Really bad experience with one of the Sales Manager Grayr Bayramyan he has a really bad attitude to treat customers and he was screaming to One of the employees of the Dealership and me I recently went to try to buy a car that was not ready for sale they told me that the car was gonna be ready in two days and he wasn’t like that and they told me to come back on the fifth day and was not readyThe cars have parts of the bumper that was broken it wasn’t like that when I checked the car on the test drive day, there was when I ask spoke to Sales manager and he came screaming and having a really bad attitude to one of his coworkers and to myselfI was asking to get the car done and he was not helpful to get the car done

I came in looking for a 2021 pre-owned CLA, unfortunately they didnt have the car I wanted with everything I wanted in it. Shawn pulled some numbers and would not let me leave unhappy. He was able to get a 2022 Brand New CLA in my price range!!!!A big Thank You to Liana and Edmund who stayed 2 hours after closing, because we wanted to go have dinner and come back.Buying a new car is overwhelming and Edmund not only understood that its overwhelming but was extremely comforting.Shawn has never let us down. Many years (like 10) of buying cars with him and he continues to find great deals.My Mother also bought an E 350 2020 with everything she wanted. She was soo happy.Georgina originally showed my mom this car and she was sold.Liana in Finance was simply perfection and made the process easy and quick. She was funny, sweet, and super nice willing to work with us any way she could.

Went in to test drive the car. Salesman did not know where the car was. Turned out to be on display in the showroom.Provided some basic information and asked for a price (including fees) to be provided in writing. Got a voice message later that day with just a request for me to call back. Called back the next morning and left a vm asking for the information to be sent to my email address. 4 days later nothing. Can’t work with a dealer that can’t put anything in writing. So moving on.

Worst dealership. If you want to have “Mercedes Benz” customer service or expect the high standard experience, just don’t go there. There are plenty dealerships in other cities. They get mad if you don’t buy, talk with other dealerships, or even try to negotiate. Afterwards, they will call and text you crazy. Just not professional especially sales guys.

I recommend Mercedes of West Covina, Christopher and Shawn did an amazing job qualifying me for the car I wanted they worked really hard to get the job done . Don’t go there. Lousy customer service. I went there with agreement of round trip ride by Karen M, sales person who called me day before and provided ride. Her manager Nick was a Very arrogant, pressuring to buy and I did not like his service, hence did not buy. Then they refused to give me ride back. The most lousy dealer I ever visited. I decided to buy at house of imports who had great customer service.

I’m trying to buy a 4x4 sprinter van. I’m aware of the shortages and the market increases on the vehicles after talking to serval Mercedes dealerships. Every dealership I spoke with was upfront with what their increases were for the vehicle except West Covina. When I reached out to the West Covina dealership about a sprinter for sale that was listed for $60k, I was contacted by Brandon Wandiko. I specifically asked what their asking price is for the sprinter as some dealers are charging $15k over MSRP. He responded with $60k which is MSRP. Because he never mentioned a market increase, I moved quickly on the vehicle. It wasn’t until after he had ran my credit that he had added an unknown increase, totally to $79k. I asked him to send an itemized list of the $19k difference and received a shady answer about the high demand of the vehicles and how there’s nothing official because the market changes every day. He also said that I as the consumer should know there are market increases, as if it isn’t the dealership’s job to set prices and communicate them before running someone’s credit. I still never received any sort of number accounting for the $19k increase from what he told me and what the ad said. Deceptive and unprofessional behavior. I hope no one else goes down this rabbit hole.

Had a pleasant coming here. Matthew Wang was able to take care of my parents GLS. He told me up front that it would take a couple of days and was able to provide me with a loaner car for the days down.He kept me updated on when the vehicle was complete and was an overall great service advisor. Will definitely be coming here again for future needs!

