We were looking for a Honda Civic for my step son this past weekend. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to go with him, so I went to support him and look at the car. When we got there, Jerry Wang was so helpful when we were looking at it and took it for a test drive. Everything seemed good and of course I don’t know what to look for in a car and I was hopeful that Norm Reeves Honda Super Store in West Covina would not be like a broke down dealership. I knew it was a certified used car, 2019 Honda Civic sport. This was our sons first car ever, so we were expecting this to be the best experience for him. Once Jerry got our signatures, he told us that someone else will handle the finance, but never returned to check on us, offer water (every other salesman offered water to their customers). That isn’t what we are upset about, what it was is that we got a car fax stating the car was never in any accidents. So we finally get home, my husband returns from work and takes a walk around the car. This is when we notice that the right back door and fender had dents on it, actually you can tell it was re-painted on that side but the color wasn’t as matching as they probably thought. This was what we were afraid of and I feel guilty I allowed them to do this to my son when he was so excited. I’m not bashing the dealership, but now want to ask, are they going to do a full inspection to check the frame work and make sure that that area of the car won’t dent in over time. We know there are chances you take buying a used car, but frame work is expensive and this should have been told to us instead of leaving us with a surprise.

I am always apprehensive about going to dealerships because I hate the feeling of being pressured and fed some B.S. just to get me to buy a car. I was looking for a specific car that I had seen online. I spoke with Jimmy Teng in sales and he confirmed it’s availability. When I arrived, Jimmy showed me the car immediately and sent me out on a test drive. I loved the car. He immediately returned with my trade in value and we got the paperwork going. Norm Reeves Honda gave me a great surprise with how much they offered for my 2015 Jeep! Jimmy did a great job handling the sale. I was handed over to finance, where Gabe finished the paperwork and found me an unexpectedly low APR. He made all the numbers work and was great to talk to. All in all, I was there for 2 1/2 hours, not a long 6 hour day of haggling and frustration. This was a very comfortable and quick experience and I’ll be back when the time comes.

The service was fine. Staff were pleasant and explained what type of inspections would be conducted at that particular service. Of course they suggested some additional inspections which were not necessary in order to generate more revenue. Pretty standard for most dealerships. They did not press however and took care of what was needed. We had to call to find out that the car was done since they didn’t call us, which they said they would. Overall the experience was satisfactory.

Had to give 1star, because no option for 0/5, WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had, first time my dad bought car, we recommended NORMS REEVES West Covina, as we had good experience last time in 2015. It was June 6, 2021 we bought certified 2019 Honda CRV, went smoothly. THINGS STARTED WORSENING AFTER THAT, today is November 2, 2021 when I am writing this review and have not received car registration yet even paying all fees on time, Car registration expired by August 2021, fees has been paid from our side as well as I contacted DMV twice personally. Tried contacting sales manager, financial department, DMV CLERK several times in person, phone calls, voice message, emails as well. every time NEW PERSON WITH NEW EXCUSE and ending up conversation stating, Its all done now, in 2 weeks you will get your registration. OKAYY, 2 WEEKS PASSED, no phone call, no registration, no updates. Called again same process, NEW EXCUSES. I have names written when and with who me and my family talked to, I will put that in review too in few days. For now person we met on June6, 2021 was when we first bought car was Jerry Salesperson and C.Medina in finance dept. Will keep updating my reviews how my experience will go. For now, just know, I still HAVE NOT received registration. Anyone else with same experience do share it.....

Weve been shopping for a vehicle for over 2 weeks. We visited dealers from South Orange county up to Ventura County. Wouldnt you know it that the Honda dealership closest to my home had just the right car but, more importantly, they have the right guy, Stan.When you first meet Stan the first thing you will notice is his smile. If he were a few inches taller you think you just met the Rock.He lets the vehicle sell itself. Absolutely no pressure at all. My daughter and I were tired after a long day of car shopping. We were exhausted, hungry, and a little bit cranky. Stan was always professional and fabulous to work with. We asked lots of questions and Stan was super helpfu answering all our questions and patiently showing us each vehicle we had an interest in.There was a very minor issue with the car that made it so that we could not take the car home the day we bought it. Stan came in the next day, which happened to be his day off, and made sure that the minor issue was addressed.The only other person I had the pleasure of meeting was Gabe in the finance department. Again, super professional, friendly and no pressure to purchase any additional products or services we didnt want.We will be back early next year to look for another Honda for the wife.

Wow is what I have to say about this dealership Norm Reeves Honda. The service their is top notch from the moment I walked on to the lot they were so helpful and courteous. The salesman Jerry Wang was very attentive to my needs. I was looking for a specific 2021 Honda Ridgeline Black he found it on his lot I test drove it and now I have it here at home. Jerry even drove my new car to my house since I was driving my other car. Jake at financing was also great and Mario at parts I wanted to buy a few accessories for my new truck. In closing I left the dealership feeling like a rockstar they know how to take care of a customer.

