Cant go wrong here. Walked in with no expectations. Honestly didnt even think I would walk out with a new Truck. Wow, was I wrong. Moe, our sales rep was amazing. He was very kind, friendly and just made the 7 hour wait, yes 7 hours, seem like minutes. I knew we would be there for a bit, but that long was only cause they worked every which way to get me where I wanted to be with the F150 I wanted.Juan, was very good at working with his people behind the doors to make a long time dream of mine come true. I am now the owner of a new 2021 F150, with payments that fit my budget, along with a great experience. Everyone there was friendly, attentive and just supremely amazing.And to be completely honest with you I have never been a fan of Ford, Ive always been a Chevy girl, but everyone at Performance Ford turned me to a Ford Chick.Thank you Moe, Juan and the finance people for going above and beyond for this, my business and I thank you.

I was very happy to see the new General Manager with the hardcore attitude of these are my customers! Make them HAPPY. This new car Manager is really shaking things up at this Dealership to make the customers happy. Thank God as it was needed. This is turning out to be the best place to buy a car. He fixed my service issue and did it with a smile. The owner brought in a new manager to turn this car lot around and this guy is dynamite. Fantastic job Mr. Manager. I took my truck in for a oil change and it looks like they did a fair job. The reason for the 3 stars is my truck has never leaked oil. After Ford changed the oil and I parked my vehicle overnight there was a oil spot. After further investigation, it looks like they let the oil drain across the cross member and didnt clean it up very well. Just sloppy workmanship. I will be keeping an eye on the oil spot to see if it gets worse.

The service department at Performance Ford is terrible! I took my truck in to find that my cam phasers were bad but it still might be under warranty. I was allowed to pick up my truck and drive it while Performance Ford submitted a claim to the warranty dept. I was told I would hear something in about 4 days. After TWO WEEKS with no information, I phoned the warranty department in Michigan and found out that a claim was never filed for my truck. I called the service department and they said they would look into it. Finally, the next day, i was told that it should still be under my warranty so I asked to make an appointment to bring my truck in but was not allowed to do that. An appointment could have held my place in line and I could have brought it in any time to have the work started. Instead, i was told to bring it in Monday and it would take them about THREE DAYS TO PERFORM A 6-HOUR TASK (because of other cars in service)!!! No contact by today, FRIDAY, so I call to inquire and am told that my truck will be looked at on Monday! So i am without a vehicle for ONE WHOLE WEEK WITHOUT MY TRUCK EVEN BEING TOUCHED! An appointment could have prevented me from being without a vehicle all week! And i dont want to rent a vehicle until i know for certain that my truck is covered under warranty so i can get a free rental. The service department really needs to be overhauled at Performance Ford and the staff needs to be trained on how to communicate better with its customers.Just a follow up to the reply email below that I got from Performance Ford. I got that reply on Monday but waited until today, Wednesday, to call him because I should have heard about my warranty today but havent yet. The guy that answered the phone told me he doesnt with there anymore and he didnt have nice things to say about Performance Ford either. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO PERFORMANCE FORD FOR SERVICE!!!

Took my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid for an oil change. Service department agent Ray Schuette quickly handled the intake process. When my car service was completed Ray provided me with detailed information about upcoming service I will be needing for my tires on the next oil change. Do not buy from this dealership. Bought a 2020 Ford Mustang. Finding out the next day it was damaged and with electrical problems. Have tried repeatedly to try and have the issue resolved but my sales guy Alex was giving me the round around telling me I will let my managers know and will follow up with you. I even showed up a few times in person only to tell me I cant be helped at the moment. That Ive should of checked the car before. Ive bought cars from other dealers and never experienced such bad customer service experience. I know the owner will read this, and sure hope he calls me personally if I get a follow up someday.Yeah ok owner. I called ur dealership ship. Nobody by that name works there so I was told. Just a bouch of lies. Still couldnt get help getting this issue fixed. Your employees are no good. Ive submitted my complaint with corporate Ford. Nobody should buy from this place.

Worse dealership ever. Sales are cooks please double check your numbers and added options carefully. The also charge $500 Lease Buyout fee on top of your residual amount on your contract. Interest rates are ridiculously high even with a great credit score. They make money by selling service contracts, gap insurances, and finance charges. Please beware!After the sale is done, their finance staff never picks up the phone and their voice mailbox is full. Been calling 2 weeks straight... it shows you how much they care about their customers after sale.