I purchased a smart car from a private seller so it needed some work I take it in to get repaired supposedly was gonna be done the same day. I would think that a dealer such as Mercedes would have some kind of a shuttle service or provide Uber vouchers for the clients specially charging over $200 an hour on labor but they do not so I had to pay for my ride home.. after 6 hours of waiting without a call, I call to check the status nobody answers the phone not an operator, not my service advisor, nobody until no kidding the 12th call. When I finally get ahold of the service advisor they tell me that there tire pressure monitoring computer is not working so they need to keep it over the weekend because none of their technicians work over the weekend so I said fine Ill wait till Monday. Monday comes along waiting all morning to hear from my service advisor and nothing I go to call her nobody answers I tried the main number nobody answers until the 5th call to find out my service advisor does not work Monday and that the technician its also not available so I cant get my car until Tuesday morning. My service advisor is supposed to call me tomorrow well see if that happens I doubt it. Unfortunately they are the only dealer that service smart cars in my area and I just purchased two of them so unfortunately Im going to have to deal with this horrible customer service for a while

Brought in Sprinter for a simple sliding door repair. No one greeted me when arrived. Overall attitude of service department is far lower than other MB dealers. 2nd day, I was told the repair is done but it wasnt fixed when I went back to pick up the vehicle. 3rd day, no one called me whether the vehicle is fixed or not. After several calls, I was told the service agent was off that day. Left message to another agent directed by receptionist but no reply. The 4th day, pick up the vehicle but the door needs more adjustment since the gap around the door and the body not even. Overall, low class repair job and service. Definitely need better training and management.

Got a call from a service assistant because the car has a recall and I have a service due for free, when i showed up to dealer ship they told me I didn’t qualified for a loaner which I always get a loaner. So the guy was in charge of my car (Rick)wanted me to get a service of $2,300. I told him i didn’t want to get that service so he told me I wasn’t going to get a loaner and I decided not to leave my car. Just a waste of time. Is not the first time I have an issue at that dealership.

Go to another Mercedez dealer. The sales person, Allen, made a verbal deal with me to trade in my current lease vehicle for new one. Deal was suppose to include the earlier trade in fees and mileage- I paid extra for this. In the end, they did not honor it and I was stuck with a 2k Bill the next month from Mercedez Finance. Allen avoided my calls and text, and sales manger never followed up after I left messages. They are not honest dealers.

I absolutely hate having to take my car in for any kind of work, but make sure to ask for Demitra if you come to this location. She took care of my car as quickly and as painless as possible. Im a little bit of a freak with the COVID stuff, but she had her mask on and was socially distanced which was much appreciated. Will update if this review if the rest of the team fails to deliver but judging by my first impressions, Ill be good to go in no time.

Stuff are not very kind and helpful after you make the purchase. Sales just use the detection means skill to sale the car. ( Jeff lu, and Sophie Wang, I don’t think she knows the car, I bought c63s on 10/12/209. When I see the car sales told me that is special design, this is special design. On the door plank, there is a very unique mark, I thought it is the water, they told me it is a special design and expensive design . After I purchase and take home, two days later that design just gone, and I told them, they just say they can’t do anything for that, and ignore me . Leave me alone in the store. What a good stuff this West Covina Benz have!!!The most irritating thing is my one week new car’s engine light is on, there are some issues with that engine. I talk to them, they just kind “ this is not my problem, we are not care about it, you have to take the car to the service store and they will do it. WTFSo disappointed in this dealer. West Covina.

I’m glad they revealed their true selves before I had any money committed. They falsely represented a vehicle in their listing, refused to provide additional information on the vehicle that we had requested, then when we sniffed out their lies, they made up a BS reason they couldn’t sell the car. Then jacked the car price up 2K the next day.These low ratings aren’t a fluke. Don’t trust this dealership. There are far more honest ones out there.

Do NOT go to this dealership! Serviced a new car and it came out with several scratches that weren’t there before. They wouldn’t admit fault because we drove the car off the lot. If you’re looking to service your car, go somewhere else.Also - the financial manager in this dealership was very sly, so be careful.