Got the grey Honda Clarity back in 3/14/21, several dents as pictured, tree sap, several areas to the point that they had to send it to the shop for a week. I spoke to the general manager Mr. Balouev and he told me I would get a rental that this didnt reflect their business model, I go over and I get the blue civic as pictured, still with the dollar signs, a used mask in the passenger side and expired temporary tags that expired in January. (this happened Mid March) so I took it and just took some pictures for my record.Then I go pick up my car and now the finance department, Mr. J. Dababneh, calls me, texts me and emails me to go signed a new contract because they messed up the original contract, I was like really, how do you messed up a contract? I was busy so I had him overnight me the document and I returned April 12th (yeah almost a month since I got my car and they still didnt have the right paperwork).Fast-forward to today, 2.5 months later I still have not received anything from Honda, no statement, no account reported to my credit report, no license plates, NOTHING! I texted, emailed, and left voicemail to the finance guy Mr. Dababneh, and NOTHING.I emailed the general manager and NOTHING, so I decided to share my experience with people because this does not reflect their rating on this site. I just cannot believe how inept they can be and its frustrating when you have to be dealing with all of this when this dealer is the one that messed everything up from the beginning.Ive leased 5 cars from them and referred 3 people to them already, will NEVER do business with them again and I will update how long this guys take to fix this problem. Im also filing a complaint to Honda and this dealer.Thank you for reading my post and please take your business somewhere else, definitely dont deserve your or my business.

Had a terrible buying experience. Waited almost two hours after buying the car to drive off. This was after I had already signed. The car was not fueled up or cleaned. The sales person was more concerned about his next customer rather than finishing up my buying experience. Manager doesn’t seem to have people skills, only engaged with customers when debating the pricing. Compared to other Honda dealerships and American car dealership this has to he the worst level of service I have ever had. I’m sure then would be even more successful if they actually cared about their customers and the full buying experience.

THEE place to buy a car, hands down. I submitted an online inquiry for a new 2020 Honda Civic, and had the fortune of working with Gabe Torres. I had my new car within 24 hours of submitting my inquiry!Gabe contacted me and I told him the budget I had in mind with the features I was looking for. He got the exact vehicle washed and ready for me to pickup and made my budget work out perfectly. I stopped by the following day and was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Went in search of a new car and pretty much every car had a pretty good markup on it plus 4K worth of accessories. Also when it came to negotiating the price of the car my sales rep seemed to be getting upset about is not wanting to pay there sticker price or even removing some accessories we didn’t want (some special alarm system) and at some point started to get real insulting towards us blaming our mentality for the sale not happening. Honestly first and last time ever going there

I normally work 4:30a until 5p so getting my car in to be fixed is a chore but now I have time, don’t we all? I must say Juan and his group went and fixed everyone of my problems, some more complicated than others, quickly and methodically. I really appreciate the texts at the end of the day letting me know what is going on and the cost of each fix as we went along so I could keep a running tally of my expenses. I love the honesty and truthfulness that I received. Keep up the good work!!

They drove a specific car I was looking for over from their Vista dealership to this one. I was in contact with John Salama through the whole process and at the dealership as well. He really seemed to care about my wants and needs, and helped me with the best deal he could. The sales rep I was working with, Ricardo, was very kind and patient. He sat with me until we could work out a deal that we were both satisfied with. I’d ask for Ricardo again if I use Norm Reeves Honda of West Covina in the future.

My daughter and I were both wanting to buy new cars but were dreading the dealer experience. We were amazed at our experience at Norm Reeves West Covina. Everyone was amazingly nice. I got a new car with Jacob Dababneh. He was very insightful about the car and made sure I left with a great deal! Was very hands on with the whole process making sure I loved everything about my new Honda Civic 2021 sport hatchback! Extremely crowded place, no place for parking your car. I went to buy a Sun Visor for my 2012 Honda Accord. I found no parking at all. So I parked my car outside the parts department. They had the Sun Visor and I promptly purchased it for $178 and change. (During this time I was approached by two of their staff asking me to remove my car which I didn’t do) I requested for the Sun Visor to be installed in my car, the sales Dept were kind enough to enquire. However they said that I have to contact the service department and also there would be a charge for installation. I saw the crowd outside and decided to return home. I looked it up and found simple instructions on YouTube. It took me two minutes to remove the old Sun visor and install the new one. It was such an easy fix…, the great Norm Reeves Honda Superstore should have offered do it free. If I had gone to PEP BOYS I would have got it cheaper and they would have installed it free with a smile.Just my thoughts… Advertised services are not always good.

I was very disappointed in my experience at Norm Reeves Honda. I brought my car into service because it was running very poorly . I was told by a service rep that if the car doesn’t show a code, any problem would be hard to detect. I asked if someone test drove the car, the sales rep said yes. He also said they would run a 12 point inspection. He also mentioned the transmission fluid needed to be added. I asked if it was done, he replied we can’t service it. Well needless to say, I picked up my car, still running poorly. I purchased my Honda from Norm’s in 2014. Service is not like it use to be when a mechanic could detect problems.

I was helped by Jaime and Ishmael, and let me tell you I had an amazing experience at this dealership. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and addresses all of my concerns regarding the purchase of my now new car. I went in thinking it was going to be a long and boring process but I’m so happy I chose this dealership for my purchase and I highly recommend it.

I went in for Oil change had appointment 12:30, after I followed up at 2:30pm my car still hadn’t been even touched . I was told that oil changes takes 3-4 hour wait. After letting them know I can’t wait any longer and wanted to reschedule for another day . They started and finished my oil change in 15 minutes. I’m sure I was skipped . Just not happy with customer service and overall experience.

This was my first experience with Honda. I started the process online and was able to make an appointment the following day. The inventory was large, which gave plenty of choices to choose from. After finding the car I was interested in, we were able to reach an agreement I was comfortable with. A short time later I was driving my first Honda vehicle home. If you are looking to buy or lease a Honda, I highly recommend this location. I would like to say thank you to those that helped out in this process.

Bought my first brand new car and not only am I happy with my purchase but very happy with my overall experience. I was well taken care of by my dealer Kunaal who answered all my questions, walked around a lot just to show me various cars and see which one fit more, was very patient, made suggestions and listened to me and my concerns, in the end he made my whole car buying experience that much smoother and better.