Not the most inviting Ford dealership Ive visited then again, not many Ford dealerships are.This particular dealership seems like its on its last legs, lots of space but no energy in the showroom. It fells like ownership is just phoning it in. Plus, they are a markup dealer and an exorbitant one at that.Check the other dealers in the SGV area first before commiting to this one.

Officially tried four times to get in contact with finance.Bought a 2021 Ford Ranger and a service contract which they said I could cancel at anytime. I wanted to cancel it.1st time call they sent me to service and then they tried to get me to finance and it disconnected.2nd time call they were in a meeting and told me to call back.3rd time call they transferred me from sales (after I called finance) and it dropped out.4th time by email no one has gotten back to me.Very dissatisfied with this. I liked the truck and while I had to haggle down the price a ton and still feel like I paid a premium to have no one help is sad.I will contact Ford direct as they say if I can’t get the dealer to help to deal with them.Luckily I have proof of all the interactions.

Never been baited and switched as hard before in my life than at Performance Ford for a Mach E. I went to go buy one, they wanted 5k over MSRP. I told him from the beginning that I wasnt paying a cent over MSRP and he said he could work it out and match my Carvana offer. After a test drive, lo and behold when he tells me he cant match my Carvana offer (-5k) and theres 3k in dealer add ons. I was like ok and got up and the finance manager ran and caught us, told us he could match the Carvana offer but the dealer markup would go back on. So its a net gain of 0 but now I have to pay taxes on the 5k? Didnt say anything and walked out. Guess were buying another Tesla.

It turned out the transmission module needed to be replaced and thankfully, it was covered as part of a recall. At first all OK, but that was a mistake. This is the real update review with this dealer. I get 2 new cars Black 2018 Fusion Energi Vin#*****176939 and White 2018 Fusion Vin#*****136757.Friendly management only so they sell you cars........ After over a month or before then you get Very bad service. This is my fourth expensive cars within the last 3 years and for sure it will be the last time Ill make this mistake again, I thought this new Management are better in the last one. They are all the same. All I can say I have now and had 3 years ago very bad EXPERIENCE with this dealer. too many mistake with the paper work I had to sign my lease over 4 times, over a month later and still they have not pay off my old lease for the 2 cars I returned and no longer own, my lease with Ford Credit never been late ever, and now August 31 I get 30 days late payment in my 3 credit agencies for car I no longer have?.This Management do not return calls back and they do NOT CARE (even Ford Credit complain to me about this dealer). That is the bottom line, stay away and do not make the mistake I made with INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT AND CAR DEALER.My question is where the Owner for this dealership and why nothing been done yet to fix this managements?.

I inquired about a 2020 Ford Ranger this morning. I was contacted by Michael Aragon the internet sales manager. Michael was condescending and lacks professionalism. I don’t think it’s appropriate to refer to a stranger or customer as my friend. “Do you know the factory is shut down until September? Good luck my friend.” Was the response I received when asked about the price and it being last years base model. Merely asking him questions about the price resulted in him wanting to end the conversation twice. I did not feel I was being treated as a customer but instead as an annoyance. Seeing as I was still interested in the vehicle, If I do end up making a deal with WC Performance Ford I refuse to deal with Michael as I’m sure most of the associates are more respectful.

Just bought a new escape here last week and so far I’m loving it!! I can’t wait to take it out for cute little trips with my friends.. but to the good stuff. Place is clean, staff is very nice, and the whole process was to the point, and I was able to get all the information I needed online. So it was pretty cool to just come in and test drive and just know yes this is my car without having to sit there and negotiate for hours on end. I would highly recommend buying your car here.

Went there a couple of days ago had agreed on a deal but there was an issue with the bank on my trade in. A day later I resolved the issue with the bank called them back let them know I was able to clear it up and was ready to make the deal! They call me back telling me the new bank required me to get the gap insurance and extended warranty or they wouldn’t finance me! I guess Michael didn’t hear when I told him I sold cars before and I know the gap and warranty have nothing to do with the banks! Thats how the sales managers make commission!! Funny how the day before they kept telling me they weren’t making a dime on my deal and the deal was approved! They were even detailing the car for me!! the next day the only way I’d get approved was adding gap and warranty which made my payment go up 100 dollars! Maybe someone should let them know that practice of forcing those warranties and gap is illegal! But I will be reporting them to the bbb and Dmv!