Awesome service, customer friendly. I purchased a brand new battery for my 2016 Smart ForTwo Passion and had to get installed. I reached out at about noon via phone and was told that if I arrived before 2pm it would get done on the spot. I arrived at about 1:15pm and the job was complete by 2pm.The entire staff is incredible specifically Amber & Joy. They are very sweet, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic when it comes to assisting customers. They introduced me to Peter, who ultimately expedited the installation of my car battery and also serviced/cleared error codes (courtesy) which existed prior. Will definitely continue to frequent this location when it comes to any level of repair when it comes to my vehicle.

One of the worst experience I had at a Benz dealership as far as customer service goes. I cannot comment about the sales department as I have purchased my car from Glendale. Everyone is very unprofessional here and hostile.Please train and/or re train your staffs for better customer care. I really hope this post and some of the other post on here could make this place better.. I live close by and don’t want to drive more just because I have to avoid the place.

Worst new car sales practices I have ever seenI am looking for a new 2021 CLS 450 or a S-450. I looked at the Dealer website and it showed me that they have 3 new 2021 CLS-450s and one 2020 S-450. I called up the dealer and talked to Roberto Quiroz and he informed me that they do have 3 2021 CLS-450s and I verified the Stock Number with him to make sure that it does match with the Website. I was also interested in the S-450 so I told him that I would see and test drive both cars. We went to see the cars and when we arrived there, he showed us the 2020 S-450 and let us test drive it.After the test drive I informed him that I am not interested in buying a 2020 car and I am only interested 2021 cars. I wanted to see 2021 CLS-450s that he has. He went somewhere and told us to wait because he has to get the keys and find out where it is.After 10 minutes he came back and says we dont have any 2021 cars because Mercedes is not sending it. I told him that you told me that you have 3 2021 CLS-450 and what happened to them. He told us that those cars are on recall and cant be sold. I asked all 3 of them are on recall? He said yes.We drove 1.5 hours each way from Rancho Palos Verdes to West Covina to see these cars and it is so much waste of time and deceitful behavior by him.From now on I have learned my lesson and I will not go to any dealer until I can see the car on video call.I dont understand why all car dealers are so deceitful and dishonest. What they gain from doing that? Do they think if customer comes, he/she will buy any car no matter what it is?Note I am keeping a screen shots showing that what their website shows for a 2021 CLS-450 to prove my points.

WARNING WATCH YOUR PRICE!!!I understand that this is a business, and businesses need to make money. However, this dealership is definitely not worth your time.First off, a little bit about myself. I live out of state and was hoping to lease a car. The dealership told me that they won’t ship the car which I was fine with. I told them I’d be open to planning out the logistics. Tony, one of the sales rep, provided me with a quote which seemed reasonable to start as a negotiating point, until you saw the weird fees like:Etching fee :299Dealer accessories??? 1250VTR: 875 (he said he didn’t know about this one)He explained that dealer accessories are needed if there is a lost key or a dent. SCAM - Bait and switch pricing. The manager Ray FINI - told me that the pricing on autotrader was based for the California market - so If I was purchasing as an out of state buyer, my pricing was different. Absurd and a scam. Reporting them to the BBB Also. I have all the emails between us. They stopped responding when I asked how they could force me to pay more than advertised.

Brought my vehicle in for routine service on April 14, 2021. First greeted by an employee who did a Tire Inspection / Report and although my car has only 10K miles and 5mm thread depth all around he told me all 4 tires were expired (6 years old) and needed to be replaced. $929.00 upsell right out of the box including a wheel alignment! I ignored his false safety warnings and continued with my service advisor with the routine annual maintenance I originally came in for which came to $333.70. Before I picked up the car they informed me there was a puncture in the L Front tire and wanted to replace it. They dont repair tires there just replace them. Refused the tire replacement (saving $140). Got that repaired for $24 elsewhere. I have been a customer there back when it was owned by Penske and never experienced this type of upsell tactics. Since MB West Covina was taken over by Envision they have become crooks. Be careful getting your MB serviced there!

