Sales associates are WAY too pushy. I went in there knowing exactly what I was looking for, told two associates I didnt need help, and the second one not only refused to listen to me, but tried to misinform me regarding a product I have been using for YEARS, just to try and sell me something different. I didnt appreciate it at all. NEWS FLASH; when a customer tells you they dont need any assistance, respect that, back off, and dont lie to them just so you can meet your commission. This is why I stick with Ulta. They respect their customers and dont belittle, shame, or manipulate them.

Really unimpressed with this Sephora, was in there getting travel sized perfumes so I don’t have to take my big bottles everywhere and potentially break them. They had some Tom Ford perfume on the 30$ travel wall, was super excited as my Tom Ford perfume is not cheap in the bigger bottle (350$). Took it up to the counter as well as some other items I had and when it rang up $49.99 I told the cashier it was on the travel sized wall marked for $30 and she went to look saw it was marked for the 30$ and comes back to the counter and says “I’m sorry” like no, honoring your own mistakes is what keeps customers coming back. I won’t be spending time or money in here anymore. Rather use Ulta where they at least realize and honor their mistakes not somewhere always being so pushy and then not taking good care of there customers.

Lots of selection. me and my friends were swatching eyshadows and lipsticks. there was an open pack on makeup wiped on a countertop so i grabbed one be cause i thought they were handouts. this guy came up to me and said that i had to leave!?

Covid restrictions have lightened up a bit. Masks are required and still can not touch samples when testing. They will come over and assist you if you want to try make up on. I love coming to this location because I found Efiel. I walked in hoping he was there and looked down to check out blush to look up there he was asking me if I needed assistance. He is so friendly and helpful. He takes the time to learn my regimen to see what I could add and willing to help me find the right product. He has shared tips to up my make up game, which is so appreciated. He makes my sephora experience and has me spending more $$! Thank you

Was at Sephora tonight, Etiel the employee that approached me tonight was beyond helpful. Best experience at Sephora so far. Etiel was very patient took time to explain all the products in details (even read the ingredients for products I currently use). So glad I had him helping me out, giving me some great advice, and pointing out some of the different products I will be looking into trying.

On August 25th, 2020 I went into this location about 7pm and I had a DRINK in my hand and they wouldnt let me in. I had my mask on and everything. Keep in mind the weather on this day was about 100 degrees so of course I had a drink with me! I was asked if I knew what I wanted and she would go and get for me but I would have to give her my card and couldnt enter the store I told her absolutely not. She will not be running my card without me standing there and authorizing my purchase. worst experience I have ever had and I will never go into this location again. I dont even want to give them 1 star.

Came over for a holiday in September 2019 from Australia and was assisted by an amazing staff member. Can’t remember her name but she has cool tattoos. She recommended a make up forever face power and it matched my skin colour perfectly. So thank u so much!

Its definitely an uncomfortable time to shop in store anywhere, but this store felt especially tense and uncomfortable. The staff at the counters here always make me feel like Im bothering them... not great service.

What’s NOT to love about Sephora! When you join the beauty insider it gives you so many awesome perks. Once you’ve reached “Rouge” status, they give you unlimited free makeovers- you schedule, they assist in helping ppl achieve all of their beauty needs. At present time if you are Rouge you can choose between Flash 2 day free ship, 750 points or additional make overs you can gift to some of your friends. Customer service is excellent as well, should anything arrive damaged - they make it SO simple to get a replacement and while that doesn’t happen often, when it does they treat you with utter respect and that goes a long way in today’s world. Well done.

Me and my 3 other friends went into Sephora planning on buying makeup. This one guy employee immediately tracked us down in the store. He kept following us until we couldn’t take it anymore. So we ran to our other friends and ANOTHER employee followed us and talked on her microphone to contact the manager. Me and my friends didn’t steal anything but we were planning on buying stuff. These 2 employees were treating us like thief’s so we left the store empty handed with nothing bought. After we left both employees were still staring at us and discussing about me and my friends. They really need to hire some new employees.

About 8 employees saw me and looked at me and did not ask me if I needed help. They were speaking amongst themselves. The employee that rang me out pushed my bag to me instead of handing it to me. Im so use to exceptional customer service at Sephora I was very disappointed in my experience at this particular store.

Used to shop here a year or so ago and was not remotely impressed then with the rude service I received. However, since I recently started working at Jordan Creek Ive been stopping in here again before or after my shifts, and I have to say, theyve vastly improved their customer service. Theyre much more friendly, and I dont feel like Im being ignored just because Im not wearing makeup like before. Now, theyre not quite as helpful as the Valley West Sephora, and I dont know how knowledgeable they are about products, but they do seem much more willing to help than they were in the past.

As someone who doesnt do much for makeup, this store specifically, the people were very helpful and great at helping me match my skin tone. They didnt push a bunch of extra products on me when I said I barely get eyeliner on let alone foundation, eyeshadow, bronzer ect.! Great service at Jordan Creek Mall!

AMAZING PRODUCT BUT THAT STAFF IS IRRITATING!!!Went in this store one afternoon with about $800 in my pocket and couldnt even shop because the staff here was following me around the store like I was getting ready to steal something. I ended up only spending $100 but probably would have shopped more and longer had they not been following me around the store the way they were. Im not the type of person who likes to be bothered or helped while shopping, I am perfectly capable on my own... And if I need help I know how to ask for it. Not a great experience for me.

I went in on a Monday, not very busy during a weekday. It like they have an unwritten rule not to help anyone that comes in with a toddler and wearing little to no make-up. What could have been a quick and easy trip to chose a new foundation and match my color, took at least an hour due to no help and trying to keep my two year old from tearing the place apart. I should have just let her, maybe they would have gotten their ass in gear and offered help to get me out of Gerry faster. But no instead I dealt with the tantrums brought on by not letting my kid with all of the makeup at her level. I eventually got the foundation that I came in for and ended up ordering the rest of what I needed online. I could have easily spent $250 in store that day, but only spent about $50 while I was there because no one helped me to find everything that I was looking for. Literally the only reason why I drove 1.5 hours to Des Moines that day was to get my foundation professionally matched at Sephora. Next time I feel the need to drag my two year old an hour and a half to get new foundation matches to my skin, I’m going to the Sephora at the Valley West Mall. They may have less products than Jordan Creek Mall but at least the staff is much more helpful and friendly. If I could give the staff here a negative rating I would because this has been the same experience every time I’ve been in there once every 3 months for the past year. Apparently you need to be kid free and have a YouTube channel to get any help.** I will add that the last time I was there, there was an employee with a really thick accent who was really helpful with matching my foundation but I did have to wave her down to get any help and she was still running around and doing other things while I still had questions and would have to wave her down again.

Staff stands around talking to each other instead of helping their customers. We have been to the Jordan Creek store more often than the other one because we shop at Jordan creek but we will never go back to the Sephora at Jordan Creek. The staff is lazy, unprofessional, rude and Katie the manager just said sorry. I was in the store for 45 minutes and not one person offered to help me. Sephora you dont want money maybe I should start shopping at ULTA instead. My 16 year old has been spending a lot of money in your store and I have been spending more because of her and my 8 year old ( who dances). I called your customer service and didnt even get a call back. ULTA can thank you for our money.