I purchased a Ford F-150 from Performance Ford this past weekend. Our salesmans name was Joshua and he was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, helpful, and generous - the first nice car salesman Ive ever met.The truck was listed on CarGurus at $21,735. It was a great price - but at the end, there was an extra charge of $1,300 for Stargard Vehicle Theft Protection/GPS system. There was no option to take it off because it was already installed in the truck. If that is the case, it should be listed in the original price. $1,300 is a lot of money to be thrown on at the end for a service I never wanted. Im assuming this service is installed on all the vehicles, so just be aware of that if you buy from this dealer. Other than that, Im happy with the service that was provided and especially happy with the salesman Joshua.

I bought a F-150 and they sold to me more than 3000$ options and I told them I dont want that options (stargard anti theft and clear shield surface protection) but they said these options are already on the truck and we can’t remove it, after signing and get the truck I called stargard company for register my truck they checked my vin number and told me your truck doesnt have device so I went to the other dealership for checking the options they told me these options are not on your truck they sold me more than 3000$ nothing, after four times went there I dont get the options and also the battery was bad and they told we change the battery but they lied so after one week driving battery dead and went to Huntington Beach dealership and change the battery. Never trust them.

Came in not knowing I would leave with a car, I usually take my time and think things over before making a big decision. However these guys will go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable and do everything they can to take care of you. I have got a few cars all from big dealerships and I have to say this store impressed me the most with the customer service from contacting me almost as someone as I inquired online and even called me a couple days after to be sure I was completely happy. Service Center Review: UPDATE: I have only had my car service at this dealer (thinking the dealer would provide best service to my new car). 10 days after my last service my car started making noises so I decided to open the hood. I found out my cars engine coolant was completely empty. Gone! How? They said it could be a leak. I took it back and got it tested. NO LEAKS!. Simply negligence by the technicians, that or they are doing these mistakes on purpose to take advantage of my warranty to charge for additional work. I would like to think its not the latter, but at this point I do not know. They did pay for all the worked needed at no cost to me, but the amount of damage done due to my car running with no coolant, and overheating cannot be determined at this point, as I am sure it will be long-term damage. I brought my fusion in for service last week and my car is running great. I love that this place always has good coupons. The new ownership has really cleaned up the place. I noticed the bathrooms are much cleaner and the staff is so much friendlier as well. Ive been coming here for a long time so I decided to introduce myself to the new service manager and he was very personable. I feel like my car is in good hands here. Anyways, I had some of their yummy coffee from their cappuccino machine while I was waiting, read a couple magazines, then watched some netflix. Ashley called me a couple days later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, which I thought was very nice. Hope all my experiences continue to be this way. Thanks guys for helping me out.

Worst customer service ever from a dealership. I had a promotional email interested in taking my car that was lease here back early. Tricia was suppose to help me. I sent her all my information and she was suppose to get back to me once she spoke with the manager. Few days pass no response. I finally got a hold of her and she said she will get back to me because they were busy. I was understanding. 2 days later, I called back and left a message. No response. I called to speak to another person, didnt get his name but he said he was a MANAGER. He didnt seem to be helpful and patient and erupted hung up on me without letting me talk. It seem like because I wasnt interested in purchasing a car or trading in my lease. All I wanted is information regarding my buyout for my lease. I do not recommend getting a car from here since they dont value existing customers and I will not be returning here. Yelp past months 1 star reviews from others pretty much sums up this place.

Sales Manager was good, but will always act like a Sales Manager to make profit for the dealership and will do what it takes to win for the house.My sales lady was awesome!! Thank you for being YOU!!I went in knowing my numbers and simply wanted to see if they matched them.Everything went great until I got into finance.Despite being pre-approved via. a credit union with an awesome rate. Finance guy tried luring me in to a higher month and higher percentage rate. Luckily, I caught it and was not just going to stay silent. He eventually showed me the screen and somehow my 2.44% at 60 months appeared. Which he tried saying I could only get a 2.74% at 72 months (Ridiculous). He even dared to say ( its only $5.00 more a month) Yea, but those $5.00 a month for that longer term add up buddy!!!Lastly, do your homework and know what cashback rebates are being offered through-out various dealerships in your area and from Ford.com.Sales Manager was trying to tell me my $750.00 education code was not combinable with the already dealership old stock discount and rebate from ford. He eventually accepted my code while in finance. It appeared it was the first time he has even seen the print out slip with the voucher code for the discount until I kept bringing it up. Do not stay silent and remember you are the customer! Ask for water!!!In all, it was a good experience because I knew what to expect and what they would try to pull. I called to get a very simple quote today 1/21/21 around 9am, on a OEM remote start install on my Ford F-150. OEM!! Not aftermarket.... Some girl from service dept. answered asked me everything twice wrote down my info and has yet to call me back 5 hours already.. why would it take that long for a quote on OEM parts and labor? And why would they have someone who doesn’t know anything answer the phones!!