Poor customer service. For buying a luxury vehicle, there is not even basic customer service with it. I unfortunately bought a vehicle through Allen, who after selling me my vehicle, stopped responding to my calls or texts. Reception gives you the run around and does not answer your questions, transfers you to the wrong person, and gives attitude. Management is even worse, because they have the power to make it right, make you feel important and a buyer, and treat you right; instead they shrug you off, proceed to give poor service, try to continue to sell you for product you dont need. This store is a disgrace to not only all luxury vehicle dealers, but to the name Mercedes-Benz. If I had the time to stand outside and make sure no one ever bought from this location again, I would. Go to Mercedes in New Port, theyll treat you right and for a fair price too.

I would like to personally thank you for wasting my time today. I took two hours out of my work day to drive all the way to West Covina to TEST DRIVE an AMG GTC. I made it clear that I would NOT be purchasing today.These people ran my credit and took my paystubs prior to me driving out to the dealership, and promised that I would be able to drive the vehicle.I was trapped at the sales desk for an hour while the guy tried every trick in the book to get my business today. I asked them directly about the APR their in-house financing was offering and they refused to answer the question.I do not appreciate these tactics. Ive been watching these cars for a while. I will NEVER buy or lease a vehicle without first driving it, thats ludicrous.Anyway, thanks again for the phenomenal waste of time. Ill write a nice letter to corporate as well. After calling four times, their front desk auto forward my call to this non-sense telephone that will never be pick up. Btw they have bad price too, I ordered my car and waited for 7 month, and when the car arrived the marked up the car for like 15%, maybe more.

Best experience ever... Was looking to get into a new lease figured Id look at my options booked an appointment with Gaston who turned out to be VERY helpful and attentive. He definitely was looking to get me what I needed and wanted looked at two models a sedan an SUV ultimately settling for SUV but the numbers had to be right. He understood and fought for me to get exactly what I wanted and I walked away feeling very content and satisfied. If a deal is what you need you must call Gaston in deed. He will go above and beyond to ensure you are a satisfied customer. Much thanks to him we are now in our amazing new Benz.

Untrustworthy. Slicker than two eels screwing in a bucket of snot. Manager isn’t worth his salt. All talk and doesn’t back up his customer service. Doesn’t know how to use a phone. He doesn’t have employees he has a staff infection. Each one I met was less genuine than the next. Real shame that they are able to represent Mercedes. Stain on the name.

Worked with General Manager on our deal. After agreeing on all terms, went to finance for paperwork. Signed everything, but contract that they held until the end. They had increased the price of the car. Incredible!Be sure to ask for the sales agreement upfront, before signing anything.

Avoid Mercedes-Benz of West Covina at all cost! This dealership is deceitful and operates like a circus. I called to buy a car and the pushy salesman Ben was obnoxious. Had to hang up on him due his out of control talking. Then, days later they have a professional lady call by the name of Sydney. She found the AMG 63 SUV and it is expected to arrive in West Covina in two weeks. The car arrived and I begin to drive to the dealership for a test drive then a purchase. The professional sales lady calls me back to inform me the SUV was sold by the sales manager. So, I waited two weeks to learn that the sales manager will steal food off the table of his own sales people and burn me. Thanks sales managers for wasting my time over two weeks. This dealership is a nightmare and needs their right to sell Mercedes Benz revoked. The sales managers Mike Atapour, Davit Mrtchyan, Tao Zhu, and Ray Fini need to be fired. Allowing a sale to be stolen from a salesperson for a customer is unacceptable, shady and unprofessional. This dealer deserves 0 Stars. Avoid Mercedes-Benz of West Covina at all cost. This group is truly clowns running a circus.

