They made my hair very gummy and 3 different colors. They wouldn’t refund me and said they would fix it and do a treatment. They didn’t give me a treatment and only toned it. My hairs still very damaged and a bunch of colors. They also charged me for a haircut when the only reason I needed a haircut is because they fried my hair!

It was a subpar salon. One haircut was good, the other was terrible.Bad haircut: they were supposed to take off 3 inches, and layer the hair out, instead they took off 6 inches and cut it straight, and not at an angle. It is very evident, so you can easily see it.Other haircut: the other haircut was good, took off what they were supposed to. A pretty easy-to-do haircut, and it was executed well. Not much to say about it.The stylist who did a bad job was named Jennifer. Will not be going back.