While assisting my daughter and son-in-law Mr. and Mrs. DelBosque purchase a truck, we had a horrible experience with Performance Ford in West Covina, CA. They sure lived up to all the poor reviews on Yelp, Google and many other sites we saw prior to our experience. We still decided to try them because we saw a used RAM truck we were interested in for an advertised for $45,841. Prior to going in we negotiated a price of $43,900 in writing via email/text. The following day we drove 3.5 hours to go in and test drive the truck. Later we sat down and offered $43,400, ($500 less than the previous agreed to written price). Our sales rep Michael Aragon insisted that he didnt want to waste his and our time and didnt want to present the offer to his manager. We became frustrated with Michael and his arrogance because he was not at all helpful, or customer friendly, nor was he willing to present our offer. After asking him multiple times that we speak directly with his manager he finally went and then returned with Sales Manager, Sam. Sam discussed our offer with us and made it clear that he didnt have anymore room to reduce the price on this vehicle. So Sam asked us to discuss it among ourselves and after a few minutes we agreed to purchase the truck at the email/text price of $43,900 that Performance Ford and Sam said he would honor and reaffirmed because we had it in writing.Michael then started the process with us filling out the credit app which we knew would not be problem since we have an excellent credit score over 810 and we were already pre-qualified with our CU. Michael took drivers licenses and proof of insurance to make copies. A few minutes later manager Sam came back and confirmed we were approved with an int. rate of 2.49% and said we were in line to meet with the finance guy to complete the contract. Michael later came back and said that the truck was going to be washed and fueled. As we waited some more Michael became suspiciously distant then after about 20 minutes he came back and said we were next in line to meet with finance then walked away. Ten minutes later Michael returned again and informed us that he had Bad News. He said the owner of the dealership did NOT approve the sale of the truck and had cancelled the sale. This sounded ridiculous so we asked to speak with manger Sam. Michael refused to call Sam back so I decided to walk into the manager bubble area, to ask Sam what had just happened! All Sam would say is that he had no control over what happened and that the dealership owner, (who was not at the dealership), called him and said the deal was off. Not only was this shady but we were very disappointed that they ran our credit without willing to sell us the truck. They misled and misrepresented a price they affirmed in writing.These guys truly lived up to all the other poor reviews, absolutely the worst and an embarrassment to the Ford Corporation who we will be contacting and filing a complaint with on Monday. In addition to Ford we will consider filing complaints with Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau.Dont believe their lying response to every poor review when they say that this dealership is under new management since then. They are the same despicable lousy managed dealership as per the reviews. We should have believed the reviews too. Sam, Michael, you two are the perfect example of why the car sales industry gets a bad name.Performance Ford West Covina, CA, is simply THE WORST!

Ford of West Covina had what I wanted, gave me the price I wanted at a great rate. Overall very satisfied with my purchase from them. Jasmin was a pleasure to deal with, seemed down to Earth, and made me feel like she was fighting for me. Im no expert, but also not a rookie when it comes to buying vehicles from dealers as this is my 5th new car purchase. This experience was pretty good. Although our time was short, Alan the Finance Manager was also easy to work with. Go give them a shot to earn your business is my recommendation.

This is worst dealer that I ever go. I would give negative star if available. Don’t go there. It will be a waste of your time. Sales person lies to the customer in order to trick customer buy very expensive vehicles!! Saying I give very very good discount while in reality the price is more expensive than the listing price. Very rude! Be aware for the details and rates before you sign any contract! The sales person, manager and financial department gives misleading info, trick customer buy vehicles!!! Unhonest business practice!!