Tried calling three times for parts, left a voicemail and no response for a while. Called back later to service department and got someone, told them my call wait time, was told no one was there, so theyll look for someone before transferring. Waited a few minutes (5ish) and was told i would be transferred to an employee. After transfer I waited another minute, and someone picked up for 3 seconds to say mercedes, please hold. And put me on another 5 minute wait and then was sent to voicemail to be hung up on. Whoa thats dedication to bad service.

Be aware customers. MB of West Covina will charge $895 on any used car list price for key recover fee, and of course... good luck to get this explained to you. Poorly organized staff, too. I tried to buy from them and in just a 3 days window got to deal with... 6 different persons who had no idea what to do. They charged the wrong credit card, the wrong amount for the deposit. The contract was wrongly written twice. Then, while the car was listed as delivered at your door step on Carvana, I was explained after the contract issued that... well, we actually dont do that. Oh my! Do not deal with these people!

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They bait you in with false offers but wont keep their promise even it is stated clearly in your recorded communications. Can you imagin getting out with your new Mercedes but does not even feel so good? Yes, They somehow managed to make it happen. Impressive. Credit to Lei for making my experience less of a disaster though, he is easy to work with. But Honida or whoever is on the phone or email with you, do not trust them as their ENTIRE JOB is to bait you into their dealership and try their best to rip you off. Honest is more valued as a business more than a few hundred dollars in the long term, but obviously Envision Motors dont seem to believe so. Initially I was not going to leave a review, even after all the extreme stress they put us through trying to purchase the car. BUT when I found out they had given us the wrong vin number to insure the car and our car has not been officially insured since we picked it up! Disgraceful!!! This is the icing on top! They express it comes with the car but you have to pay for it, but I dont want it as I have to pay for it, so its not included with car I said...they reply its mandatory with the car...I wont lose my key ha They wont take is off and its actually less than what other dealerships add the salesman replied...umm2. Is the car certified, no but let me go ask to see what I can do... Returns... no we can not its over 50k miles, errr thinks its only 32k, oh yes let me go ask again... Oh Yes they will include that with the car for you, that will give you 19 months warranty left now, and if we include that for you, at the end of the warranty you can choose to purchase an extended warranty. Oh great I reply thats awesome!Day Two, They retract the promise of certifying the car, We never said that we would include making the car certified... they said they were going to charge us for it and it is not included...So they lied and said we were mistaken they did not agree to that. Ummm Not ok!3. Final deal set (so we thought) set to pick up car & sign docs in afternoon...1st call... Salesman...Another salesman has sold the car...Wait, what? Wheres the car? I dont know...2nd call... We leave home again two seconds after we pull up...On arrival Sales guys & managers seems to be throwing F bombs at each other in office, left sitting for ages...then try to talk us into another more expensive car... then they finally decide, we can have our car back because other buyer has bad credit. Do you have the cashiers check? I have no clue who knows with these clowns...For a Mercedes Dealership they are incredibly behind the times, in this day and age you should be able to give them a debit card and pay for the car outright instead you can only give 5k on a card max and a cashiers check...No other way...except financing of course...Totally all UNBELIEVABLE....Not to mention again after all this the sales guy gives the wrong info to insure the car!! OMG!!!! RIDICULUS!! No I havent mentioned the sales guys name because he was actually very sweet & he knows who he is if he read this and they all know who they are... EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCH A SHAME... Having worked for a famous company for more than a decade who inspired industries to surpass customer service expectations, I can say this is the worst I have ever received!!!! But so far so good, I got the car & love it but not a good experience from them.Apologies for long review but had to share our crazy emotionally stressful story of a day! Think I would definitely try and shop elsewhere if you can!

