One of the favorite places that my lady shops. Prof is 15 different bottles of hand soap, 8 candles, sanitizers, and more lying around the house. She may have an addiction, however this a great store for all things with those sweet fragrances, and aromas in my house and the mall when walking by there shop. Also great gift ideas, happy shopping!!!

Extremely busy due to their 3 wick candle sale however all the employees I encountered were wonderful and very helpful. Store was clean and social distancing was enforced.

It’s teacher appreciation week and one of my projects required the awesome products from this store... however this store and my migraines don’t play well so I literally have to walk in with my nose covered Bonny saw me coming from a mile away and was like I get it let’s get ya need and get you out of here!! I cant say enough about the service of Courtney and the help of manager Jenny (Jennifer?). This year has been busier than the past, and I broke down and ordered online, to save some time. Order was placed with Bath & Body Works online December 2nd. I kept waiting for tracking details, and all it ever gave me was a tracking number and approx. arrival date. Each time I checked, it kept changing my arrival date, but it never showed any tracking details. I finally called on the 16th, and after 1/2 hour wait, I find out the label was printed, but the package never shipped. It could be reshipped, but wouldnt arrive until AFTER Christmas. (Not good, means most of it was for gifts.) I cancelled my order and had to go shopping quickly! When Courtney saw me looking at my original online list, she asked if she could help me. I explained my situation, and she went to her manager, who approved giving me the discount I had from the online sale, since the company errored with my order. How awesome was that? It made my day, because I was not very pleased that they(online) didnt make more of an effort to make it right. Thank you ladies, I appreciate all your help . No more online shopping for me. You have my business from now on!

Went in here during the holiday season and damn near didnt escape. Seriously, though, the space is so small and cramped you can barely turn around and God forbid, a fire or something breaks out. Think Ill order online.
