Im more used to private purchase than a dealer purchase so I expected to be pressured to buy. Al was perfectly fine with taking a step back and just let me look it over and make my own decisions.I pointed out a couple minor things that made me hesitant to buy and he make sure it was taken care of and that I was happy about the van before and after the purchase.There was another guy working there, IIRC his name is Chris. He was a good dude too and it was great doing taking to and doing business with both of them. Negotiations were quick and painless.I was thrilled with the whole process and am loving my E-250 and Im not even a ford guy. I can easily recommend A1 as a good place to buy from.

Al and Seth were wonderful to work with. I brought my 1 series BMW in for an oil change and new brake rotors. Guy quoted me one price over the phone and then flip flopped despite him saying he was a square shooter (his words.) Drove three hours only to have the price jacked up. Advertising multiple features the truck didnt have and insinuated I was an idiot when it didnt have them. Got confrontational when I brought up the price quoted me and basically kicked me out. Worst retail experience ever.