We came from Ventura count, over an hour away. We worked with Navid and said we did not want to drive that far if they were going to change the price on us. He sent us a breakdown of the cost with registration, tax, everything. And that was the price when we bought our car. It was the best price we could find on line and there were no games afterwards. There were offers to upgrade things but they were polite with no pressure. They washed the car twice for us because a spot was missed the first time. We were leary because of some of the reviews. Ask for Navid. He is relaxed and friendly the way it is supposed to be. He spend 20 - 30 minutes teaching us how the car works. We left excited about our new SL not stressed as with some past auto purchases. Thank you Navid for making it simple and pleasurable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Porter crashed my car and they tried to buff the damage. My car was ultimately determined to be a lemon. Have been trying to reach finance for THREE WEEKS to obtain paperwork that I require to return the car. No one answers the phones in finance, and all voicemail boxes are full. When I asked to speak with the GM, I was told to drive in if I have a problem. Mind you, I live 2 hours away from Covina. Oh.. and the topper... they hid thousands of dollars in my lease. RUN!!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They bait you in with false offers but wont keep their promise even it is stated clearly in your recorded communications. Can you imagin getting out with your new Mercedes but does not even feel so good? Yes, They somehow managed to make it happen. Impressive. Credit to Lei for making my experience less of a disaster though, he is easy to work with. Do not trust them as their ENTIRE JOB is to bait you into their dealership and try their best to rip you off. Honest is more valued as a business more than a few hundred dollars in the long term, but obviously Envision Motors dont seem to believe so.

Its almost comical. The entire dealership oozes with deceit and manipulation. There are so many other dealerships, please avoid this one. MBZ USA should really yank their ability to sell cars. Allen/Alan and the dealership just tarnished the brands reputation in a very dangerous way.

Ive had some bad experiences, but the service department at Penske Mercedes Benz West was an excellent customer experience. Tina was great with the sale. She was a lot faster than other dealers that I have gone through in finding me the right car. Everything was straight forward. I recommend her for any Mercedes-Benz sale, or any car sale in general. The location was also great, comfortable, felt more high class than other Mercedes dealerships, and had a lot of nice cars to look at in the showroom.The original raised star hood ornament should come standard, I think it would look a lot better on my C250.

This almost feels like a gimmick to take a advantage of the customer.We purchased our 2019 GLS450 in February 2020.2019 GLS450 credit for waived 2 monthly payments not received.During all of the conversations that took place about the GLS450 at the dealer, we never once talked about anything but the 2019 class.Other classes of the GLS450 were not under consideration.We did not see that only the 2016~2018 classes are included because we were told that the 2019 class would be included as well like three employees told us.The Mercedes-Benz customer service is a mess.They look at the tree while ignoring the forest.

As usual everyone I interacted with was great! Christine (appointment scheduler) was incredibly understanding when I told her I would be late for my appointment. Ken Hernandez, express service advisor, ensured I would meet with a service advisor since I missed my appointment. Nikola Wong, service advisor, reviewed my concerns to make certain every issue I had with my car would be addressed. Brian Wing, service advisor, explained the work provided by the repair techs. (Of course, despite thoroughly checking the software and going to the trouble of reenacting situations I described, the car is fine. Brian theorizes the car repaired itself on the way to Penske service.) Finally, Hector gave my filthy car a thorough wash and vacuum. (Youd think the rain would keep it clean but actually made it worse.) I would not hesitate recommending Penske Mercedes Benz of West Covina: no pressured sales tactics when I purchased my car with the assistance of fleet manager Steve McDonald, and ongoing exceptional attention to detail from the service staff.

