Got a used smart from an outside party. I tried calling this center to get information about how to acquire a new key for the smart. I called before 5, I guess someone named Sharon picked up, told me to hold on after I asked my question. Approaching half an hour on hold and repair services are definitely closed by now.I dont know if customer service is better in-person but definitely bad customer service when you attempt calling unless you want a new car. Will probably edit the review once Im forced to come in for assistance but as it stands I wouldnt bother getting help over-the-phone

Unfortunately Smarts don’t have own center anymore and they sells at Mercedes center. Same address. Best service. Wish people like smart cars more.

The salesman was helpful but they only had new electric Smart cars. I was hoping to look at used and new gas models. I live in an apartment so charging would be difficult every night. So if you are looking for a new or used gas Smart Car this is not the dealership for you.

This dealership has EVERYTHING pertaining to smart cars! I visited other smart dealers first, but this smart dealership is the biggest one. I especially liked the indoor showroom with large inventory that kept me out of the hot sun. If you want a smart car, you should go to West Covina.

When he is not on duty, he can be seen driving one of his three smart personal vehicles, so his experience with smart cars is a direct first hand assessment of the brand.

Will go above and beyond to make you happy and get THE car u want. and gets you the best deal that fits your price. He got us in n out of the dealer quick. This was the best part as being in the dealer is so dreading. Really great sales and third car in our extended family with him. 100% would recommend him for other family and friends benz needs.