Do not buy from this place. I purchased a new 2020 mustang gt off the showroom floor and it has damage to the driver door and they still havent gave me my second key to my new car so I have only 1 key. Very inconvenient. Have tried calling and going in in person and they are no help at all. The people there get fired or moved everyday so when you go back nobody will know who you are talking about and they will not bother helping resolve a simple problem. They owe me a key and need to fix damaged driver side door. Nobody helps . Stay away and buy elsewhere to avoid the problems and headaches. Not to mention all the time wastedWill be taking my complaint to corporate now to see if anywhere listens

Isreal and Zaid were completely awesome. I wasnt expecting to buy a car from them simply because this was the first dealer I went to and I was only going to test drive and get a general sense of how much a 2020 ranger was gonna cost. After initial test drive and talking to Isreal and Zaid they worked with my financial situation and offered me a deal that I couldnt resist. Very friendly environment and didnt feel pressured at all. Right when me and my sister walked in we were welcomed by Samia. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions and she was very accommodating. I went in just to look at the 2020 Ford Explorer, and I was approached by Chris, with his face mask. Chris offered us sanitizer. Chris was extremely polite/patient not only to my wife and I but also to our 1 year old daughter. I took car for a test drive, needless to say the car sold itself. Chris did not pressure us to purchase the explorer. I really appreciate Chris. !!!CHRIS DESERVES RAISE!!!Thank you everyone at this location. From sales to detailing. I saw a CPO car I wanted to test drive, so I went out of my way to see it. Eventually I decided to get a lease instead, and take advantage of the $219 a month Black Friday deal.Originally I was told $219 a month with $199 down. Then I was told $219 with $1999 down - I thought I misheard him the first time maybe? Then the car he showed me and I agreed to buy had a sunroof and would only be $20 more expensive.They run my credit, suddenly $299 a month with $2k down and I would have to pay taxes and fees! I said no! Show me a car that will fall under $219 a month -- they dont have any! On black Friday they dont have their black friday deal car?I called Galpin and Glendale, and they are both doing $219/month $0 down on the 2020 Fusion Hybrid. I have an appointment with them tonight.

I have been coming here for service for 4 years and this past weekend I took my car in after making an appointment. Then I get no information on my car until the 4 days later. I tried calling to get an update and they said my service rep was not there so they could not help me. No managers we available and I left a message with no return call. Stephanie was very nice and helped me get the corporate complaint number after running around trying to get me answers. She seems to be the only one with customer service in mind. So I went out an bought a Mazda after 8 years with Ford.

Anthony and his team at Performance Ford have done great work with my Ford Explorer. They were able to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and fix it. While other dealerships gave me excuses and said that it was normal for vehicles to make those noises. Anthony and his team took care of it. When a part that wasnt covered under my warrantee Anthony went to bat for me and filed a claim with Ford asking for them to cover the cost. although Ford didnt cover the full amount, they did drop $600 off my bill. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism at Performance Ford.

I was very much disappointed in this ford dealers customer service. Right off the bat, salesman thought I was there looking for a job. Never offered a how are you doing today or even a smile. As soon as we walked, I knew I’d be leaving unhappy. All I kept hearing was why they couldn’t help me get into a car. The only reason I was there was the Facebook advertisement, With all these great deals and promotions. That was a lie. Will stick to dealership I’ve been going to for years. Where am always greeted with a smile.

Some of the service advisors there are not friendly, and it seems like they don’t put customer service as their main goal. I had to call multiple times to my service advisor for a update on my car to only talk to a different advisor after a 5 hr wait for an oil change. I know they’re in a transformation period with new management but this isn’t a good start.

Cleanliness 5/5: this dealer is exceptionally clean. The restroom was fully stocked and had hand sanitizer as well as soap. The floors were spotless and the sofas and tables in the lobby were also clean.Staff 5/5: my car was in service. Anthony was very kind and he kept me updated through the whole thing. Afterwards he went through my check up and told me everything my car needed and how much everything costs. I couldn’t do everything in one day so he told me the most important first and we got that done. I like that I got a copy of everything so I can remember for next time.Overall: I am happy with my experience. I didn’t feel any type of pressure and it was exactly what I expected. Would recommend this place to others

Jonathan was personable and professional beginning with setting the appt all the way thru to cashing me out. I noted a cover from the controls behind the rear view had come off and because of my shoulder issue I was unable to secure it in place. Jonathan quickly took the cover and secured it in place without a word...very nice. Jonathan explained what my service call covered before we began and at the end he went over the vehicle inspection report explaining the codes to me...will I go back - Yes I will...