Penske Mercedes-Benz of West Covina had the exact model and color w/ options I was looking for online and I decided to give them a call. BEWARE DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES.We purchased our C300 in February from Tao Zhu. Before signing the contract, Tao promised us a $150 gift card to go towards seat covers for our car, and a refund totaling $6970.00 for OPTIONAL features that were already in the contract (pictured below), but we did NOT want and did NOT agree on (Ill get to this in a moment).Tao was only able to coerce us into signing the contract through the promised refund and gift card incentive. However, after signing, Tao all but disappeared. We emailed and visited the dealership week after week to inquire about the gift card and refund but with each week Taos attitude became worse and worse until he lost his temper and raised his voice at us.For the refund we worked with Haspreet Singh (finance representative) and Tao. They told us that we could only cancel the optional features that were in the contract to get a refund, and there was no other way than for us to sign it. This again, became impossibly hard to cancel, and had to be escalated to manager Mike Atapour, who ALSO was not helpful.After several hours arguing at the dealership, we were only confirmed a partial refund of $5975 (which as of this post we still have NOT received yet) and told that there was NO WAY to cancel the other OPTIONAL feature. This meant we would NOT be getting back $995 that we never should have NEEEDED to pay in the first place.We are absolutely appalled by the attitudes of the representatives and lack of professionalism this dealership exhibits. We will also be filing a report to the BBB and DMV Occupational Licensing Department.

Use another dealerOur 95 year old friend went in to the WC Mercedes service department for a failed high pressure fuel pump due to a failed smog check, the dealer told her it should be covered under the 8 year 80,000 mile federal warranty, 2012 C 250 with 13,845 miles (yes she drives very little) on it. They did the work, then told her no warranty and charged $1,350.00 for repairs. they did take off $200.00 as a token. I hope my mom or grand mother never have to experience this type of service. I guess its the norm nowadays.

Bought my 2014 c300 at another dealer near Riverside. One day, was calling many MB dealers around me for pricing on a KEY. Since my car was previously sold at auction, many pieces were missing (of course), like floor mats and a broken grille, etc. Anyway, I FINALLY called Penske in West Covina and Chas (pronounced ChaZ) in Parts answered. Chas was so KIND and WILLING to give me a FABULOUS price (wholesale price?) on my key, which included matching the key to the car.....out the door he said. He gave me a Quote Number, ensuring that I would pay that certain amount he quoted me on the phone. Came in the next day and got my key PLUS I bought another hood ornament (badge) and even THAT price was lower than all the other dealers who I called previously. Now, need a lower grille and one lower running lamp and will CERTAINLY contact him AFTER tax season. To me, its well-worth the drive out there, while enjoying my new baby-car ride at the same time. I brought my car to this dealership to change one tire with a nail in it. The constultank called me back and said I need a second tire because it also has a nail in it. I told him to send me a picture of the nail in the tire. I waited 3 hours. He didn’t call me. I called him. He said only one tire has a nail in it. I went to pick up the car. He said two tires have nails in them. I think the mechanic put a nail in the second tire. I will never go back to that dealership.

What kind of service department is this? Got a brand new Metris less than 6 months, engine light turn on, bring in on Wed morning 8:30, w an appointment, no phone call for 2 days! I called, George said he will call me back, waited another 3-4 hours, then tell me they were too many cars, have not get to my van. We use this for work, and one day without it is bad enough, is on the second day now as I’m tryping this, still no phone calls. Now it’s Thursday 3PM, what’s is going on with this dealership service department? I think I might have to file a small claim in this for loss of use . Cross my finger if someone can give me a call, I need to know what’s wrong and is it a lemon I got here?

I just got my c class from this place. They had my car ready clean and when i got there i had a very good experience. People seemed very nice and almost everyone greeted me and said hi. Stacy who helped me with my purchase was very nice and friendly. Had several follow ups calls after purchasing the car to make sure everything is ok.I live in valley and took me almost hour to get there but it was worth it. I will give this dealer 5 star because they deserve that.

Ive bought parts, done service, and looked at vehicles here before; but none of those things even phase me as much as how inherently terrible it is to reach this place. The 10 freeway seams like it is perpetually in construction, accidents, and traffic.The dealership is split in two building for sales and service - but wait theres more! They also have a third sprinter/commercial lot that is visible down the street from service. It is asinine to have a dealership in this layout and it is a problem stemming from its original construction decades ago.As far as service go, I am pleased with the work. Overall, usual dealership pricing and customer service, just the location sucks.
