tires, he did not employ pushy sales tactics in order to get me to buy from Crestview. He simply provided the option to me. It was obvious he had my best interests in mind.The above exchange was done in the professional and courteous manner youβd expect from any business. My initial rating was made in error. I have no major complaints about my experience with Crestview. My salesperson, July, was very good. She was very personable and attentive. I can see why she was awarded salesperson of the year for the western region. I felt the sales manager worked very hard on getting a deal that really worked out for me and my mom. I had spent time at another dealership earlier that morning and the experience was not good at all, so working with Crestview was amazing. After hours at other dealers close to home, chasing deals on the internet. We walked in and felt at home right away. Spoke with a Robert on the phone, he was out sick so we dealt with Jason. He knew his cars and was a delight to deal with. The vehicle/package we wanted was not at the dealership but we were assured we could have it within a day or two. We agreed to a price and went home to return when the car arrived. As promoted was there the next day. We got there met with Jason and Robert who had the deal ready to go with Peter the manager. Peter informed us the car that we agreed on wasnβt available but got ya a better one at the agreed price. We signed papers with Beverly, got a very thorough explanation of the car and we are off to enjoy it. I had been to several dealerships looking for a CT6 3.0. I stopped in at Crestview, Robert Zepeda said there were none ready on the line, but they had just taken one in off lease, it was in detail. Robert took the time to go to the back and brought it up. Most other dealers would have told me to come back when it was ready to sell. It was a Certified 32,000 mile cream puff. We flew to Crestview to buy an SR5. We shopped and shopped went to other dealerships who falsely posted Certified pre owned vehicles. I found them online and called and made a deal over the phone. Reuben the sames manager picked us up from the airport. He was so friendly from the time we talked on the phone until the time he called to make sure we made the drive home safe. When we arrived the car was perfect they ran a very honest and clean business. The finance person accepted no the first time we told him and he did push unwanted things onto us. The main manager I think his name was Chris spoke to me over the phone to set the deal up and greeted us when we go there and kept everything up front and straight. I have been to many dealerships and they were the most friendly and honest by far. They also give an extra warranty if you change your mind right after purchasing. They took the pressure off car buying and made it stress free. Recommend them 100% best staff ever!
They charge you for doing work, then you find out they never did the work or they installed something improperly when you take your car back they come up with something else thats wrong! It just never ends till you find an honest mechanic that before doing any work he shows you how you got ripped off. I held Cadillac dealers to a high standard but they let me down.I will never go there for repairs or recommend them to anyone unless you just dont care and you have money to throw away! Being a senior citizen you tend to trust people and I think they take an advantage of older people.

Mr. Tee has been selling cars to our family for over 20 years! He is so nice and personable, and for us he is like a member of our family. I am particularly pleased because he takes such good care of my mother. She LOVES her Cadillacs and recently she was a victim of a serious accident due to someone speeding during the 1st rain of the season. Her car was totaled. I am happy about many things; firstly, she lived! My precious mother is still with me/us. Driving a Cadillac helped save her life because it is such a sound car. Secondly, Mr. Tee took care of her from day one and still calls to make sure she is getting use to all the bells and whistles on the new car and she knows how to use them. Katrina the manager is also amazing. She went above and beyond many times and is always pleased to do it and Steve in the body shop was also helpful and was there for us for any questions we had. They helped me - the daughter of the accident victim get through all the details that I would not have known if it was not for them. This dealership and their staff try to make things as easy as possible on the customer and it is very true when I tell you they treat you like family here. I truly cant say enough about them.

I love this place, they have great customer service especially having your car serviced. I made an appointment for the same day (just got back from out of town) my wife noticed we had a notification about taking our CTX for service (oil change etc). Knowing that my warranty was due today or 36,009 which ever came first. Steve service person noticed I was over 400 miles he said he would try to have it covered but couldnt promise anything. I also needed windshield wipers. I was told it would be an hour wait, 45mins later my name is being called and was told $75 all I paid was for the wipers everything else was covered.Thank Mr Steve for helping me out and getting the oil changed covered.
I was truly impressed with my most recent service visit to Crestview Cadillac. My cars service issue was thoroughly investigated, properly diagnosed, and subsequently repaired. My service advisor, Edward Delira, oversaw the entire process and would not release my car to me until my service issue had been completely repaired. He personally test drove my car to make sure that everything was working properly. I would unequivocally recommend that anyone bring their Cadillac to Crestview Cadillac for their service needs.

I get my Escalade serviced here although thereβs another dealership closer to my house. But Wayne is absolutely amazing and has always taken excellent care of me. Very reasonable and very understanding if Iβm running late. I highly recommend this place and ask for Wayne from service.

The team at Crestview is unlike other dealerships I have used as they are not trying to sell you what you so not need. The property. Is modest; however, they make up for this with their excellent service. They kept my vehicle spotless and were sensitive to my schedule, which I so appreciate. On 12-27-19 Crestview Cadillac roadside assistance replaced my dead car battery with a defective battery auto-stop start wasnt working had to take XT5 to another dealership to slove problem.Also everytime I hear President Trump mention inexperienced Hunter Biden reminds me of the Dupont coating job Crestview performed on my XT5 crapy and inexperienced job also told Peter Mark take off mailing list.
